I LOVE THIS PLACE!! the owner Rick is the nicest person! He is so knowledgeable, warm, humble and always has a smile on his face.. My puppy Jasmine went to the puppy classes that are offered by Glenn there and I get my food for her from there, treats she even goes to the groomers there... all in all an excellent place for dogs and their owners.. all the products they carry are high quality and they never try to sell you anything.. they give you the information and let you decide.. I plan to switch my puppy to raw food and Rick has told me that I can come and talk to him and he will make the transition as smooth as he can and help me.. I give this place 10/10 stars.. ⭐️

This place has become my new favourite store for everything related to my boy Cooper. The staff are unbelievably nice, extremely helpful, and very patient with both the human and canine customer. They carry Acana brand kibble, have an excellent selection of unique toys and treats, and the staff go above and beyond to provide a great experience every time I’ve walked in. Cooper got his first nail trim today, I can’t do them at home, but he was more than happy to go with the groomer and it took just minutes. I highly recommend this place for any dog parent.

Booked a time 2.5 months ago, they called us twice saying they had cancellations and if we would be interested. We asked to keep our original time slot. Took the day off work and showed up only to have them tell us that we apparently cancelled (which we never did). Sorry but you screw-up cost you a loyal customer. Will take our business elsewhere for food and grooming.

Very limited parking. When you park in front of the store be prepared to be met outside with very aggressive questioning. Although we explained we were coming to buy items for my bothers new dog, my son and I felt so uncomfortable we just left and went to Trafalgar Rd where there is no aggressive parking warriors.

Nothing but love for this store, the staff and the owner, Rick. They have the best and most unique items for puppers + they only carry some of the best food brands available. I would recommend checking out the store! My parents brought their previous boy, Riley, and their newest edition, Dexter, for grooming with Crysta and she’s amazing. Just got a little Christmas sweater for my girl, Faith, and she loves it!

Ordered a dog tag over a month ago, when I placed the order I was told it would be 10-14 days to receive it. I dropped in twice to see if it had come after two weeks only to responses such as “we will call you” or “ it’s probably In the mail but we can check yet” and again ... “ we will call you” and looks like I was crazy for asking. Keep in mind Each time I come into the store I spend about $100 + on toys and stuff for my dog. So I forget about the tag and “waited for them to call me” only to never receive a call for the $30 dog tag I ordered. So I decided to drop back into the store only to find out that the tag had been there waiting for me to pick it up. Never received a call once for what I ordered and the times I did drop in got attitude. To bad I really like the store, products and location but I’m not a fan of supporting crummy customer service. I’ll shop for my over priced dog toys elsewhere. Cynthia & Hector

Bark & Fitz is one of the most professional grooming salons around. The staff truly cares about you and your fur baby and does a very top notch job in bathing and grooming ... Crysta is the best groomer I've ever dealt with My new puppy is only 17 weeks and she was able to get everything done on him and looking as cute as ever! I'm so glad I found them! I recommend Crysta if you are looking for grooming in the Burlington area, along with all your pet supplies in the store front. Thank you again!

We have been visiting this Bark & Fitz for years. Have received friendly, knowledgeable service every time we shop there. The owner really knows his products and is very helpful and attentive. We have recently signed up for the food delivery service and LOVE it. We travel from the other end of town to shop here, so having this food delivery service has been great. Our border collie only gets groomed here and we have always been happy with the care she has received. Highly recommend this location.
