Neal moved two tanks for me when I moved from downtown to McKenzie Towne. He and his coworker literally took care of EVERYTHING! The only thing I had to do on my part was let them in and tell them where my new house was. I liked the fact that he was insured which put me at ease. After he moved the tanks into the new house, he offered to re-aquascape the tanks. They look even better now then before the move! I can't thank Neal enough!

We've been using The Fish Guy for a few years now. Before he took over my tenk it was a complete disaster and I've been doing it wrong for so long. He came and got our tenk fixed up in no time. Obviously he had to redo almost everything lol. Not only is he EXTREMELY well knowledged but he also provides some insight into the industry. As you can see with my photos and video below my plants are doing so well. They planted these plants a few years ago and they've been growing ever since. They also replaced my gravel with the right gravel that's essential for plant growth.

I want to share that I received exceptional service from The Fish Guy. My filter had stopped working on my aquarium and over the phone during this time of Covid-19, Neil patiently walked me through cleaning and fixing my filter. I was panicked as it was past hours to get a new filter and it seemed hopeless. Neil was so knowledgeable and supportive to help me get the filter back up and running. Thank You so much!
