Ordered through phone app. They did not cook my chicken until I arrived to pick it up. I requested one color of meat and did not get what I requested. Food lacked flavour, the ketchup had more flavour

The chicken here is the most greasy thing I have eaten my entire life, I didn't expect much from this place and it didn't even deliver, i got a box meal and the chicken grease was seeping through the box, absolutely disgusting

Decent chicken, but not as good as other KFCs in southern Alberta. One thing that gets me is the drive through. It is impossible to drive a crew truck through there without scraping the tires on the median. Whoever designed it was not aware that a lot of people in this area drive crew trucks.

Visited the Brooks KFC location 5 p.m. yesterday at the drive-thru Ordered four piece chicken and fries French fries were ice cold and stale Chicken was likewise barely warm and dripping in grease When I got home and found this I called the store and told the manager I was on happy with the product and would be returning it for a refund He said no refund and repeatedly told me everything was fine everything was fine I live 4 minutes from the KFC it did not get cold and nasty during a 4 minute drive quality has been terrible since its new location opened and it has never gotten any better

Went here ordered chicken and waited 20 minutes. After 20 minutes they told me my order will be 20 more minutes. Yet they did not tell the people behind me that were ordering. Do not come here.

I'm mad with this place. Fri I ordered a 16 piece feast. When I got home I noticed that there was only 1 thigh 2 breasts 3 wings 5 legs and 5 rib pieces. It's absurd that there was only 1 thigh. And the gravy and salad sides are only 3/4 filled.

I had two items in my order and they shorted me one. I had to turn around and come back. Went back sunday to pickup my shorted order and a new order. Not only did they replace the shorted item they comped my order. Great job!

I love their popcorn chicken but it’s the slowest drive through in town. Ordered and there were 3 vehicles ahead of us it was 30 minutes until I made it up to the window and got my food

Was not impressed. Received Old chicken that was luke warm and greasy. Also now you have to pay for any dipping sauce now. Doesn't even come with any for the hot wings. Pay 25cents for one.

My husband ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece gets it home and it is 2 -2pieces they don't answer the phone when you call I mean how hard is it to count to 3. Believe me when I go there they are going to hear it from me. KFC Brooks needs people that care about their job not just the money then they wouldn't gave any complaints.

Ordered a small popcorn chicken and got 10 pieces of popcorn chicken and a pile of fries instead. Apparently chicken has gotten quite expensive! Lol They charged me almost 10 dollars for the small popcorn chicken so I guess it’s a buck for every tiny piece. Last time I make that mistake. Called in and the phones were off.. poor service and overpriced for the little you get. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
