Bought a vehicle off them. Was hearing a thumping sound every rotation of one of my tires, told them about it. They failed to diagnose it THREE seperate times. Took it to another ford dealership and they said my breaks were seized up and completely worn and they had to change the breaks and rotor plates. Problem fixed. Awesome job Harwood ford.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years and have heard the same song and dance from every salesman and service person. They will say and do anything to get your business but when you need them it’s like pulling teeth to get what you need. I can honestly say I’ve finally found someplace that really seems to care. They go above and beyond on every single time I’m at the dealership or inquiring on the phone. The staff all know you by your name and treat myself and wife like real people not just another sale. From Courtesy rides to washing your vehicle at no cost to you to dropping everything to help you when in need Harwood Ford has really become the only dealership that does and says what they say. I can't say enough about Shawna and the service department at Harwood. Had issue with my F150 on my way camping. It was Friday afternoon of may long weekend and they got my truck in ASAP to diagnose. They couldn't fix it that day and I dident expect it but they said they would get to it first thing Tuesday. They called me Tuesday afternoon and said it was done and it turned out to be bad workmanship at another dealer. The tech took his time to take photos for evidence to take back the other other dealer, and said if needed they can call and talk too harwood. Because of this the other dealer covered the bill of repairs and rental. If I dident live 3.5 HRs from brooks I would use them all the time. Thanks Again!

I went to buy a used car that I had been looking for. Dusty (sales), took care of everything ahead of time, the office staff had all the papers ready to sign and even a permit ($25) so I could drive it home. They even filled the tank!

Absolutely horrible. They do not communicate properly when people attempt to go trade-ins (giving them low offers and communicating via TEXT regarding serious manner and then throwing tantrums if people aren't willing to go along with it). When going in they charge $400 to program a key, they didn't do anything. Better off going to Med. Hat. to do ANY business or car maintenance. They sold a vehicle with a broken ABS system and kept deleting the code when bringing in for fixing. All of this happened with different vehicles After giving them multiple chances, I do NOT recommend going there.

Absolutely the worst Ford dealership in Alberta, knew Absolutely nothing about the 6.7 powerstroke they were selling. Started the aftermarket warranty before the actual purchase of the vehicle and treated me and my friends terribly afyer the fact. Do not shop for trucks here!
