I bought a used car here about a year ago. I visited this dealership because it had the car that I was interested in. If another dealership has the car you’re looking for, I would recommend going elsewhere. I saw firsthand why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. When I said that I couldn’t afford the extended warranty, all of a sudden the price went down. And the special “promotion” that they had going was fake. If you qualified for the promotion, they added another charge for an anti-theft service which you couldn’t opt out of. I also never been so pressured to leave a review in my life, I think that’s why this place has so many reviews. The man I dealt with was very pleasant but I did not leave having a good feeling about this place at all.

I hope everyone reads this before going to this branch. I had an awful experience that ended up costing us an EXTRA $10,000 + GST. On Dec 23rd, I went with my husband to buy a new Nissan Rogue 2021. We first talked to Mr. Dennis (new car salesman) who was very good in explaining the models and different payment options, he said we are eligible to financing with a 1.5% interest rate, around $500 total for 2 years (which we liked and thought affordable for us). Then he transferred us to the finance manager, Nick Litovtsev, who suggested a higher interest rate of 2.5%, and didn't properly explain the extra costs (he basically went through it SUPER fast and in a superficial manner just to get done with us), and on top of that he added an extra security plan of $2000 without informing us. We were shocked when we saw that in the invoice later on. In addition, he did not clearly explain the total costs with the GST, so we were not informed of the real figure we will be paying. Then we went to talk to the Sales Manager, Tirtha Saha, which at first he refused to talk to us (claimed he was busy), and when he finally met us, he did NOT offer any real solutions and refused to take action (such as cutting on some the extra costs that we didn't have good knowledge off). He seemed very rush, dismisisve and did not value us as customers. So to everyone reading this, please be careful shopping at this branch and specifically those two people above. We have recently arrived in Canada and needed to get ourselves a car. Some friends recommended we go see Andy at Nissan Fish Creek as they had dealt with him in the past and were pleased with the service they'd received. I'm glad they put us onto Andy as we have just taken out a lease on a Nissan Rogue. The service we received was great from start to finish. The whole process was very straight forward and Andy was always there if we had any queries. We also dealt with a number of other people at this dealership during the process and the service we received from them all was equally first class. I'd certainly recommend anyone looking for a car to visit Nissan Fish Creek and ask to speak with Andy Miller.

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Fish Creek Nissan and I am very happy with the overall experience and I am definitely enjoying my new car! When I was looking at purchasing my new vehicle I was being helped by Bonny, and she, like the rest of the staff I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a set price in mind that I wanted to get for my car that I was trading in and Bonny worked very hard to get me the price that I felt was fair, which I very much appreciate. She was very patient and took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had about the process. I did not feel pressured by her to make a decision about the purchase, which is again something that I really appreciated and that made me feel more comfortable and confident in my decision. One of the accessories I was having installed on my car was not able to be delivered prior to picking up the vehicle; Bonny knew I was excited to take possession of the car, so she arranged for me to have a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership while they were completing the installation on my vehicle, which was very kind and thoughtful of her to do. I would not hesitate to refer someone to Bonny if they were in the market for a new vehicle and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Fish Creek Nissan again! I dealt with with both Jake and Jasper in the financing department and they both were great to work with as well. They were able to secure a great rate for financing through Nissan Canada and I appreciate that they both explained everything thoroughly so I fully understood what I was signing off on and answered any questions I had. They even took care of setting up my vehicle registration for me, which was awesome as it saved me from a trip to the registry. Finally, I dealt with Sid when I picked up my car. He is super friendly, personable and seemed very sincere. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my purchasing experience and that I didn’t have any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed (which I did not). He gave me a tour of the dealership so I knew where to drop my car off for maintenance and where to go if I needed any other services. He also went over the features of my new vehicle with me so that I knew how to properly utilize everything and helped me with getting my phone connected, etc. As I mentioned above, my experience with all the staff at Fish Creek Nissan was a very positive one and I am glad I chose to go with them for my vehicle purchase. Thank you to Bonny and everyone else at the dealership who helped me out!

I drove from Edmonton to Calgary to see this vehicle as it had many features that I was looking for. I had seen a few other vehicles before so I ended up getting to this dealership about a half hour before they closed (on a Saturday). After test driving it, I made an offer to Ali Nadir (our salesperson) who helped get this vehicle ready for my arrival/test drive that day. Ali went to bat for me and got me as close as possible to my offered price so we ended up finalizing the deal and I drove off with the vehicle about an hour after the dealership had closed. Ali was very friendly and courteous the entire time we were there. He did not complain once about staying past the closing time and instead offered us coffee and tea several times while we waited for all the paperwork to go though. He did not rush me in any way and took his time to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Mykyta, the finance manager was able to work quickly after hours to get me approved for financing with a well known bank. I would definitely go see Ali again for my next vehicle, hopefully they will have it at this location :) A few of my family members will be seeing him when they decide on purchasing their next vehicle. I had a small concern regarding the remote starter not working and Ali found someone who was able to re-program my starter before I left that evening. Thank you Ali and the entire team at Fishcreek Nissan for making my visit as smooth as possible :)

**Negative experience towards the end of review.** I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Fish Creek Nissan in August 2015. I love the car, it gets great gas mileage, works well in all conditions especially with a good set of winter tires. The car is great. The dealer: not so much. I recall having an appointment to pick up the vehicle and having to wait over an hour to even get to speak to someone and then sitting in their office while they tried to sell me an extended warranty which I did not want or need. This was on top of the "protection plan" they conned me into before applying for financing. What a waste of time...I just wanted my car. So not even two years later my Rogue has about 72,000kms on it and I have always had it serviced at Fish Creek Nissan. Monday morning I go to start it and nothing happens. The engine cranks but will not start so I know it's not the battery. My brother has a 2014 Rogue and the same thing happened at about 65,00km and it was diagnosed as the fuel pump and covered under warranty. I call Fish Creek Nissan service department and ask if I should have it towed and they pretty much said it's up to me but would I like to book an appointment. So I called back and asked to speak to the service adviser. I asked the service adviser if the fuel pump would be covered under warranty if I had my car towed there. I was told my warranty was over at 60,000 and it would cost $1xx (135 maybe?) to diagnose the problem and we would go from there. I was told the fuel pump was NOT covered under warranty anymore. I asked if there was a recall on the fuel pump since there was on a 2014 and was told NO. At this point I didn't really want to get my less than two year old car towed at my own cost and then repaired for $750. I called the Service Manager at Fish Creek Nissan. He also told me that my warranty was up and that I could get it towed at my own cost. He advised me that my road side assistance (comes with an new Nissan) was expired. I told him I was sure it was the fuel pump and that it should be covered under warranty and again he gave me a sad story about how he doesn't want to be stuck with the bill if Nissan Canada didn't pay for it since it's not covered under warranty anymore. He did not care one bit that my car was less than two years old and having problems and he assured me that it probably wasn't the fuel pump anyway. He told me if I didn't want to pay for it I better take it up with Nissan Canada. So some time in all of this I did what most millennials are doing these days and sent a tweet to Nissan Canada saying I had a 2015 Rogue that was experiencing fuel pump issues. They tweeted back with the 1-800 number to call. I thought great...this will get me nowhere. I called the number which went to an automated system for Nissan Road Side Assistance. Not what I was expecting but what the heck. They sent me a text with a link which gave me a place to enter some information about my car and where I was located. Two minutes later I spoke with a man on the phone who said they would be sending a tow truck and asked which dealer I wanted to car towed to. I asked for Sunridge Nissan since it was the closest and Fish Creek was giving me the run around. Within 30 mins a tow truck came and took the car away. Long story short...withing 24 hours the car was towed to Sunridge Nissan, diagnosed (fuel pump like I knew) and repaired. The bill came to $0.00 My question is: Why does a Nissan Dealer not know what is covered under warranty. Neither of the three people I spoke to at Fish Creek Nissan were of any help. The first person I called there should have just told me to call Nissan Canada to arrange for a FREE tow and that they would do their best to determine the problem and that it was covered under warranty if it was in fact the fuel pump, or ANYTHING to do with the engine.

From the most minor detail, like providing an email link for a side by side comparison of two models, or reviewing the trim levels for the vehicle I wanted and ultimately...going the extra step of finding exactly what I was looking for. To add specifics, she said that I needed brake service and I told her that must be a mistake as I just spent over $400 on break service last time I came in. Bought a Nissan Rogue off these guys last year. Traded in my truck, negotiated a fair price. Got a call the day before to confirm the term, 60 months. I went in to sign the docs the day after and drove the Vehicle home. Couple months later I was looking at the contract and would you believe they changed the term to 72 months. I'm not a mathematician, but I do know the price we negotiated and how long my term would have to be to get to the negotiated price. This was a dirty, underhanded move and its despicable. I don't care about the money, it's my fault, I was taken advantage of and should have THOROUGHLY went through the contract. It still does not mean that these guys are not crooked. I will NEVER again purchase a Nissan and advise anyone NOT to take their business to this place.

Sales department is good, service department is very bad. I would not recommend taking your car there for anything. I phoned them to say that I got my windshield replaced and that the lane departure needed to be re-calibrated. They had told me that wasn't a problem, they do it all the time and it costs $167 including tax. Since this was the same price as a cheap glass place, I decided to go there and get an oil change at the same time. I called back to make an appointment and the girl answering told me she didn't think a new windshield required a re-calibration and "you never know, could be under warranty". I thought great!, I might same myself $167. I drop of my car with the service advisor (Steve) who got me to authorize the work. In all fairness he did say that I was welcome to read the 4 page document before signing and initializing. I did not do that (I guess we should always read the fine prints) as I've been taking cars to different dealers for 20 years and these documents are more or less part of the normal routine. I remember initializing besides $159 and the word warrany. This matched the $167 price given earlier so I was still very happy. He also said: "don't worry, we won"t start anything until we confirm with you and let you know if warranty would cover it". He called back an hour later to say that oil change was done and they had looked at the windshield. I was pretty impressed with them. He said that it would not be covered by warranty and that if I wanted to get it repaired it would be ~$250 and there would be a 25% chance that I would need a new windshield. I said not thank you, not worth it, I'm happy with just the oil change. Still very happy with them at that point. I get there at the end of the day and the price tag is $277! Turns out the oil change was advertised at 69.99 just behind the service desk but they have additional $25 extra disposal charge. FIRST RIPOFF! They had also charged me $159 (1h) to tell me that my windshield needed to be re-calibrated which is what I had told them in the first place. SECOND RIPOFF! TOTAL RIPOFF = $193!!! They won't do anything about it as legally, I did initial beside the $159... I bought a $38,000 rogue there last year and was very happy with the sales team. I can tell you that due to the very poor Service Department, I will not buy my next car there and they will never see me again in their workshop.

He is a friendly, kind, caring, compassionate car salesman. Casey Stoop is in the service department and he is friendly and truly takes care of his customers. Kristina Mariano is the lady at the front desk and she is such a joy to talk to and is extremely helpful. Fish Creek Nissan has great used cars and all the staff are polite. The atmosphere is welcoming and I would recommend Fish Creek Nissan if you want a new or pre-owned car.

Updated review; I was at an appointment last night and saw a call from Fish Creek Nissan which I answered and said sorry I am at an appointment and cannot take this call right now and the person on the other end of the line from the dealership responded with "then why did you answer the phone if you can't take this call?".... I then requested to be removed from their calling list. ****** When I purchased my Rogue in 2016 Fish Creek Nissan gave me a great deal. I tried to return to this dealership to trade-in my Rogue and purchase a Murano however, it was sour from the start. Over the phone, the salesman guaranteed he could meet my price point that we were discussing. I asked him not to waste my time because as a working mom my weekends are not to be spent driving to and from dealerships and sitting through negotiations. That is just what happened. I got into the dealership on a Saturday morning with baby in tow and he couldn't get to the numbers in person that he could achieve over the phone. I took my business elsewhere.

UPDATED (4-stars): Since posting the original review, (below), I have exchanged the vehicle referenced in it. While I am satisfied with the efforts made to right the situation and the new (used) vehicle I am in seems much better equipped in reliability, I am paying more for the vehicle than I initially desired. Despite the disappointment in a monthly vehicle payment, I have upgraded the rating to 4 for follow-through on the part of the dealership. The used sales manager was quick to respond to my concerns, and I the new (used) vehicle I am now driving comes with warranty that will (hopefully) eliminate that problems that persisted. Yes, I paid for the extended warranty. It was an unpleasant first six months with a vehicle from the used lot, but I am hopeful the next six, and beyond will be problem-free. ORIGINAL POST (1-star): I am so incredibly disappointed with the used vehicle I purchased from Fish Creek Nissan. After being open and honest about what I was looking for, and appreciating that a used vehicle comes with limited (in my case no) warranty, and the risk of expiring parts -- I've had NOTHING but problems with the SUV. Within the first month, I had to return to the dealership to investigate a check engine light, and was charged for the assessment, to then be told the fix would be $1200. Since then, replacement of ball joints added another $1800 to the bill, and now, the heater motor needs to be replaced. Roughly 6 months into ownership, it's hard to recommend a dealership that sold an "inspected" vehicle to me - only noting the brakes would need replacement at the time of purchase - that clearly had more issues than the sales people suggested. On top of that -- the vehicle that I traded in was advertised on the used website incorrectly. Someone, somewhere, is driving a "one-owner SUV" that was in fact, not owned by one owner previously. Sure, it's a minor detail -- that vehicle was in good condition -- but it does suggest the department is willing to advertise a false statement. Anyone looking for advice: be extra diligent with your (used) vehicle purchase from this dealership. I've learned my lesson.

We felt listened to and that our needs were being seriously considered as he walked around the lot with us. Started out looking for a good used vehicle for my wife. We went to a Honda dealership, and a Toyota dealership. Both those experiences were unbelievably bad. So I decided to make a trip to the Nissan at Fish Creek, found a beautiful Murano, and ended up buying it for myself. Greg was great to deal with, and so was their finance department. I've had the pleasure to interact with the good folks of Fish Creek Nissan. When you think of a dealership, you think of high pressure tactics, pushy sales people and not-so-warm atmosphere. Well, Fish Creek Nissan is none of the above. The people working here are great, especially Bonny. Bonny is one of the best car sales person I have ever met. She exudes so much warmth, is honest, understands the needs of you and is incredibly patient. I cannot stress enough on the patience part. I test drove, test drove some more and then even more to see if the vehicle is fit for me and Bonny had always accommodated my request. I went to Nissan to get my car looked at because there was a problem with the engine. When i got there I talked to Steve, who seemed nice at first, but then continued to tell me that this was a normal thing to happen to car. I am not a mechanic, but I know that it doesn't take a genius to figure out that this is not normal for an engine. I have driven many cars before, 4 cylinders and 6 cylinders, and this has never happened. I have family member that has the exact same car, year make model and engine size, doesn't have this problem. I know that this is not normal. On top of this, he was telling me that I would have to pay to get this looked at, which in the last year of me owning the vehicle, going in on 3 different occasions with different issues with this car, no one has ever told me that I had to pay just to get it looked at. No one has ever told me this, nor have I ever had to pay for this. If Steve would have explained to me that it is just a test if what is wrong with it was covered by the warranty then I wouldn't have to pay, then this would not have been a problem. I would have been completely okay with paying to figure out what was going on with my car, but he did't explain this yesterday. What he said was "your warranty will not cover this", that is a pretty broad statement. Not cover what? Just the test? The repairs? He said I was over 100,000km, so the warranty is done, and even if I had the extended warranty it wouldn't cover this. I interpreted this at the time, because he did not explain what part exactly he was talking about, that I no longer had a warranty on my car. (Turns out he didn't look to see what warranty I had until after I had left). When I had purchased the car, I was told by the financial services person that I was getting a "4 year, BUMPER TO BUMPER, extended warranty." I had this confirmed by another financial service person yesterday, but today, Steve tells me that "there is no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty" and that "the finance guys just like to sell it that way." WHAT??? How in the world is this ethical? How is this fair? Which one of these people are lying to me?? You guys are dealing with people who don't know everything about their cars, and if you tell them that they are paying for a bumper to bumper warranty, you had better be right! I understand that even in bumper to bumper, not every single thing is covered, but I know that it is a hell of a lot more than just "mechanical breakdowns" which is what Steve said my warranty would only cover yesterday when I was talking to him. I am extremely upset with their customer service. Their lack of consistency on their facts has caused a lot of stress and doubt for my car.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This used car dealership will do their best to ensure you are ripped off, especially if you are not very aware of car mechanics. - every vehicle has a hidden and mandatory VRR etch fee of close to one thousand dollars. - cars are listed on the internet intentionally misstating errors. - car price was, in my case, increased on the internet after I had already expressed interest at its original list price. Salesman "was not aware" of it having jumped by 5% overnight. - sales person will try to skim past the issues highlighted in vehicle's mechanical review, and explain how everything is "perfectly fine" in his opinion. I did end up buying from this dealership, as I was lucky enough to be aware of the issues with the vehicle, and stubborn enough not to be made scared and nervous by the salesman's aggressive tactics. Having said that, it was not a pleasant exchange in any regard. If you are looking to be treated with respect and offered a fair deal, buy anywhere else.

Speaking to my my service advisor was not the friendliest of encounters. On top of that my service shuttle driver had to let me know twice during our 15 min drive that my location fell a measly few km outf their pickup and drop off zone. Toyota drivers on the other hand have gladly driven me far longer without a hint of annoyance The quality of the vehicles also are not that great when compared to their direct competitors. We have a brand new 2020 Murano, which had cosmetic marks happen behind the plastic surrounding the radio. We took it in, baffled by it. The Service Manager TELLS US, "yeah, this is weird - i can tell you didn't do this". They invited execs from Nissan and an engineer...and THEY BLAMED US for the damage!!! What the actual hell?! Friendly, outgoing, and funny, but most importantly, patient. No pushing deals, no attempt to take my money any faster than I was willing to give it out. Andy worked with me to ensure that I was getting the right car, not just A car, When I needed time to get advice over the phone, I had it, and when it came time to make a deal, a deal was done. Such a different feeling from other sales departments that just rush everything in an attempt to get you to sign a contract. Fish Creek doesn't work that way, and it's why I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great reliable engine. One final note, Andy and the rest do their due diligence in making sure you see just how their price compares with cars all around Alberta, instead of just making you take their word for it. I rarely, if ever, trust dealerships. However, my experience there was contradicting. It wasn't anything much but a wheel balance for $100. They fixed the unbalanced wheels, and as a bonus, fixed the biggest issue. Hubs being left in the rims. (Due to not knowing about them, since they were second hand rims.) They removed them and the wheels feel absolutely amazing. And they informed me of wearing rear tires (which I did know,) but it shows they are attentive to things like that! I do all the work on my 04 Nissan, but for those little things that I can't do, I may just come back for those! Thanks guys!

Had my vehicle in for maintenance last week due to a power steering issue. After picking the car back up and driving it, I realized the issue was still present. We dropped the car back off for another look. The staff member who phoned said that we "never said there were any power steering problems" (despite having record of it on the after-hours drop off form, having asked for a power-steering leak to be fixed), and asked "if we were calling him a liar" for saying that we absolutely had brought the car in for this specific issue. Regardless of where the miscommunication was, that's an absolutely unacceptable way for a service department to handle a serve follow-up request.

Where do I even start! We purchased a 2014 Buick Encore from this dealership March 2020. During our test drive we pointed out issues with the struts and possible link issues. At that moment they claim to have not heard anything, we made the mechanic and the salesperson sit along with us for the 2nd test drive then they acknowledged the problem and said they will deal with the issue. After we picked up the vehicle and drop it home to find out that the issue was never dealt with. We called Nissan again to ask why the issue was not dealt with and they said the mechanic thought it was not a safety issue. Few more calls after finally the strut was changed but only 1 was changed. Standard industry practice is both are to be changed at the same time. Not even a week later with had a very strange noise that came when we were backing up, brought it back to Fish creek and their response was it is best to bring it Buick as they are not sure what the problem is (fair enough). As I was driving to Buick my windshield wiper broke the whole housing unit so I might as well have Buick look and they said the housing unit was kept to together by some plastic resin that is not originally from the factory. What happened to the Nissan 169-point inspection? (Certified pre-owned). While we were at Buick, they said we had a leaking engine oil pan and gasket. I called Fish creek to talk to the service manager and he passed me on to the pre-owned sales manager which till this day HAS NOT CALLED. Thank god we bought extended warranty and had to pay the deductible of $ 300 versus $1800 to get the vehicle fixed. At the end of the day no one wanted to help us or own up to their mistakes. Why are we paying out of pocket for Fish creeks mistakes and apparent certified pre-owned vehicles? As I write this today the vehicle is yet again in the shop with issues with the links and struts. We get e-mails and calls about vehicle we do not own or have ever bought. We have told them this repeatedly and nothing has been changed. do I even start. I guess dollars over safety.

I was recently in the market for a used vehicle and found one of my choices at Fish Creek Nissan in Calgary. I spent the day in Calgary shopping, I live outside the city so I had made arrangements to test drive 4 vehicles at 4 different dealerships. I have purchased vehicles before from dealers when I had not made previous appointments ( basically walked on to the lot and drove off with a new vehicle ) So having booked the appointments I was expecting that the vehicle would be ready for the test drive and that the sales person would be up to speed on the vehicle. Much to my surprise this was not the case, 3 of the 4 dealerships were poorly prepared for my scheduled visit. As I arrived at the 4th dealership in the day ( ready for another ill prepared meeting ) I was pleasantly surprised by Andy@ Fish Creek Nissan, he was fully prepared for my visit ……. In addition, he was aware that I had other appointments and asked me how they had gone……. He didn’t speak ill of the competitors that I had visited, if anything he showed respect for them. Andy happened to be with another customer when I arrived however in his preparedness he had my pre-selected vehicle and ready to go. He explained his predicament, took a copy of my licence and had me on my test drive within minutes of my arrival. Obviously not his first rodeo . I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that day but I was impressed with the level of professionalism I had experienced on my visit. Awful experience!!!!!!! Just AWFUL! Stay away from this place. Went in to take a look at 2 vehicles, cash purchases both! The salesperson “Lee” walked around condescendingly, had to ask him to bring the keys to turn the cars on. Didn’t offer a test drive, didn’t know the basic differences between a Murano and a Rogue. Didn’t explain any specs, or the differences between the classes. My husband had to explain it to him. Decided to openly bash the other dealerships in Calgary like the Royal Oak dealership like he was a gift from God. Openly ignored us and decided to focus attention on his buddy walking around doing God knows what...Not a great experience. Talked to a “Shane” via txt and he was great so I defineitly expected quality service in person as well. Definitely didn’t get that.

My family bought a car from this location a month ago. Greg was great and very friendly, he was not like other car salesmen that try to push a product. He is a stand-up guy. This being said, the finance department has made our experience buying a vehicle not worth it. Jasper and Jake are extremely hard to get a hold of because they rarely answer their phone line, they dont call back if you leave a message and I never received any replies to my emails when I had questions about my payments. When I finally got a hold of them a month later, they just told me to call the Nissan corporate line. It seems that once you sign your papers the dealership stops caring about you and actively avoids answering your questions. This has been so discouraging that me, my friends and family (who all have a need to buy new cars because of the recent hailstorm) decided to buy our additional vehicles from Brasso Nissan instead, where the finance department was truly miles ahead of Fish Creek in terms of customer service.

I have mixed feelings here. I wanted to buy a car, before buying it, it was sold and I was told it was being sold off because some cars have what’s called “lot rot” and it was being wholesaled. I really wanted this vehicle so I kept looking for it Canada-wide on auto trader and finally it popped back up at this dealership. I was then told it was sold to a person who’s partner wasn’t present and their partner didn’t like it. Ok, so I know I’m being kinda jerked around but I’ve always known in life that there’s always a few guaranteed “liars” you’re going to meet in life... such as lawyers... and car sales people. So I got over this part. But then when I asked for the best price I could be given, I was quoted almost $6000 more than what the original deal was before it was sold in the first place despite having always asked for a taxes in price. When I brought this up, I was again offered the car for the original price... however, after so much being jerked around, despite really thinking the sales guy was a ‘good guy’, I just no longer had confidence in buying here. I feel when making such a large purchase, especially when being so forthcoming about your situation, that to have someone not be direct, honest, and at least keeping to their agreements makes for a lost confidence environment where I could no longer trust if this was the right car for me, was in the condition it appeared, and even if I was getting a good price anymore. I really wish things had happened different here but maybe writing this will help so that either the staff can see a problem and fix it, or another customer like me can be better prepared for the “dance” that needs to be done here.

We had our car checked today from them because there was a strange noise from the wheels and we dropped it off in MINT CONDITION. But when we picked it up, we opened the door from the driver's seat and the bulb underneath the door was hanging. We asked them about it and they acted like they don't know and explained that maybe "WE" did something about the bulb before. We then explained that we just saw it and we NEVER TOUCHED IT BEFORE. In fact, when we dropped it off they even checked everything before giving the car to the mechanic guy and there was no hanging bulb seen. Then, they suggested that they would just fix the broken bulb but we would have to pay for it, WHICH WAS REALLY UNFAIR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. Customer Service is AWFUL. Sorry but ... Never coming back here anymore.

Just bought a nice clean pre-owned truck from Fish Creek Nissan. Both Andy (Sales) and Youssef (Manager) in the Used Vehicles department were professional and courteous and provided excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. The only small negative is Fish Creek Nissan did not provide a full tank of fuel with my $27K+ purchase. I thought providing a full tank of gas was a normal courtesy but possibly things have changed? Update May 2021: Dismal experience by service department upon bringing in the vehicle for a simple oil change. When booking the service appointment over the phone, I was assured that my oil change plan would be honored when I brought the vehicle in. After arriving 10 minutes early prior to my appointment time as directed, I was swiftly informed that there was no evidence of an oil change plan in the computer system. After 30 minutes of working through this issue with multiple staff members and confirming that, in fact, I do have a plan, my vehicle was taken in for an oil change. However, I continued to wait for over an hour and a half for an oil change that I was told would take 15 minutes. Needless to say, I am disappointed in today's service given my expectations of Fish Creek Nissan to have more regard for my time as a customer.

The old bait and switch once again with Nissan. We looked up the Nissan Micra S online on Nissans website. It offered new car interest rates, except when you get to the dealership, they were quick to inform us that that particular new car is not eligible for new car interest rates. If you want this car, you must finance it with used car interest rates. This is the last time Nissan gets to disappoint us. Also, they really need to find a better system for managing emails with customers, they rarely reply in back in a timely manner. This was the last straw for Nissan, we have decided after yet another bad experience with them, that we will not be using Nissan dealerships anymore.

After negotiating a deal on payments and term it went to finance where they approved the deal and thats where they pressure you in to buying extra warranties that don’t really don’t want traded my car in they gave me x num of dollars for but money still owing to the bank quoted me negative equity which they added all of to my new car loan now im paying for both loans but doesnt take a genious to figure out that when you trade something in you get credit for they also added alot of exta fees to the contract sure it’s my fault for signing but the dealership needs to be accountable how they treat there customers the policy of the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry on top of the advertised price all fees must be disclosed at closing. As an Amvic Licensed dealer they don’t honor the all in pricing they advertise as Alberta law.

I give 4/5 only because I felt a little pressured in the finance room with the extra warranties etc. But, in general financing anything is intimidating. However, the associate was able to explain the options and respected my decisions. Overall, my buying experience at Fish Creek Nissan was exciting and fun. When I owned a Nissan and had to deal with this dealership, there was always some issue every time. The only consistency was with the employees and their poor and condescending attitudes. If you like waiting around, getting ignored by your sales person and wasting your time then this dealership is for you! My wife and I had an appointment to see a specific vehicle that we wanted to purchase, all the details were set up in advance. After arriving at Fish Creek Nissan we found out we wouldn't be working with the person we had been working with over the phone but another salesman. This gentleman seemed to have no clue why we were there and had to start our search from scratch, we then found out that the vehicle we wanted to see was in the underground lot, and our salesman took off to find someone to bring it up for us, he said it would only be 10-15 minutes. Over 20 minutes went by and he finally came back to check on us, and said the vehicle was on its way and would only be another 3 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by without seeing our salesman so we decided after an hour of waiting we were done with the experience. About 15 minutes after we left we got a text message asking where we went and that the vehicle was ready for us to see. This was very frustrating. Seeing as we had an appointment, the vehicle should have been ready and waiting and someone ready to provide an appraisal on our trade in. Fish Creek Nissan doesn't seem to value or respect your time. Needless to say, we likely won't be buying a Nissan or ever recommend anyone stepping foot in this dealership.

Do not...I repeat...DO NOT buy a Nissan with a CVT transmission. It is a known defect and they will still sell it to you. There is documented litigation in the US and an active case in Quebec. If you don't believe me, you are more than welcome to purchase my Nissan Versa...2014 with only a 130k on it. Sold as is is...dead in my driveway due to transmission failure. Fish Creek commented that management would reach out to me to discuss.. It's been over a week and nothing.

Follow-up on my review below - I just took my car to a tire store, as the tires that came with my new Nissan had worn out (at only 46,000km). They told me the two front tires showed 'extreme shoulder wear' and that it appears the tires never got rotated. Again - if you still plan on getting your car serviced with these guys mark your tires before service and check afterwards to be sure they rotated them. They will say they did but I sure don't trust them. One more tip - if they try to sell you the pre-paid maintenance plan get exactly what that includes in writing before you sign. I am still not sure, after buying it, and can't get a straight answer. Original Review: Ok - I don't usually take the time to comment about negatives, as everyone is trying to make a living, BUT it really bothers me when I am being taken advantage of and it seems my experience with Fish Creek Nissan service has been expressed by others here too. My wife and I bought three cars here in less than a year and a half. The Service Department experience is very poor. I had a long, descriptive post but decided to shorten it. Basically we purchased a prepaid maintenance plan for the two cars we have now. Included in this are tire rotations. I have taken both cars in for two services each. Not once have tires been rotated, despite the fact on the work orders it states they have. I know this as we damaged a rim on both cars before their first service and after each service the damaged rim is in the same location. They would not be if rotations are being done. I confronted them, they denied it but Service manager said most likely they have not been rotated. I paid in advance to have this done. Anyway, they have lost my business. I took my car to Brasso Nissan for its latest service. Way better....and, wonder of wonders, my damaged rim was in a new location on the car when I picked it up. They rotated my tires! I do not recommend Fish Creek's Service Department but, if you do use them, and you expect to have your tires rotated, mark one before you take your car in. If it's in the same location when you pick up your car the tires were not rotated.

I will start off by saying there was some good points to my purchase but over all i was not happy with the service i received. First i confirmed by online message that the truck i wanted to look at was on the lot. I got a text confirmation from Andy and i told him i would be there at 4:30. When I arroved he had another client and it was half an hour before i got to look at the truck. After the test drive Andy was not in the office, i waited 10 minutes and he was still not there so i called. It was another 5 minutes before he arrived. He took my truck for a trade in quote I asked how long as i had somewhere to be. I was told 15 minutes at most. 35 minutes latwr he came back. At that point i left and said i would be back the next day after work. Again he had another client and i had to wait. After agreeing on price i went to finance. The approval came back next day and i was impressed they said i could do my pick up same day (Friday). I advised the salesmen i had a few questions but they werent answered. I arrived to pick up and was dissapointed to find out the fuel tank was not full (any other vehicle ive bought was always full). I left and immediately found the alignment was out on the truck. I had to spend over $200 in small repairs less than a week after purchasing. 3 days after pick up Andy called to see how things were going i told him about the fuel and alignment, was told he would check with management and to call when i could bring it in for fill up as long as it wasn't saturday. Friday i called and found it he was not in and i would have to wait. When i went to register i was told the bill of sale was wrong and needed to be signed by the dealership. After a couple calls they fixed it. I still have not heard back on a couple of questions. At the end of the day i feel the service is not up to par. They had their sale and that was it. I've had issues with other dealerships but they would always do what they could to rectify the situation and Fish Creek Nissan did not.

After dropping off my car for service in the morning and being told that I could pick it up anytime, they left my car unlocked outside their shop and my keys completely inaccessible in their ‘express kiosk’ inside their showroom. Not only was their awkward FaceTime with the finance manager (as I was standing right there) assuring my cheque wasn't fraudulent was embarrassing, the request for a picture of the front and back of my credit card with an entire form filled out was even worse. Honestly felt as though they were the fraudsters . To top off the whole experience I have been receiving numerous calls ranging from early in the morning to late at night begging for a five star review even though the dealer openly told me he was making no money off of it ... sure. Took forever and a day to convince them to allow me to pay with a certified bank draft as well as they strongly advised me to e-transfer them the full price purchase money before even seeing the car. Surprised they didn't ask for my first born and SIN number while we were at it.

The financing guy then kept pushing to purchase the Nissan roadside and 169 point inspection stuff. I declined several times and then he started pushing financing on me. He made both my parents and me feel offended, and we had considered walking away from the purchase because of this finance guy. The finance guy had an accent, and I wish I remembered his name. I booked in for some maintenance for my Frontier, all is good and they service person was great at finding a time that worked. I called back as I have trust in my dealership for the rep to tell me there where no recalls, I asked to talk to Mike Brown but he was "unavailable". Now, I'm in sales and I have spent some time also in the auto sales business so I'm aware of sales tactics to keep people coming back and I'm a bit numb to them being that I understand the business and how competitive it is. I'm very disappointed in Fish Creek Nissan as I have sent family and friends there for years, now I'm reconsidering my next trip or recommendation as now I have to take a shower to rinse off the sleazy, advantageous sales tactics I thought Fish Creek Nissan was better then. Without any further notice, being told she had signed for something that was not signed AT ALL. The rear brake had to be changed, my father found out they both got charged on top of the charge.. spoken to the manager "Paul" , and he was NOT helpful, but rather said, "I'm sorry you feel that way, your wife signed a contract." November 2nd, 2020, I purchased a 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R spec-v. When I bought the car, it had 149,521km on the odometer. On March 27, at 153,593km, the engine blew while i was driving. I was assured the car was in good mechanical condition and that all the necessary service had been done. When i brought the car home, there was no oil touching the dipstick, and the oil itself was pitch black. I had to add about 2-3 litres of oil before it was at a safe level, despite the inspection checklist saying that the oil was ok. The car very obviously has an exhaust leak, despite the exhaust system marked as ok. The inspection also claims that the seats are free of wear, stains and tears, even though theres a fairly big, and quite noticeable rip down the side of the drivers seat. I wont even mention the inspection anymore because everything was listed as ok. Power steering fluid is low, air filter is disgusting, going to go ahead and assume the oil filter is just as old. had battery problems when i first got the car, despite the battery being “brand new.” I would say around early march, i noticed my oil pressure dropped at low rpm and my oil light would come on, checking the oil again, it had burned (not leaked, no fluid below the vehicle) almost all the oil i had put in since i bought the car. I will also point out that the reverse gear did not always work properly, I dont know what was wrong with it, made all sorts of grinding and banging noises. I find it hard to believe that they were oblivious to such blatant and obvious things, or that they even inspected the car to begin with to be perfectly honest. Not to mention the fact they tacked on an extra $1500 at the last minute. The car itself was beautiful, i loved that thing and i babied it for the 4072km i had it for. The least they could have done was be honest about the car, so i could address the issues myself, rather than be surprised like this. I was only 18 when I bought this car, you can imagine the damage this has done to my wallet, only to not have a car less than 6 months later. I would absolutely recommend buying your car somewhere else. Anywhere else. I’m sure the new cars are just fine, but I will NEVER come back for a used car from this dealership. absolutely no honesty or integrity, big mistake taking anything they said at face value. Called my dealer after the car broke, was basically told to go f**k myself, nothing they could do. Thank you Fish Creek Nissan.

I've had numerous terrible experiences at this dealership. I am surprised I have ever even returned. I keep trying to give them a benefit of the doubt... No more... Last year, in the middle of the pandemic, I was told that I had a leak on one of the screws of my transfer case. I was told that all screws would need to be removed, and replaced with new ones (if there is one bad one, then surely all of them are). When I contacted them later, the story had changed and the whole seal was leaking (apparently). I was quoted at 1700$. I had my father look at the screw that was leaking. He took it out threaded it and the leak stopped. I've never had someone at Nissan mention anything about my transfer case again (WEIRD, since apparently the seal was leaking....). Last time I went, I was probably quoted at 3000$ worth of work. Transmission flush, etc. Which is also interesting because I actually had all the fluids replaced (else where for HALF the price). If they had actually done the inspection, then wouldn't they have noticed my NEW fluids, and NEW parts on my car. Anyways, I could continue to go on.. But I will leave it there. Do not go to this shop unless you want to be scammed. Maybe another Nissan dealership will be honest.

My only experience is with the service department and on numerous occasions the service has been atrocious. You are often left waiting for an extended period of time before anyone even acknowledges that you are standing there looking for assistance, and multiple staff appear to be sitting a computer doing nothing. On more than one occasion I have been promised a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced, only to show up to be told they don’t have any loaners. On one occasion I showed up and they didn’t even have record of my appointment that was booked two days prior! With each blunder they have completely put the onus back on me to either take a cab (out of my pocket) or come back a different time for the service that I booked. The sense I get is that they are under staffed and have a general lack of care for customer service. However, I have a fleet vehicle that was not purchased at this dealership, so that may factor in to the terrible customer service.

Be careful when purchasing your vehicle after the lease has expired! I saved myself $650 when I purchased my vehicle after the lease was up. My contract had no mention of this additional $650 amount that Fishcreek Nissan wanted to charge me, a number that appears to be completely arbitrary, for doing the paper work to purchase my vehicle. I had spoken to the finance manager about this but apparently this is just the company policy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ To save yourself $650 just follow these simple steps. 1. Call Nissan Canada Finance and ask them what your exact buyout amount is. 2. Add Nissan Canada Finance as a payee on your online banking and pay them the full amount, be sure to include your account number (this is just your lease number that they provide you in the buyout email). I arranged finance through my bank for this transaction. That is it, as simple as that. Once they receive the payment Nissan Canada Finance sends you the bill of sale in the mail and the vehicle is yours. If you still prefer Nissan does all the finance and paperwork for you then go to Brasso Nissan, they will do it for $500, all you need to do is sign paperwork to transfer the vehicle to Brasso as the dealership on file. This is also not my first negative experience with Fishcreek Nissan.

I wish I could give them 0 STAR. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE I took my friend to buy her first car in Canada. We've walked into used car, and there was only 1 sales person available. His name is Ali Nadir. We were just starting to shopping around car, and we ending up buying car as he won't let us walk out without signing papers. That's fine, because we've made decision. My friend went dealer by herself to pick up the car as I wasn't available. Price was not what we've agreed on. Ali told us that total price will be $15500 without any extra cost. That was including taxes + fees, and etc. The day my friend went to pick up her car, loan documents showing $15519. No explanation was given to her where $19 came from. She signed documents as she thought she is getting her car. After she signed her paper, she was told to go get her license plate, which it took her about an hour to went back to dealership. Which I've told them that they can register her license plate for her upon picking up her car, which they didn't even do it. After she went back, she waited and waited for her car. After about an hour later, they finally told her that her car is not READY... Why did they ask her to sign papers while it wasn't ready(?) NO IDEA.. And they called Ali, at this point they didn't say where Ali was and they keep saying they have no idea what is going on. Anyway, Ali called my friend saying that her car is not repaired yet to pick up, which doesn't make sense as she BOOKED an appointment to pick up her new car. Ali told her that she can take her car without repair and she can come back another day. So She agreed to take car without repair, as they were looking for key, they could not find KEY. They said her car is in repair now and she can't take her car. This vehicle had hail damage from their parking lot, and had lots of scratches. Ali promised it will be all repaired. Anyway, they told her that they can loan her car until her car is ready. She is new driver and was uncomfortable to drive someone else's car. She left dealership without her car after 4 hours. We booked another appointment with Ali to go pick up her car. He did not even apologized to her, and he is blaming someone else to booking an appointment to pick up the car. He also blaming my friend not taking loaned car from dealership. He was really unprofessional at this point. I told him that my friend had to book vacation to go pick up her car couple of days ago, and it wasn't ready and she basically wasted her day waiting at the dealership for 4 hours. It is also unacceptable as her car loan started the day that she couldn't even pick up the car and she has been paying interest while she had no car. He did not even acknowledge and he is saying we will fill up your gas for free one time. Seriously??? fill up GAS for one time(?). That's how he does his business? He said that's it, that's all his MANAGER approved for. We did not really appreciate that he did not take full ownership to problem. It's SIMPLE to just acknowledge problem, and apologize what happened other than blaming other person that they shouldn't have booked appointment and keep saying she should have just take loaned car. Anyway, at this point, since my friend already signed documents she had no other option than take her car. we've looked at her car and checked everything. We've notice hail damage was not completely fixed and scratches were still there. When we mentioned it, he is saying that some parts are from dang from other door(?) and it is not promised to be fixed. It is clearly hail damage, we are not stupid here, but he was keep arguing about it. He said he never have promised to fix up scratches EITHER. 3 person heard it that day he promised to fix everything. At this point, we didn't want to waste our time to arguing about it as it was too late to void purchases. So here I am writing long review to make sure buyers to avoid this dealer as all they are looking to ripping clients off. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FISH CREEK NISSAN AND GO BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bought a used car from this dealership. The salesman Andy Miller was very helpful and courteous. However I can't recommend the dealership for several reasons. First, despite the firm policy of the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council, the dealership added a "Dealer Fee" ($695) on top of the advertised price, at closing. This is strictly prohibited...advertised prices must include all fees. Secondly I was assured the vehicle had passed their mechanical inspection and I was given a very superficial report. I asked to take the vehicle at my expense to an independent mechanic but was refused. I bought the vehicle anyway, took it home and discovered a huge oil puddle under it the next morning. Fish Creek Nissan did make a repair (main seal), but once I got the vehicle home the second time , there was still a significant oil leak. I finally took it to an independent shop and they quickly diagnosed there was also a major leak from the oil cooler...about a $1,000 fix. I advised Fish Creek hoping for at least an apology...they refuse to respond to me. Their mechanical inspection is almost useless and not to be trusted and their follow-up to complaints non-existent. I would not buy from them.

I purchased my 4th Rouge with Fish Creek Nissan last month. I asked Lee Pornasdoro, my agent for his advice re the lease expiring last May. He assisted me in what to consider & provided me all the info I requested and options available, ie to lease or finance. I opted to finance my Roque "Reserved Series" which am very comfortable with. Not a cheap car by any means but I am very happy in all aspects. To me, service is JUST as important as the car itself. I am a detailed person and like to make my own decisions i(& not rushed). He responded to my calls in timely fashion. I had a glitch once before; I called him as the dealer was closed. He guided me safely home and follow thru & reminded me to have the problem investigated. He is patient and his service is "second to none". Deluxe service is what i called it. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and NOT pushy car sales advisor.

Happy with the car overall, Andy was easy to deal with. Detailing was meh, had to clean a bunch sticky stuff out of the centre console, and once the new car smell faded it was replaced with a musty scent that was not there when I first test drove the car. Almost seems like all the upholstery was cleaned with dirty water or something, so I'll have to go get that done somewhere else because my car now smells like an old hockey bag.

Alright, bought my used Versa from FCN back in October, waited a while to make sure the car runs soundly, which it does. First off, Andy Miller in used sales is amazing. A lot of reviews have mentioned how cool he is, and he deserves it. He answered all my questions, respected my budget, and was super cool about explaining everything from maintenance to coverage. The car I got was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was about as painless as I hoped it could be. Will definitely be stopping back here first next time I need a car.

Beware of lies from finance department. Spoke to a guy named Jake but all our paper work was signed with a person named Jasper. I bought a vehicle over a year ago and was offered a protection package for $5999. They discounted it down to $4999 and the terms were 3M package, rust proofing, under coating, interior detail protection, free maintenance and a refund of $2000 for not having any claims. I asked Jake how much maintenance is and he said it's about $500 a year. He was bragging that he originally came up with this deal because how the math still makes sense for both the company and the buyer. So doing math it looked like $4999 - $500 x 5 - $2000 = $499 for the protection stuff. Looked like a good deal to me. When I came to pickup the vehicle, i noticed that the wording on the contract says "Oil Change" instead of "Maintenance". So i asked why because our understanding was maintenance and not just oil change. He said it's just standard wording and there's no way to change it. I was asking for a maintenance schedule with cost and he said he can't provide it but it will be discussed by the girl who will walk you through the vehicle. (that paperwork never came and we just left the dealership after that) Fast forward to 24k service appointment, I was quoted $299 for brake cleaning and steering wheel adjustment. The service girl says only oil change is covered.

I visited their to buying a used car and it was good before i got the car Ali take care of me to buying a car and i made an appointment to pick up the car 5days later After i signed up they said i can wait few minutes to take the car and then there was no car… I waited an hour and Ali called me once that he is not in there and other dealer told me the car is away to fix hail damage..which Ali promised me he will fix it before i got the car My insurance,plate and loan are started already but i don’t have a car yet Horrible experience!̆̈

I recently took my truck in for service August 6th asked that they look into the grinding noise from my drivers side front wheel. After doing the oil change and maintenance I get a call from Casey that the service is done and the grinding has been confirmed and diagnosed as brake problems. "Ok good you found the problem" So all rotors and pads need replacing and it will be $430.00 per axle. Casey tells me "Wait what!!!" Its a wear and tear item that Nissan doesn't warranty I'm told. I say I get that but technician 2038 measured it in January and I had 7mm of brakes all around. 7500 km later the same "skilled" eyes of technician 2038 measures that i have 2mm left on the drivers side brakes and 3mm left on the drivers rear. Half of my brake pad thickness that started at 10mm is now gone in one oil change period!!!! Asked Casey does that sound right? Does that sound like normal wear and tear? He agrees it was not but Nissan says no warranty. So I get two people at the service desk tell me this is not right but still Nissan says no. I asked Casey to call Nissan for me but the end of his shift seemed more important. Ok I asked then that he try and help me out to get this resolved tomorrow Aug 7. I didn't get a call back. Waited until Aug 10th no call back. Have to go back Aug 12th now and ask in person what's going on. Told its a wear item. Ok what caused the wear? Told corrosion of the rotors. Ok what caused the corrosion of the rotors on only the drivers side? What underlying condition caused this mechanical failure to wear my brakes down? Told the worse answer, I don't know. You don't know what caused this but you want me to shell out money on a truck with 33000km brakes? is their a guarantee on the brake work? Told yes 20,000km so why is it those wear parts have a warranty but the original ones don't? I'm aggravated now that Fish Creek Nissan does not want to fully acknowledge that my drivers side brakes are showing signs of heat checking on the rotors from improper caliper function causing this premature wear. Also Casey telling me that I'm just a service desk guy does not help. Whats does this mean? its above your pay grade Casey or above your Caring level who knows either way it shows weakness in this situation. I would like to say the service manager came into the picture and tell you hus name but that did not happen instead he just spectated from the other side of the office. Again 5 mm of wear in a short amount of time on one side of the trucks brakes is not normal wear and shows signs of a mechanical malfunction. So disappointed with Fish Creek Nissan service department. That they seem to invest more time into getting out of this rather than admitting there is an obvious problem. Not all is bad, their shining star that is always pleasant in the service area is Amanda. Wait if you have to to deal with her. I dealt with Andy twice now and it has been a great experience both times. If you're looking it the used lot look him up. The other peoples service I have dealt with there however has been greasy to deplorable. The lack to budge at all in their stance on this warranty issue has led me to most likely sell the truck and just be done with Nissan and I would recommend to others reading this to look into reviews of any dealerships service department before committing buying from them. Its all smiles and handshakes until something goes wrong and you have to deal with the service department. The service departments handling of things will show you where the dealership owners true vision and values lie with the customer and their satisfaction.

What a nightmare! We have bought 5 new Nissan in 10 yrs. This was our first Used Nissan. I don't know if you are old enough to remember Farmer Jones Used car sales ...c'mon down.....sleazyest weasels in the business. The Fish Creek "team" make Farmer look like a saint. After changing the contract out for various excuses. The final one had a $4000 optional warranty slipped in. When I got the first payment, It didn't make sense. After looking over the final contract I see he put in the "optional warranty". He told us he got us 2.9% financing instead of the 6.9% on the original contract. They made 2 separate charges for $300 and $900. He said one was for paperwork to get the 2.9% and one was to get the full warranty. There was a 3 ft by 4 ft poster behind him that said "Nissan used approved vehicles full warranty 120,00 km or 5 yrs. Apparently this didn't apply to our "Used Nissan approved " vehicle. I tried for 2 months to contact them to make all this right. There was a 30 or 90 day cancelation policy. I went into the dealership and he fed me a bunch of COVID BS, and maybe it was to late. Last I ever heard from him. 2 e mails, 4 phone messages and 2 more trips to the dealership. Always in a meeting "can he call you back"/...I guess not. I got a hold of the asst manager. He gave me his e mail and the general managers and owners e mail. Sent 4 e mails. No response. Phoned the asst manager again....twice ...."In a meeting....can he call you back"....I guess not. So, you could say I'm an idiot for not reading the final contract. Maybe so. I just didn't expect that sort of sleazyness from a big name dealership. Hiding, ignoring and lying until the cancelation is past due is about a sleazy as it gets. My advice...Buy a Toyota. We just did. Good truck.

We bought a used 2018 Nissan Murano in January with very low kilometers, the car was immaculate. Andy was our salesperson and was extremely personable. We asked that the car have mats put into it and as Andy could not find used ones he put new ones in the car, a small request but much appreciated! Because the car had such low kilometers we were able to extend all the warranties for another five years and the entire process was explained very well by the Fish Creek Nissan team.
