I'm new in town and I didn't like how I was welcomed by the staff there; especially the cashier who turned her back to me when I didn't complete my translation and didn't show any interest in answering my questions. If I have to drive back to Windsor to use their LCBO, I'll do that. I don't like being treated like my business isn't welcomed. It seems like all of the cashiers are sour. My suggestion to those with bad attitudes, quit and see how traffic will improve. Treating customers they know or who looks like them is very bias and prejudice.

This location is the smallest but best selection I've seen for LCBO. Huge cooler section, smaller beer singles selection. The store is very congested though, compared to others. I have had my door broken into in the parking lot in the past, there are a lot of losers that walk in and out of the store and there are no cameras to protect you.

Nice small branch, limited selection, friendly staff, parking can be a problem at times. For my US friends, because the LCBO is a provincially run store expected to pay $$$$ lots more than anywhere in the US. Unfortunately the LCBO is a monopoly in this province, therefore you will never find real deals, because there is no competition. You do have the convenience of buying a small selection of beers in some grocery stores (in Brockville, Canadian Superstore), however the price is controlled by the LCBO.

Horrible customer service! I literally came straight to my car to write this. This place has horrible customer service. I asked a simple question as to where was something was located and was quickly replied with "top shelf" , simply asked if there was a smaller option. Before I could finish my question I got cut off with a quick "nope".. then as I am navigating to the cash, they have "one way traffic" signs on the floor, a staff member pushes me out of the way to walk the wrong way down an isle. Covid rules do not apply to staff?. Then to get to the cash you have 4 lines in 4 aisles and no one is instructed where to go. That was my first and last trip there. I read a couple of other reviews and its not just me. Someone needs to sit the staff down and explain basic customer service skills.

I came from Blenheim to this location . I had the worst Service ever . Do not come to this location whatever you do . There's a very very old lady there who wears glasses . Short orange hair . I think her name is Kazia if I'm not mistaken . Very unhappy in life . She may also have an issue with people of colour . Whatever you do . Stay away from her , ( especially if you are of a minority race ) if you go there as she will make your day miserable .

The staff at this store are run off their feet and are usually very helpful this store is very small and it is hard to believe that at one time this store was the big store in Chatham. The staff at the store have added to their day protocols that have to be followed and are mandated by the Ontario government

This LCBO has some if the rudest employees. Their is no more customer service just mask monitoring, apparently this removes all ability to use manners and any kind of friendliness. I believe employee behaviour trickles from the top. So to their manager pay attention, what your employees get away with or how they act is a refection of you. Take a few lessons from the staff at the LCBO out by Walmart. Great staff.

It's a small store, so they have a poor selection. But wow very poor customer service skills. I am disabled and I was in the store, I had to lean on the shopping cart, one of the employees rudely told me to move away from the cars, unless I rake one not to just use it for leaning on it. I just got to the carts and have a difficult time with mobility so when I got to them I temporarily leaned on the cart. No one was at the carts or trying to get a cart. Anyway I moved aside with a cart and the same employee told me to move again. This time she claimed because I was blocking the door. No I was not. I was at that point past the carts in the store and on the side. I will never come to this store again. I don't drink, but I was getting a gift. This is how the employee treats a disabled customer??

I was here yesterday and experienced some of the rudest staff ever. This has been an issue for years and no one ever does anything about it. Staff roll their eyes and sigh if you ever ask for help. One exception is the lady with salt and pepper hair she is truly an amazing staff member (not sure how she can remain so positive among such negative co-workers). Also when I brought this up to the manager he was full of excuses ranging from Stress due to Covid but when I said this has been happening for years he just said I will talk to her. I kindly advised he speak to all the staff as this seems to be a systemic issue. I say sell the LCBO and allow independent liquor stores this will surely change the attitudes of these workers.

Horrible service, Manager named CURTIS told me to come all the way back after a paperbag they gave ripped and my bottle smashed and cracked. He told me to come all the way back, so I did, wasting over $20 in gas, and that he would replace the bottle. I go all the way back, he stares at the bottle like a moron, and goes "I never seen a bottle break in 20 years so there is nothing I can do" after telling he would replace it, and full well knew I was bringing back a cracked bottle (which was still leaking vodka). This guy is a complete idiot, if you have any problems with a product do not deal with this guy, because he will tell you "He hasn't seen it in 20 years" and do nothing. Nutjob and horrible service!

This is a small LCBO that maximizes shelf space really well and has friendly service. Last time I was in around christmas they offered an entire isle of beer samplers which is amazing! The st. claire lcbo had three samplers though they had more space and better selection overall.
