Superb service. If you want to know why I say this and gave a 5 star rating, read on. We bought a new 18 ft Silver Streak this year from a competitive dealer in Port Aberni, a couple of hours away. because he had one in stock and Boatland had a long backlog. We bought the Yamaha motors from same competitive dealer without giving Boatland a chance. When we had a problem a couple of months later due to an installation error by the Port Alberni dealer, he was not a wonderful help. Boatland was great. Then a week later we had a problem (caused by myself) changing oil, and Boatland helped again. All this, despite our having purchased only an oil change kit. We should have purchased the Yamahas from Boatland, and will certainly go there in future

Great service! Great people! I took my Suzuki 15 HP outboard motor in for some warranty work (blinking warning light due to fuel injection issue), and they changed the oil in the leg and put on new zincs. No charge for anything! You don't get service like this everywhere. Just Campbell River Boatland. Highly recommended, from a real customer.

We called a couple hours before we arrived in Campbell River to see if they had the outboard we wanted in stock. They did, I said we wanted it and would be by later. No questions asked, they had it set up and ready when we arrived with our trade in by taxi. Quick professional transaction, personable people, even drove us back to marina and wheeled it down dock to our boat. Competitive price, fair trade, excellent service. Would highly recommend these folks!

Yet there were numerous other employees working ... cross training someone would be a good idea. We left and went to Courtenay Yamaha.

I have owned boats all my life and interacted with many stores and service centers. This place is the best. They are super busy (in a good way!) but seem to find a way to get my boat in and out sooner than anyone else is able to. When they don't have something in stock they bend over backwards to get it there, and get it there fast, and with a smile. Great service in the service center by Joelle and the others. They are priced fairly ... and I trust them to do it right. It's a pleasure doing business here and I can recommend Boatland wholeheartedly. Dave

We brought our boat over to have the canopy worked on which Boatland contracted out to an unreliable service agent. Not only did he not finish the job, he also charged more than he initially quoted and Boatland didn't do anything to help remedy the situation. Furthermore, Boatland was also going to fix our electrical and install a new Sonar. While they did install the sonar all of our other electronics were completely mixed up and many were still dysfunctional, despite them explicitly charging us for this service. To make matters worse, they left us with a dead battery so when we went to put our "fixed" boat in the water, it wasn't able to run and we had to solve one more problem. Thanks for very little boatland!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Silver Streak boat from Travis and the team at Campbell River Boatland. All I can say is wow; Travis certainly went the extra mile to make sure the experience was positive. The service before, during and after the sale have been amazing (even after hours). Travis spent the time to properly understand our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we were getting into a boat without compromising, and also fitting within our budget.
