The guy there is super nice and open to talking about things he has in the store. I bought mussels, oysters, caviar and duck foie grass there. Tonight I just made a Macro Pierre White's recipe for my bf and he love it so much, even my daughter loved it too. I didnt have to put lemon juice in anything. I also put on the caviar on the oysters and my god I never tasted so much ocean to it, it was amazing! The mussels i got were very big compare to what you in the store and better. I shared some to my mom as well. My friend who came along also learnt alot about what she was fishing as well.

This is the only place to buy oysters in Calgary. Don’t be fooled by its humble location. We just tucked into some Lucky Limes and Kusshi oysters and they are absolutely fabulous. Incredibly fresh! They carry incredible varieties and this guy knows all of his suppliers.
