We ordered a cake here for my mom's birthday and the customer service was amazing. The store was very clean and pick up was so easy! Also if you love chocolate cake, you have to try their chocolate fudge cake. It's a favourite in my family.

I have started going to my local Longos every other Tuesday, I live in a senior building and Longos provide a transit bus to go round a few senior buildings to pick us up to do our shopping, as I love shopping at Longos it works out perfectly for me. They even provide us with a coffee and cookies so you get to visit with people from other buildings which is really nice, keep up the good work Longos. We also have 2 really nice young ladies who help us getting off and on the bus and help us with our shopping trolleys and bags. Thank you again Longos.

This is a great store but the parking lot and road access is terrible. Unless you want to exit going north or west it is unbelievably difficult to exit the lot, and manoeuvring the end of the lot where the LCBO is a nightmare. It isn't the stores fault but if you are trying to make a quick stop on the way home from work it might not be a good choice.

First time in the store. The store is clean and does not feel crowded. Even though I wasn't hungry, it took all my will power not to get any of their cooked food. They look and probably taste amazing. I will definitely have a slice of pizza next time I am there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely going to visit this location again. Great grocery store with friendly employees. The store is well laid out with wide isles. Plenty of prepaired food options, hot or heat and serve at home. Excellent produce, Bakery products are fresh, deli counter well stocked, also have some prepackaged deli meats if your in a hurry! Lots of parking available, easy access in and out of the plaza.

I bought some "freshly picked local strawberries" from Longos today. I don't know if I'm just imagining things but I remember the strawberries I picked in my childhood tasting really good. Ever since then every strawberry I've bought from a grocery store has tasted like water, some of them smell good, but they all taste like nothing. Longos really disappointed as I was hoping it would be different this time.

Had 4 different people help me through out the store. Shopping was great. The staff are all fantastic and they smile! They are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and seem to love their job! I received Extremely disgusting.. discrimination and disrespectful communication from a manager. I tried to enter the Longos store with a doctors note exemption from wearing a mask due to serve Health conditions.. and truth be told I was denied entry. Statement from the Burlington mayor (Maryanne Meed Ward) was that NO PROOF had to be shown, and you should never be discriminated due to health conditions... can you believe this?.. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they follow the community rules and regulations and don’t judge people. I’ll never step foot in your establishments again and will pass along this information to fellow citizens in the same situation as I am. ????????????????

The fruit and vegetables are great and generally the selection of food is good but the location and price are poor. Expect to pay significantly more for everyday items like milk and bread. The parking lot is poorly designed and an absolute pain to get out of.

This is a good place for your daily needs. I like the bakery. This section is rich. Mostly gelatin and alchohol free cake. Gluten free cakes are also available. Staffs are good and professional. I gave 1 star less as the lady in the bakery section 1st rejected to check ingredients in the cake excusing rush, though it was not that rush. Otherwise it would have been a 5 from me.

Today, March 28, I placed an online order for me to pick up at the store. This took time to do, and it was only when I got to the checkout part that I was offered a time window - on APRIL 9!!! The pick up window is not offered at the beginning, only the delivery window. C'mon Longos! Be transparent up front so I people don't waste time entering an order to find out they can pick it up in 12 days !!!!!

I m here its Thursday night and they have a pizza special today I usually in burloak and qew store but today I was in Burlington and my kids ask for pizza coz they like longo's pizza . And we went to store and the guy in bakery looked at me as If I want it for free . He give 30 minutes time where in burloak I get my pizza in 10 to 15 minutes. I think the guy should quit his job if he is not happy working there before screwing some ones business

I think that Longo’s is doing an excellent job of managing the Covid-19 challenges. The door person is professional, the aisles are wide and well marked, the check out process is clean and clear etc.. My husband was just discriminated against by the store manager, Chris at this location. The bylaw explicitly states that masks are to be worn WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A MEDICAL CONDITION. I do not know how a bylaw could be written more clearly. If Chris feels he is above the bylaw, I suggest he spends some time educating himself as he is now personally liable for a human rights violation.
