Honda Magic was fantastic! We were 2 hours into a long road trip over the Christmas Break when we had issues with our alternator. Luckily we were able to pull into Honda Magic, however, found out that a new part was 2 days away! The service department, knowing we were travelling, offered to take a replacement alternator from a car on the lot just so that we wouldn’t be delayed too long! They took fantastic care of us while we waited, offered us a car to tour around and suggested a few places to go to kill some time. The repair was done in no time and we made it to our destination and back home again without any problems. These guys are great and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again!

I just traded my 2917 prowler for a 2020 forest river flagstaff micro lite. The folks at this dealership care about their customers and make any dealings with them painless. When we arrived everything was ready to go for us the folks let us know how much they appreciated our business, it is a pleasure dealing with respectful people. Also have to say what a beautiful unit the forest river flagstaff is. This is top of the line with all the bells and whistles, had 2 nights in it before going back to work and cant wait to go again I love this unit. The young salesman was fantastic!--friendly--proffessional--knowlegable, truly a great guy.........however....as much as I want to support local...now comes the person that does the actual dealing...extorsion prices are unacceptable...when they try and charge the same price for a 3 year old car that was the same price new...PLUS tax and their arbitrary fees.....thats a hard pass...in these economic times perhaps it's time to be a tad more realistic/competitive on your price points.Not a returning customer.

Came in for a Honda accord, we talked to Tony beforehand and his great customer service inclined us towards this location. We drove almost two hours to get here but it was worth it. We got a great deal on our 2019 Honda Accord Touring and the people helping us were extremely nice and honest. Moreover, they have a great positive attitude and make you feel like they care about your interests. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions to the best. We had a great experience with the team which made a great impact in us making up our mind to get the car. Kirsten offered us a great rate of interest that we didn’t expect as well. We were travelling from Banff back to home in Ontario and we experienced some issues with our RV on the side of the Highway. We used google to find your dealership and my husband called and spoke with Gord in your rv service department. Gord talked my husband through getting us fixed enough to safely make it to your dealership then proceeded to temporarily make repairs to get us home to be fixed, as you couldnt get our unit in for full repairs for days. He was pleasant professional and went out of his way to help us over what I am sure was his lunch break. I work in the service industry, am a business owner myself, and Its encouraging to know there are businesses still that breed this cutlture. This is a culture I try so very hard to encourage in my own offices so always make a point of acknowledging it elsewhere when I encounter it. Thank you again Gord and Honda Magic!

Being new to the area I was so pleased to find a honda dealer so close and so friendly. Ashley at the service desk has made my first visits so easy and always seems to have a big smile on his face. I was in need of new tires and he found just the ones I wanted at a great price and told me he could have them for me the next day, yep the phone rang the next morning at opening and it was him saying my tires were in and they could put them on later that afternoon. Thanks again Ashley and the gang for making things go so smoothly! P.S they didn't even mind I brought my dog with me on my first visit, then I made the mistake of not bringing her the next time and was asked by several of the friendly staff "hey why didn't u bring your dog?" lol. I think that speaks miles for the people that work there.
