This is a great value pet store, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going here for a while and trust them with pretty much any question about my cats food or toys, they even directed me to this calming spray for a move it was brilliant. They finally carry the big bag of Royal Canin Urinary Cat food! I also live the fact that they are always the cheaper one compared to Pets Mart and Pet Valu and also have a buy 12 get 1 free for Royal Canin brand cat food.

The team here are always very friendly and knowledgeable. We have two Boxer dogs and the staff seem to remember them and take an interest in their well being. We find their prices on the particular brand of food to be superior to other stores in town. They also offer a bulk or multibag purchase incentive.

PetMax in Burlington is where we get all of our dog items! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, they have a vast variety of options when it comes to toys, treats, or food, and they also offer loyalty programs with most of their dog food (which is already at a great price). I would definitely recommend checking them out if you have a pet!

I stumbled upon this place when I found a new local vet. Very well stocked, knowledgeable staff and really great prices. This place is a local Canadian business and has a better selection of premium foods for pets and doesn't tend to have the filler lower quality food. Well laid out and the staff are quite helpful and giving suggestions on products I was looking for. Reachable by the No. 12 and not far from Walker's line.

My dog and I love coming here! The girls are always so friendly and always remember Pacino's name. I find it shocking how much cheaper PetMax is in comparison to PetSmart. We love buying my dog charcuterie bones which are $3.50 at PetMax and $8.99 at PetSmart. Wherever we can, we make an effort to support a smaller business and go to PetMax.

I just happened to see this store while driving in the area. I went in and was pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked the store was. The two ladies that were there were super helpful in assisting us find a harness for our Chihuahua pup. Competitive prices. I will now be a regular customer!

Beware I feel cheated! I was offered a promotion with the purchase of 12 bags of dog food I would receive one free. The purchases were recorded by the staff and twice I was told that the next purchase would be buy one get one free. I went to purchase that 12th bag but I was told that there was a time limit and that I did not qualify for the free bag this was news to me. I purchased 16 bags at that point and in order to receive the free bag I needed to purchase four more not to mention the free bag was of a lesser quality! I expressed that I was unhappy with the miss information and was dealt with rudely! In the end I purchased the four bags. I am writing this on behalf of my 81 year old mother. I am disturbed that three staff members didn’t even off to help her transport the 5 very heavy bags to her vehicle!

Awesome place to shop! I checked out the Burlington location after shopping at the Hamilton location for years and it is awesome. The employees were helpful and upbeat and the selection was great as well. Definitely would recommend checking them out!

I absolutely love the staff at this location and my pup Oreo loves them too! They always help with every question and the prices are great as well. I go at least once a week to pick up treats/food/toys. Seriously a great place to shop. Raw food options seem to be a bit limited but the prices make up for that.

The staff are very friendly, and generally more knowledgeable about nutrition than typically found elsewhere. They are able to order stuff in for me - I actually kinda prefer this over grabbing what's in stock on the shelf, since it means I always get the freshest batch from the manufacturer, with the most favourable expiry date. Independent small business run by pet lovers. Great prices, friendly staff.
