My family has come here a few times to pick up dog food , treats, toys etc but will be avoiding this place from now on. The last few times I've gone the staff has been unpleasant. They were talking to each other behind the counter and I had to get their attention and explain My dog had a small accident The girl and the guy staff looked at each other and I asked if there was paper towel and cleaning supplies and offered to clean it up, the girl at the counter replied back "uhhh....yeah could you?" Sounding annoyed Like I had disturbed her conversation, okay? sorry for the inconvience you guys. This has happened twice now. The time before that I was waiting to pay while a friend of theirs or a off the clock coworker talked with them and then turned his attention to me talking about a stupid balloon. The exchange was surreal, "did you know this balloon is pregnant?" .... "Can you see it?" "Uhh...yeah...." "the balloon is pregnant because there's a small balloon in it"... "Wow how did you even do that" it's like the staff there was higher than a kite because they were super chill with this mess going on and radiated this "ha...haa...thats funny bro" vibe and had been talking to their friend for like 30 minutes since I entered the store. Such a disappointing visit, I've never been to a pet store that the staff acted so unprofessionally and uncaring. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because I didn't want to give this store my money after the terrible service. My dog doesn't even like going in there anymore and tries to leave when we went inside for those last 2 visits.

We have enjoyed shopping here and purchased many items for our puppy. Two weeks after our first visit we walked in and they remembered us and the type of my puppy we were buying. They steered us away from an expensive dog bed pointing out how our puppy would chew at first and they helped us find a puppy shampoo that would work with our human scent sensitivities. The employees clearly enjoy their work and meeting the pets that visit. The quality of their Bailey and Bella home brand is very good; fashionable, yet durable and reasonably priced. The store layout invites browsing and they have an area for dog bathing at a reasonable price. They have Covid-19 protocols in place with limits on the number of people allowed in store. They carry all the main brands of pet food.

Where can I start! Amazing staff so nice especially the manager!! They have so many choices for dog foods and treats and toys but for my rats they don’t have a lot. They always run out of rat food and they don’t have a lot of rodent toys or bird climbing toys that aren’t plastic. This all being said still the first place I go to get anything for my pets ♥️♥️ love the place just wish the rodent/bird section would grow.

I have been to this location numerous times staff is always friendly, store is clean and products are never out of stock. Today my experience exceeded my expectation, I was there for the dog wash and realized I forgot to bring conditioner since they don’t supply it. I asked the employee if it was ok to grab a conditioner and pay for it when I was done bathing my dogs, she said let me check if we have any bottles for the dog wash station. She brought me the bottle of conditioner and I was happy to not spend an extra $13 to buy my own! Dog wash station is so convenient and very clean!

UPDATE: VERY disappointing visit today. I am in this store weekly. Today I tried to return an item. They remembered me buying it, they found the sale in the computer and it was still in original condition/tags, package. Never used. However, they still would only give me a store credit. It also WASN'T a sale item. Friendly, helpful staff. Never had A problem getting help or finding what I'm looking for.

I come here often because I recently moved into the neighborhood. This review is for Kim a staff member she was quite friendly and greeted me with a smile. I have been here a few times and the “manger” I think was not happy to be there at all. I don’t know her name. This is from a dog owner's perspective. They have a very large range of dog toys, snacks and other pet accessories. Some of the standouts that differentiate this place from other pet stores for me was their raw food freezer and dog treat puzzle toys. They also have sample packets of some of their snacks so that your pet can try it before you buy it. Everything in store looks good, but prices are on the higher end in my opinion. It's a great place to check out if you're looking to pamper your pooch though.

I love the dog wash option at most bosleys locations, this was the first time I used the Langley one and it was no where near the quality of other places. The leash secure on both tubs were broken, and not safe to secure your dog unless you wanted to keep their collar on and get it wet. The rubber scrub brush was full of brown grime.. kinda gross and they only offered one type of soap, which wasn't labelled.. I'm still grateful for a cheap bath option like this but other places really set the quality standards much higher with things like multiple soaps to choose from including hypoallergenic (which I would have just brought my own if I knew it wasn't going to be an option).

Not impressed with the lack of customer service. 2 weeks in a row the food I had to 'special order' did not come in and nobody bothered to call and tell me that it was back ordered even though I had left my number after the first time I went to check without it being there. I wasnt even asked for my number initially although I offered and was told not to worry. Not sure if they understand that our furry family members need this food to eat and live and with a little notice I could have planned to go elsewhere earlier than last minute. ???

Best Pet Store in Chilliwack. Free rewards program with great perks. Staff are always friendly, happy, informed and have amazing advice. The dog wash stations are always clean (currently appointment only) and have a wide variety of shampoos and conditioner too. This location is very Covid aware and have full sanitation protocols. I can’t say enough good things about this location, they have my loyalty.

I hesitate to talk to positively about any big pet store, but I have to say that these guys do cooperate with local shelters and rescues which is great, and the staff are nice. That being said, they still offer hamster cages that are too small for hamsters, beta tanks that are too small for a beta, unhealthy ferret food and all the usual tropes of a big pet store. The main things they are extremely well equipped with: cat litter, cat and dog food, cat and dog accessories, grooming supplies. For these things I like to shop here. Anything more exotic or aquatic, do your research and don't impulse buy here.

We were given loads of valuable info from the staff there, and some free samples to try out before our purchase. The addition of a full fledged dog Wash station (with warm water) is an especially nice feature for all owners. The convenient location, great prices, and the two adorable kitties (that were wonderful models by the way) only cement Bosleys as a great option for those looking for pet supplies in Langley. Wow. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, because the customer service was AMAZING. I came in today to use the self serve dog bath service, and Bosley’s exceeded my expectations. The two people working, (one gentleman that I unfortunately didn’t get the name of, and a woman named Summer) were absolutely amazing. Summer chatted with me as the gentleman cleaned and prepared the pet bath for us. My 60 pound Pyrenees mix, Orca is very shy and skiddish towards people, and Summer did not push or force an interaction between her and Orca, but instead offered a treat and got down to eye level to show Orca that she wasn’t a threat. She ended up taking treats and was pretty comfortable in the setting. Summer brought us over to the dog bath when it was ready, explained everything and even brought treats to help calm Orca down! $10.50 with taxes for a comfortable and easily accessible dog bath, any shampoo you can ever think of right at your finger tips, adjustable water temperature, adjustable water pressure, a collar to keep your Buddy in place, towels, a doggy blow drier, and TREATS all in 45 minute window to bath and dry your dog. I think it’s safe to say that with my experience today (especially because of customer service, I will be returning biweekly to bath my baby. Thank you Summer and the gentleman that was working as well, you guys deserve a raise! ????????????????

Do not use their services, just a rip off! Took my dog to have his nails clipped and did some shopping while I was there. Did not check his nails in store when I got home only two nails had been clipped the rest were either completely ignored or barely trimmed. Of course they charged me full price for this service so... Just welcomed my new puppy to our family, and I wanted to get some fun essentials for her!! Went into Bosleys this evening, and was met by Susie. She was absolutely wonderful! I have never had a bad experience at this store. The eother have the products I need or tell me where to find them. The prices are fair, the staff are great, and they are locally owned. The only reason I heald a star back is the size of the store, which may be more about my size and less about the store. At 6' and 220lbs the isles are a bit cramped for me.

I must say Emily Assistant Manager truly went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered something online for pick up. The money already came out of my account. When I went to pick it up there was no record of it in their system. Emily called the help desk and was so diligent in trying to sort it out. They did have the item in stock however I had to pay for it again. Emily gave me a discount for the trouble and said the money should be returned to my account with in a few days. The money was returned and Emily even did a follow up call to confirm. What an amazing young woman and what fantastic service. I hope your superiors recognize how valuable you are.

Overall decent. But It would be really appreciated if the water pressure is optimum. The water is soooooo slow that it took me 1 hour to give bath to my dog, which I can normally finish in 15 to 20 minutes. They started both the bathing station but, only one of them have the wire collar to keep your dog inside the bathing area. Upon asking, you hear they are sorry about that. Hope they improve on these kind of basic services.

I have just left Bosleys yet again distraught for the poor Betta fish. Out of the 20 I saw today, less than half were even moving. Most of them laying dead or were completely motionless out of no will left to live in a small Tupperware. It pains me to see living animals in these conditions and I wish there was something I could do for each and every one of these fish. Please, bosleys, PLEASE do better. I was almost in tears having to see these poor souls next to the cat food. It’s hard to just ignore and continue on with your day when you come across something like this.

Sunday Nov 8th, 2pm, came in and bought a bag of cat food and it was supposed to come with a free bag of cat treats I didn't say anything I watched the cashier ring it in with my purchase and proceeded to then not give it to me and pretend like it was not included and when I asked about it I was told she would have to ring in the whole order again. Didn't ask for the receipt and as she called me while I walked out the door, we'll be finding another local pet shop.

The staff definitely love animals! I brought my 3 month old French Bulldog in this afternoon and the girl fell to the floor and started playing with my puppy. The other two staff also joined in. We did our first pet wash with my very stinky farm dog. Lots of water, shampoo and clean fresh towels, and bowls and bowls of treats. Used the dryer and took about half an hour with my very hairy bernese. Great experience and signed up for loyalty 7th wash free .

The worst experience I've had at a pet store! Went to this place for a dog wash. During the whole time, i am the only one whos washing my dog, no line ups nor others waiting. While i am almost finish, brushing my dog’s hair after the wash. The staff Josh who have tattoos all over him, came over with an attitude said "The wash is only for 30 mins, you have been washing your dog for too long." I told Josh i am brushing my dog, so what do you want me to do? Then Josh replied: "This is only for wash, it's not for combing your dog!" When i went up to the counter to pay, i ask Josh several times, where does it say 30 mins per wash? And where does it say no combing? Josh did try very hard to look for it, but Josh couldn't find any signs or paper work saids 30 mins only or no combing. However i did find some interesting signs on their wall: 12 steps to the perfect paw wash experience- step 10 saids use brush to remove any knots in fur! And $10 each wash~time limitations not mentioned! Josh’s explanation is thats what they "usually" tell the dog owners~but not by the company policy! Probably thats what lazy staff usually do to kick out customers, so they can enjoy a quiet evening during working hours!
