They have three good staff members, besides that the rest are condescending and clueless. Call for information, useless. Ask for a service (such as a charging system diagnostic) “oh we don’t do that” even though the device is on the counter that I have personal experience with. Best to go in for off the shelf stuff only, don’t bother asking for parts look up unless it’s the assistant manager, the female, or the mid 40’s thinner gentleman (hopefully I can update with first names)

It's the only place in brockville other than ctc that is open on a Sunday or later Saturday from my experience trying to finish jobs on those days for the past few weeks is impossible because you either get sorry we don't stock that or they could order it the staff obviously does not have automotive experience because most times they can't find their ass with both hands not happy with the service or basic parts selection. Too the upper management of part source demagraphics of the area doesn't mean that people don't have those vehicles. You might want to recheck your assumptions of the area you look after and by upper management I am not talking about store managers I'm looking at the higher ups. I tapped 1 star because I couldn't do a half star
