If you need gear for competitive or distance swimming, they have it. Small store, staff know their stuff. Goggles, swimsuits, paddles, boards, etc.

Helpful staff here, but I haven't found this a great place to go when I'm in a hurry. The last couple of times I've been there I couldn't even make eye contact with a staff member as they had total focus on helping one single customer out. So, you can get good service, but it seems to be at the expense of everyone else in the place. I've tried what I thought would be off-peak hours as well. So, it's a bit of a coin toss as to how your experience might be.

I am absolutely blown away at the AMAZING service i received from this store on Tuesday March 30th. I went there to purchase swim stuff for my daughter who was swimming that evening and long story short didn't have her swim bag at my place. I was in a bit of a pickle. I showed up to realize the hours changed because of COVID and they were admist a renovation and not opened for a couple more days. A lovely lady who i now refer to as the jack of all trades greeted me named Sue. She offered to allow me to come in to get what i needed and even warned me she was the finance manager and also someone helping with the renovation. I was blown away that she would help me. This business has caring employees who are willing to help with not only their assigned duties but duties outside of this. And this is WHY this business will thrive as everyone has a vested interested in a business doing well. I got exactly what i needed. Though she advised she hasn't worked the storefront before, she did amazing figuring out the cash register. She even took VISA details as the card system wasn't working. She later emailed me confirmation. BLOWN AWAY!!!! They went above and beyond for my business and for this is what customer service is!!!! I have been here a couple times before and i will continue to return. Thank you Sue for caring and helping a stressed out mother that day! I will never forget YOU!

Team Aquatic always tries to get things right. They were out of stock on the items I wanted today with their order coming in by the end of the week, but they were very helpful in making suggestions and offering online ordering with free in-store pickup.
