Used them for the first time yesterday. Excellent work! My fish tank looks great and even the fish told me how happy they were, LOL. Clarence is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Even if you are using someone already, I recommend trying them just wants to compare. You won’t be sorry and you may switch.

I’ve been been using Aquarium Effects for over two years now and Clarence definitely knows his stuff and takes care to ensure that proper choices are made for setting up and maintaining your aquarium. He is very knowledgeable about what to stock your tank with, both in terms of quantity of fish, invertebrates and coral, and compatibility, both of which must be pegged right to create a successful environment. He preaches patience in populating the tank so as not to overwhelm the ecosystem and is very good at gently dissuading the over-enthusiastic but under-informed hobbyist from making decisions that will be detrimental to the tank’s success. He provides good cleaning and maintenance services and is usually available by phone or text if you just need to be pointed in the right direction on smaller maintenance issues. Recommended!

I have been using Aquarium Effects for over 15 years and without hesitation I would strongly recommend all that is offered. Aquarium Effects has set-up two salt water tanks and converted one into a freshwater system for me, including stocking with fish and coral, customizing systems to fit unique architectural design, troubleshooting any install challenges as well as regular maintenance. The final product always looks great and I have never been disappointed! Clarence is trustworthy and I am comfortable with him doing regular maintenance visits even when I’m not home. All around a good experience for over 15+ years!
