I always get the Thursday Special….I love this so much but unfortunately every time I get it, it is different. Some times it has croutons, sometimes they fry peppers & onions with the chicken. All the time they forget the salad dressing. It is disappointing because when ordering I always remind them but still it is forgotten. Consistentancy is extremely important!

Ordered a beef Shawarma. Menu description says "Finely carved beef." I could barely chew the large, squared chunks of meat. It was gross and there was nothing was "finely carved" about it. Maybe they gave me the wrong meat? Two thumbs down for this experience.

Wasn't a fan of the garlic sauce. It tasted mostly like mayo. The second ???? was lost because they don't offer the classic potatoes. They did have good COVID preventative measures though.

Amazing service! We ordered a falafel wrap and the beyond meat platter with half rice a d half fries. They were also really nice and let me replace my salad with the grilled veggies so my baby could have some too. The food is very fresh and flavourful. I also love that they have vegan garlic sauce so that our entire meal was vegan. It was our first time visiting an osmow's and this experience made us want to visit again. Highly recommend!

I got Chicken on the Rox I think it's called. It's on their fast menu and my goodness fast is an understatement! From ordering to walking out the door may have been 2 mins. No joke. And delish! Absolutely amazing and spice was spot on. Value was also great. The serving was huge and for many people would cover 2 meals. 100% recommend!

One of the best place to eat healthy food. The food quality is mind blowing. I had Osmow’s at this location with my wife and my daughter last year since from that day i became regular customer at Osmow’s every weekend i go with my family and i my favourite chicken Shawarma my daughter is always excited about weekends because she looks Osmow’s more than i do. I recommend this location because all the employees are so polite and they listen to you very carefully. Even though its pandemic going on world wide but still they are trying their best to provide us best food with golden standard quality. ???? thanks guys for providing us best service I could ever ask for..

Food is always delicious and hot when delivered. I get the chicken on the rocks at least once a week. Their garlic sauce is out of this world, make sure you get the feta added! Sooo worth it. I get a large and it lasts me 2 days! Great portions

3rd and final time going there , this is the lower than mc Donald's quality middle easter fast food option... said no horrible liquified mayo and garlic powder aka osmosis sauce , mild etc. Got a extremely spicy lots of osmosis sauce chicken shawarma. So again I threw it out and drove downtown to shawarma garden .. which I will def give a great review for ..

Had chicken on the rocks last week, it was very yummy. The best part is that it took less than 5 minutes to get ready. The staff is very co operative. I would definitely recommend this place and especially chicken on the rocks if you are in a hurry.

The chicken shawarma that I ordered, to be quite honest, was disappointing. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and they put way too much hot sauce on it even though I requested only the smallest amount. The rest of the "veggies" consisted of mostly iceberg lettuce with a huge pile of raw onions. Not impressed. The side of fries on the other hand were really good. Looking around at the other foods available, I think that possibly ordering one of the bowls or something other than the shawarma might be ok, but I definately wouldn't order the Shawarma again

I am a weekly visitor to the Kingston location but this one disappointed me. Most of what I received was rice, with only a small amount of actual shawarma meat. In Kingston, the shawarma will cover the rice to the point you can't see the rice underneath the meat. Not the case here at all. Also the beef shawarma at Osmow's is supposed to be cooked/marinated in tomatoes and onions, which gives it basically all the flavour. The beef shawarma I received at this location was only plain shaved beef, with no tomatoes and onions, and the whole thing ended up being quite tasteless, since the rice at Osmow's has little flavour and generally only gets taste from the meat and their version of "shawarma sauce", which is actually a sugary mayonnaise. I adore shawarma and although the Osmow's chain is the McDonalds of shawarma, it's still usually decent enough. In this case I'd say spend a few dollars more and go to Shawarma Garden and get fresh tasty shawarma, and a much larger portion of it too, as well as salad, potatoes, pita bread, and real shawarma sauce.

First time ordering here. First impression, the food was very good, no denying that! I only gave 3 stars though because I ordered online, chose "skip the line", my order tracker they give said it would be ready in a few minutes, only to go inside and have to wait an additional 10 minutes after about 3 other people waiting for their orders.

Osmows Ottawa was the only shawarma I enjoyed. Brockville and Kingston have made mistakes.Also refused me my money back before the food was made because a substitution couldn't be made for medical reasons. Take the tomatoes and onions out of your beef aswell. Its gross. I would like to add my Ramadan is ruined.

Felt quite uncomfortable after leaving the restaurant due to the staff's inability to follow mask policies. Two employees while I was there removed their masks while either handling food or talking quite closely with another customer. The employee who was handling the food had her mask off for 5-10 minutes. This was in front of around 5 other employees all of whom didn't say anything to the employees about removing the mask.

It was a good portion but more like a chain store quality. When you order a plate dish, it usually comes with a couple of pieces of pita breads at regular shawarma stores, but they instead make a sandwich and give you plain rice and salad separately. I was a bit confused, but anyway, we got enough for everyone.

I love Osmosw, not doubt, can have it every day possible, but this specific location always disappointed me, every time i go there end of the night, their meat is always burnt and hard as rock, they absolutely don't bother to hydrate their meat, sometimes even after paying extra for the garlic sauce there is never enough garlic sauce on food. Kingston, i never have to even ask for any extra sauce, their rice and meat always taste fresh and soft, they keep everything hydrated enough. This is a new location they should be working harder to make new regular customers, but its absolute opposite. I was excited we will finally have a osmows in brockville, keep telling my friends and other people how good it will be. However, its always been a straight up disappointment. Again i do recommend Osmows, its absolutely great, but just not this one. Bad thing is is just not just one time. As compared kingston its literally 2/10.

I was expecting a really good shawarma given the reviews but I was a little disappointed. Although the veggies seemed fresh, the sandwich didnt taste good to me. The lady asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said no, just extra garlic sauce. She then added sesame sauce (which I didnt ask for - and completely ruined it for me) I found the sauce tasted sweet and a bit like ranch dressing. The chicken was pretty dry as well. I ate about 1/4 of the sandwich and threw out the rest. The size is great for the price. The customer service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately I just didnt like the sandwich overall.

They started off great but this is second time they have made the wrap wrong and when u get home its frustrating . Wrap was dry asked and paid for extra extra sauce ended up with nothing. Not once but twice. Disappointed just my experience . Will probably take a break from ordering tired of inconsistency.
