They handled our atom hockey team without any major issues (that commonly happen with such large parties). Kids got their orders first, adults got their food. No missing orders. Beers got replenished, but soft drinks did not. Maybe that's a positive? ????

Not sure if prices went up recently. I ordered takeout for a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and banana peppers. Came to 42 dollars! Couldn’t believe it! I wouldn’t mind paying top dollar for a great pizza but topping were sparse and tasted the same as some of the lower level pizza joints in town. Won’t be buying pizza from here again.

The service was absolutely terrible, 5 of us sat down to grab what we thought would be a quick lunch. The server had two tables other than us and ignored us for 25 minutes before she even took our drink order. 20 minutes after that she took our food order. After working a long day, you don’t want to cook and probably don’t want to go out. So what do you do? Ring up your local BPs and order some pizza and wings. Well, this may be the last time I do that. I can understand the 50min delivery time, however, why does my pizza simultaneously hold the medal for the wettest and driest material I’ve ever had the misfortune of handling? Its cold, cooked to the point I saw a pack of camels lapping up the pools of seasoning sauce smothered all over, and to boot it looks like it came out of the back of a 711 dumpster after closing. You spend $30 on a “signature recipe” but end up getting a cold, dry, disk covered in “citrus avacado ranch” that sparks nostalgic feelings akin to the first time your child tries to cook for you - shut up and eat it cause they tried - highly disappointed.

Food was good, although it did not come as it was ordered. Server was completely unattentive, and had zero interest in our table until it was time to pay. It was not busy, maybe 5 or 6 servers for about 15 tables. Not once during our meal did she attend the table. The table next to ours had issues with her too, she had a friend sitting in the other direction of us who was well served and at 1 point she sat down with. Maybe if we would have had a different server it would have been a delightful meal, but alas it was not. I asked to speak with a manager and none ever showed up.

Went for Pasta Tuesdays - always a good deal. The 7 cheese ravioli and the lasagna are super delicious. We had a lovely server named Bella B who was very attentive, friendly and efficient. It was an awesome experience. Kudos to BP for hiring such great staff!

One of those few times when the meal comes out looking as great and delicious as the picture on the specials menu! I had the chicken dill burger with salad. It was fantastic! The cook even came out to serve them to us which I think is great. Courtney B was our server and she was on top of everything. Our food only tool about 2/3s of a drink to be ready and it was decently busy when we went. I would definitely go back to this BPs.

Food is cold and the overall quality of the food and service is not up to the standards of all other Boston Pizza Restaurants. I ordered two large pizzas which were wrong and I am told " Sorry we are closing you can come back tomorrow to deal with this issue". I bring back the pizzas and they have the audacity to tell me there is nothing wrong with the order even after I show them the multiple problems with it. Will not go here again. No idea why I considered going here! Suppose because of young kids but never again. Worst chicken Caesar ever....ZERO taste to the chicken...don’t even think there was salt and pepper on it. Dressing was also very plain...anything in a bottle from the grocery store would have been much better! Wife had a salmon bowl and barely ate any of it. Terrible.... told the server and he could see how little she ate...she asked for a side of fries because she was so hungry,,, got the bill and he comped the fries but still charged for the much more expensive salmon bowl.... won’t ever go back to this one for sure...probably never any Boston Pizza! Surprised to get an email from Corp. said the restaurant would reach out...they did...basically said thanks for the feedback. So a chance to change the situation and possibly gain customers back but the GM didn’t really seem to care

Went to BP not long ago. Great experience, happy hour deals, delicious pizza and service was great. Today. Well thats a different story.... waitress was rude and dismissive when asked about happy hour since we just came for it not long ago and said they aren't doing it because of covid all of a sudden which is fine but if it's a new policy people should be made aware of it in a kinder manner. Food was alright, dip was forgotten for wings but waitress otherwise did a decent job. Not the regular BP experience thats why I only give 2 stars

First time at this location. There was one other table then ours. We could hear the staff fighting over who is going to help us (no one wanted to). Had an awful experience here with food coming out unseasoned and fish tasting "fishy". Sent an email to BPs about my family's experience and after a month passed I followed up to get a really empty reply about how: Someone tried to contact me but couldn't (this was 1 call I missed with no message left) The grilled chicken comes unseasoned (server didn't mention this, among many other issues we had with the server) The salmon tastes fishy because it was "fresh that day" wild ATLANTIC salmon... This is a super weak effort coming as an informal email from a GM, which I find deeply disappointing. Surprising that no one thought to just keep it simple and say sorry you had a bad experience, what can we do to have you come back for a better one... So bad. UPDATE: I have gone through the Boston Pizza website twice to be pushed aside by this store manager. Maybe it's that times re tough right now, but wow, management doesnt seem to care in the least bit.

The food is always good at BP but I'm reviewing because the server Jen was absolutely amazing. If you're there, ask for her. She has a good sense of humour to her and great service, she even remembered us from a visit over a month past. Even busy, she makes time to check up on everybody. Plus the place is open late (even for kids) when pretty much nowhere else is.

Sit up at the bar, and watch the huge big screen. Draft Beer nice and cold. Some items are same for lunch and dinner. Just a different price for size. So if you go for lunch make sure you say lunch size, or they will give you the dinner size and charge for dinner size. Overall pricing on the expensive side.

completely sick and tired of this boston pizza location their is a montanas accross the street don’t bother wasting your time and money here. I work here regularly and it seems every time i come to boston pizza here theirs no food left no specals available i guess the food truck doesn’t make it to brooks very often. Why bother advertising specials or food you can’t serve. Everything is frozen and reheated anyways get bigger freezers or order more food its not rocket appliances.

For our Christmas party we ordered a gluten free pizza for one of our staff. It was to be delivered at 530. We received it at 615. It was half raw and part of it was even a little burnt. I called and spoke to the manager but he offered no apology. I paid the delivery girl as it wasn't her fault. Won't order from them again.

First time we went my food was ice cold, sent it back, 15 minutes later the server showed up with it again, it was even colder. It was probably sitting on the line most of the 15 minutes I waited because i could see her the entire time behind the bar chatting with the bartender, at the same time the girl at the bar was just playing on her cell phone. Ordered take out from here a couple times. Overpriced while they have cut back on condiments and meal size. Ceasar salad dressing in a small container that is about half full. Not near enough to cover the brown wilted lettuce in the salad. Chicken sandwich with fries. Got no fries and sandwich was in peices all inside its container and also had e brown wilted lettuce. Meat sauce in containers placed inside foil bags but all the lids came off and sauce was everywhere. Definitely will not be going back.

The server was very friendly (rare to get a bad one at the chain) and the food came quickly. We were checked on several times even though it was quite busy. We were a bit of a large group with children. There were 9 in total, two of which were in high chairs. Archive was a bit slowerthan expected but it was just before the lunch rush. I never received a refill for my drink but the food was good and served hot. When it came time to settle up the bill we waited a long time and ended up just gong to the cash register as the kids were getting cranky and we had to go. Server had gored busy in another section and could not get back to us in a timely manner. Overall the service was good but not great for the prices you pay.

I've been in the food service industry for over 20 years and I gotta say I'm disappointed. Very slow service despite having 16 servers/hostesses for maybe 40 guests. Food way over priced for what we got (my girlfriend ordered a pasta with shrimp and it came with 5 or 6 salad shrimp, a 1/4 cup of sliced red onion/ tomato and with half a cup of garlic butter for $24. Went for dinner to celebrate my oldest girls acceptance to University. 3 of our family members got our meals but the oldest did not. Worst dining experience ever. Management is pathetic. I pity their servers. We went in for an early lunch with our small hockey team. Only filled about 1/3 of the place. Waited two hours for a meal and then we had to pay. That was like pulling teeth. Mass confusion like no one had ever seen a till before. Picture a bunch of polite Canadian hockey parents sitting around a till waiting over a half hour to pay and getting angrier by the second. I was just going to walk out but my wife couldn’t leave it alone and threw them 40 bucks and told them we had to leave and we walked out. Everyone else stayed long enough to get their bills and pay. No discounts for anyone. Judging by the other comments since it’s reopening, THIS BOSTON PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. By the way, this review is actually 0 out of 1 million stars.

I don't normally complain, but this happens to be one of the worst restaurants I've been too. The staff is rude first of all, second we asked for nachos for a starter and we got our other food first. And than when we did get out nachos.. our food was cold. (Isn't our fault) I mean it was fast to get the food don't get me wrong. But we asked for a starter nachos. And the waitress double checked that we wanted it as a started.. My mom and I asked for honey garlic ribs they didn't have any sauce on it. My boyfriend and step dad asked for 8oz tender loin and they had no sauce on it either. Just maybe a thumb size amount. The steak also didn't have any seasoning. Our bill came all together as $160 some dollars. Mom paid; the waitress came back saying she put the amount in wrong and they have to pay $50 more. We shouldn't have had to pay for it. And it was fish bowl Sunday.. the special was ceaser. I got a virgin ceaser and it costed my $10.00 in a fish bowl. While the special was $8.99 ? How come a drink with NO alcohol in it costed more? On top of that the drink was a special of the day with NO alcohol.

My wife and I stopped here the other day as we were passing through. Virtually the only place open at that time. We were seated quickly, treated very well and had a great meal. BP's is very hit and miss for me. Some of their food is tasty, but none of it is worth the price, IMO. The atmosphere is great if you have kids ... or don't value peace & quiet. I've had exceptional service some days and poor service other days. Our most recent pizza delivery took over 90 minutes, whereas Domino's is consistently ~20 minutes (even during busy times) and half the price ... and we live closer to BP's.

It is solid food at a solid price but both the greeter and our server treated us an incovience. I thought it was just me but my dinner partner said the same thing also. Most of the people there are decent friendly people that make you feel welcome. I called Boston pizza in brooks last night at 7:02 pm for three orders of wings they said it’s going to be 20 minutes, I showed up 7:25 pm paid for the wings and they told me that it was just getting pack up, 5 minutes later they said they gave my wings away, and the new wings would be out shortly this was at 7:35, at 745 they said it would be 5 more minutes with a big smile, the wings cane out at 7:58 Wrong wings as well

I mostly enjoy Boston pizza. The layout of the restaurant is not the greatest. I often choose the bar side so you have a window view. The menu is dynamic and offers a lot! The prices, however, are too high. For a standard medium pizza and drink, it’s an expensive night out. And the quality doesn’t meet the price point. If you’re looking for a fast food experience, you’ll find it here. The servers are always awesome and welcoming, and the beer is always fresh. The sizes are pretty huge, and I love that. But again, the price point is on the higher side. I wish there were more healthy options available. I’ve tried to order the bowls and salads, but they are not worth the price. They often have live music, which could be nice, except I find the bands are usually obscure and far too loud. It makes for conversation at your table impossible. Overall, my partner and I go here often. When you find your items you enjoy on the menu, it’s nice to know they are always there to have. My personal favourite pizza is the pierogies pizza, and cactus cut fries, nacho style.

Least favourite boston pizza location I have been to, our food took over an hour, we recieved our appetizer after all of our food. The kids all got fries with their food, and they were very weirdly spicy even to adults. When they replaced with new sides, the 'steamed' veggies, were rock solid and inedible for a young child especially.

Our experience here was not good. We were there on a Saturday night, and yes it was busy, but the service was terrible. Our server was nice enough, she just never came by unless we flagged her down. We were there for almost two hours (not by choice). If she had come by to check how our food was, I would have sent some of it back, which I almost never do. We went for my 7 year old's birthday and he ordered a cheese pizza, and it was 2/3rds crust, the rest drowning in pizza sauce, and maybe a tablespoon of cheese in the centre. He did not eat any of it. We sat there for about 20 minutes after we had finished eating, and finally had to get up to find her so that we could pay and leave. I don't have high expectations when going to a chain restaurant like BPs, but this experience was particularly bad, and we would never return to this location.

We went to this place because we always had a great experience with Boston Pizza. The lady passed out table 10 times, didn't even bother to ask if we need a refill. Finally our food arrived... Cold burger, patty was not only cold but dry. Bun on chicken sandwich was dry, crusty and meat was cold. Usually someone passes by to ask "how is everything?" But no one come... Finally we asked other lady for a cheque and left. We are not coming back.

The Boston Bellini was amazing. The waiter told me it was gonna rain and me and my friends insisted on sitting outside.. then it rained and then they found us somewhere to sit inside, they were so nice about it. We ordered a good portion of the menu, all the food was hot and delicious, the dips are incredible. I'd order the calamari again but it was honestly little squids in it. So cool and gross and I ate them.

Plus the side salad it came with was the tinest side salad (it was the same size as the one that came with the kids meal) it was also lousy. And my burger was falling apart and did not even have any ketchup on it (or brought to the table for me). I left still quite hungry. I ordered off the main menu and not the lunch menu but still I got tiny portions... much better places to eat than here. I could not believe how little food i got on my plate... I don't know how they can justify charging just under $50 for a large pizza.. are you kidding me? We picked it up from an online order and they specifically told us to come 30 minutes later. Coming from Ontario, and visit my daughters in Medicine Hate, one of our traditions, is to eat at an Boston Pizza as its one of our favorite places to eat.. When we 1st walked in, it wasn't the same experience I had here in Ontario, we waited for about 10 minutes, as we did see some empty tables, but bu looking it was a smaller place than I am used to,, Finally the waitress came up to us and asked if we been seated yet, as I stated we are waiting to be seated and would like a booth please... she walked us over the table that was just used by another family and she was clearing off the table, to get us seated,, I did ask for a kids menu for my youngest daughter as she stated to ask how old she was, as what my daughter wanted but refused us that menu, instead of making something bad out of a situation, we just wanted to have our Father daughter time, and just ordered what she wanted as she knows the menu. When the waitress came to take our order, as I allow my girls to order as what they wanted as it was our time, the main issue I had with the waitress, was when it was my youngest order, she mentioned that my youngest that we be getting an adult size not kids size.. as Looked at her, and stated. you are telling us that we need to only have an adult size order and deprive my youngest from the kids menu to get her food and her ice cream, as she stated its the rules of the restaurant. I felt like wow, things are different here in Alberta than it is in Ontario, I accepted it as it is... Well on my last day I visited a new one on Redcliff Alberta as it was our last dinner together and the girls wanted Boston Pizza as I wouldn't deprive them and my experience there was a night and day situation, My daughters asked for the kids menu and there was no issues, and ended my weekend with my daughters on a high note and will be returning this Boston Pizza. So my question is why is there 2 different rules for kids menu in Alberta, as I know my chance ever to return this Boston Pizza, will be slimmed but if the food wasn't to our liking and cooked to our satisfaction, i would have giving a 1 star,,,

Good place. All Boston pizzas adhere to the same service principles and for the most part, do not differ from restaurant to restaurant. Service in the lounge is generally prompt and friendly. The drinks and food menu is quite large, however the drinks are more expensive in general than what you'd pay at other similar restaurants.

I was there with family. After enjoy our meal, I paid the bill plus 20% tip with credit card. Then my wife realized it looked much more what we normally had. Once she checked the bill, there were 2 additional dishes on our bill. We asked them to void this charge. They refused and wanted to give back in cash. I told the manager to correct this properly. She was extremely rude !! She didn’t even apologize for mistake. I had to force her to void and gave me a new charge. I would have ended up giving them over 30% tip for bad services. So in the end, they deserved zero tip !! I did report to the company in Saskatchewan as well.

Great food and customer service as any BP should have but they make a lot of mistakes. I regularly order delivery and many times has a sauce or two been forgotten. We've also had an issue where we got something different than what we ordered. One time a ceasar salad was made with ranch. Sometimes food is cold when it gets to my door. However if you call to make a complaint, you'll be treated well and compensated fairly. It's just annoying to complain every time it happens. Until the mistakes stop happening so frequently, this particular location gets 3 stars.

Unfortunately we were not entirely happy with our meal. The pop needed to have the syrup changed. The waitress apologized for the pop, and let us know it had been changed out, but the new one she brought tasted the same as the last. The waitress was very friendly, but when she brought my Sangria it didn't have any way to stir it so it was tasteless until I got to the where I could swish the glass around. We ordered wings and cauliflower bites to start, but they came at the same time as our pizza. And the waitress brought us only 1 side plate, for the 2 of us to share? The cauliflower bites were not bites, they were huge, which meant that they weren't cooked all the way...some were mushy and some were crunchy raw. The wings were ok, but not alot of taste ..and only 1 thing of ranch to share between the bites and the wings. The pizza was very tasty, but the crust wasn't cooked all they way, so the middle collapsed when you picked it up...so all of your toppings fell off. Oh and for all of this finger food, we were given only 1 extra napkin. Overall, friendly staff, but not a lot of customer service.

We ordered from Boston pizza on Strachan Road expecting the quality that we have seen in the past , this couldn’t be further from the truth as when the containers arrived they were crashed into each other and for $20 the container was half full . My attempt to phone and rectify this by telephone instead of using social media was met with indifference even though I was polite as possible . I retain my receipt and photos of the food as in looked on arrival. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Boston pizza on Strachan Road , expecting the quality and consistency that Boston pizza is famous for. 20.00 for an order of ravioli should not leave you hungry because it was presented as more of a child’s meal or half order other than a full order . Ordered food to go. Pizza had very little cheese and only 2/3s of the crust had toppings. Pasta was just ok. Cheese bread was hard. Salad was pretty much just lettuce. Overall very disappointing experience with this Boston Pizza.

Just finished lunch with my 10yr old son. Food was great, Shawn, our server was awesome and the wait was only about 10 or 15 minutes. Also it was pretty busy when we were in there. But we still got great service. Over all an outstanding experience.

At the restaurant right now. Either they are very understaffed or their staff is completely incompetent. 3 tables in the *bar side* in use and 4 tables in the restaurant side and they can't accept any more people because their kitchen and wait staff are overwhelmed. Unbelievable.........

Family friendly. Every time we go, busy or not, our servers are always amazing, and do their best to make sure our visit goes well! It has become one of our regular family dinner sports for just this reason, thank you to all the wonderful servers here!

Stopped here for a meal on my way back to Winnipeg. Tried the new thin crust Skinny Carnivore and Fresh Onion soup. The soup was very good and the pizza was excellent. I thought the server was polite and knowledgeable and I never had to ask for something. Would stop in again when I’m in the area.
