Indian Pan Flame is a great place to enjoy some Indian food. We ordered out and the service was really nice. Very polite staff, and informed us on what to order as first timers. I was personally a fan of the coconut rice, butter chicken, and garlic Naan. Suggest eating here if you're open to different foods, and are tired of eating low quality fast food in brooks. 5 stars, will definitely return!

Absolutely delicious! Had the Chicken samosas to start and the were warm and mouth watering, then the garlic naan with Lamb Biryani and gorged myself. Fell into a food coma as soon as I got to my bed and was so happy. Will stop again when in Brooks!

Freshly made, right seasoning, quickly prepared. Finally, the price: just fair!! It is not an expensive restaurant. We had to stop in Brooks to have lunch on our way to Dinosaur Provincial Park and decided to stop at Pan Flame. Sunday brunch buffet was excellent. Every single item we tried was delicious, even our little picky eaters (3 & 7 yo) found something that they liked.

If you like to taste the real eastern Indian food simply order any food from this restaurant. Close your eyes, and it will take you to the centre of Bombay city! Real food, great quality, clean, great crew. I had pleasure to meet Jazz one the staff. Great guy and he will serve you in very appropriate way. I strongly recommend chicken biryani with side Big Raita. With spice level of mild medium. Its not only yummy it’s bulky too. You barely can finish a plate of it. Awesome food! It was served fast with good service and in a clean atmosphere. We had the sampler platter to start, it was all very tasty. I also enjoyed a mango lassy; it was great! For main I had the lamb curry with rice and garlic nan, it was all very delicious. I also tried my friend's butter chicken and it was likely one of the best I have ever tasted. Best Indian food I've had in a long time! Would come back again for sure.

But after that day i went every night during my stay in Brooks. because after 3 years since came to canada i got real taste of Indian food in canada. This establishment serves some of the best quality curry I have tried and if there's an East Indian restaurant where ever I go I generally prefer it over most foods. Definitely above me expectations, for coming in so close to closing they were more than welcoming and the commitment to presentation and flavour was top notch. I had lamb curry and shrimp Biryani. Most excellent, the cost reflects the quality but I don't mind paying a little more for high quality. I would definitely dine here again if I return to Brooks. Thanks!

I went for dinner here with my wife and two boys. This was an excellent dinning experience. The restaurant is spacious and clean and with a simple elegance. Service was prompt and attentive. The menu was explained with levels of spice adjustable for each dish. The meal arrived quickly with very nice presentation. Food was served family style and was excellent! We had tikka paneer, Alu Gobi, lamb korma and a spinach paneer. The curry sauces were excellent. We also had a generous cucumber salad, naan and pakoras. All the dishes were very good and of generous portions. I would compare this to the better Indian restaurants in Vancouver. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a family and to try some new tastes. We look forward to returning again and trying others dishes on the extensive menu.

Indian Pan Flame is excellent! If you are looking for friendly staff, great food and a clean environment, this is it. The Tandoori Chicken and Butter Chicken are delicious. If you want a starter, try to Samosas and Pakoras. Anything you try here, you will not be disappointed. Service is great and it's always a breeze when ordering over the phone. If you are in the Camrose area, Pan Flame is the sibling to this location. Always a top notch choice.

We stayed in Brooks for the weekend and this place was the best lunch experience. Chicken and lamb were great, and they customized the dressings to our liking. Surprisingly no one else was present for Sunday lunch. We were a bit hesitant to dine there because of presumably spicy food, but that was not a problem at all, food was not spicy.

I had the pleasure of eating at Indian Pan Flame this evening, and was thoroughly satisfied with my dining experience. Portion sizes were more then adequate, and all for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, the food was delicious! I would highly recommend stopping in, and enjoying an authentic Indian meal.

My friend and I just had dinner here and we could not wait to leave a review!! We ordered the butter chicken and chili paneer with a side of rice and garlic naan and it came out of the kitchen so fast that we didn't have time to have a conversation!! The food was unbelievably delicious! The portions were the perfect size - not stingy, but also not so big that we left with stomachaches! The prices are also very reasonable!! The service was friendly and professional, the dining area is clean, comfortable and the decor is subtle and beautiful. We will absolutely be returning for lunch tomorrow! Tl;dr: if you are in Brooks and you like Indian food, YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE!!

My toddler and I came in later in the evening as a last minute decision. I'd been meaning to try the Mango Tree since they opened in Brooks but only now gotten to it. What a great stop! The Mango Chicken is truly devine. The daal is lovely. Upon sitting down our host brought my daughter a little cup of mango purée and she was all smiles. I could not recommend this place higher. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fast, tasty, and the service stellar.

This place is AMAZING! A favourite of a few of the locals that I asked. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They helped with recommendations with menu. They have a super delicious house tea that I definitely recommend. I chose the lamb as my dish, OMG!!♡♡ I stuffed myself silly!! I really enjoyed how the girl at the front was full of smiles for her customers and their chefs in the back of house totally nailed it! I have eaten in quite a few places, I would definitely enjoy eating here again if I had the chance!! I live pretty far away but I love this restaurant!

The waitress - an Indian lady barely speaking English - knew nothing about their menu. My colleague asked for a decaf tea and she wouldn't know what it was. I ordered mix grill which has all kinds of meats and the lady asked me what meat I wanted. She would have to go and confirm that it's not single kind of meat :) My colleague could not decide between two different items on the menu and he expressed this loudly waiting for some hints or explanation of the differences. What he heard instead was: "You have to decide", and few seconds later: "Have you decided yet?", and again and again. I asked a question about Indian beer and the response was that she didn't know because she didn't drink beer. Another hit - my colleague asked for glass of water and he got it... after he almost finished his meal :) and we were waiting for the meal for some time. Food was OK and although not outstanding it would qualify for 3-4 stars if not the service.

After a couple of weeks of travel food, this place was such an oasis. Solid Indian dishes, excellent service, and great options for children. We liked it so much we went on our way to our campsite and again on our way back. A little gem; can't recommend it enough.
