I have been to Finnigan's Tavern twice since moving to Brockville (during the pandemic) and I love it. Their customer service is what really brought my attention to the establishment - the owner and his employees are all kind and welcoming which made me a return customer. My partner and I are vegetarians so we have been trying to find restaurants that offer meatless options which luckily Finnigan's has lots of. I have tried their veggie stir fry (huge portion, definitely worth it!) and I've tried their vegetarian/vegan wrap which was sublime... plus their French fries are cooked perfectly; just crispy enough! Next on my radar is their vegan burger! Very happy to find this gem. TLDR: It's great, give it a try!

Been here twice now and the food is very good. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is fantastic. The servers are nice and always checking in etc. I feel the prices are reasonable. The reason I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because I felt like the chicken wings and the fish and chips were slightly overdone. But I’m definitely going to return it’s just something to keep in mind.

I really like this place. Probably the best pub food in town - certainly in terms of variety but also quality. Friendly staff, decent beer selection, some outdoor seating when the weather plays ball. Much to appreciate!

I ordered 3 dishes for me and my girlfriend and every dish was better then the last we got the fisherman’s catch the lobster wrap and the crab and lobster dip the food was phenomenal and the service was great as well our server was Chelsey the only down side was the fries being undercooked but we had so much food it didn’t matter

A pretty decent resto-bar in downtown Brockville. I had fish and chips. It was very delicious and oh my, the portions are gigantic! The staff are very kind and there’s a nice touch of old-fashioned tavern to this place. If you’re in town, check this place out!

I had been today for 2 time and we had order the same both times 1 st time we said go easy on the cheese and the forgot and apologized today we went to celebrate my birthday we ask for the same fettuccine with seafood on the side and a pizza and the bring half of the seafood on the side and the rest was in the fettuccine we said to the girl and see said that she is not the o cook and didn’t apologize I’m vegetarian so that way I ask they give discount that doesn’t help to improve the service we don’t think we will be coming back ( my husband like the pizza ) this time was not as a good as the first time so I left without eating my food I took to go and pay full amount of money with tip

Service was fantastic but the lobster roll lacked lobster. It was mostly lettuce The rest of the food was amazing. Fries were crispy not over salted. Salad dressing was amazing. I will go back. Just not order the lobster roll. The server was so so friendly. Loved it

Super friendly service and food was delicious! It wasn't very busy on the Sunday (shops are closed in the area) so it was very comfortable and the kids loved the fresh cut fries.

I've been in here twice now, both times were great. I went in for breakfast this weekend and had a fantastic omelet with really unique and tasty home fries. The owner is a really nice guy, and so is the cook. Even though we came in 10 minutes early no one gave us trouble, we got coffee and they let us sit for a bit even after we had finished and paid as we had some time to kill. Great atmosphere and its very clean inside. The waitress was late for her shift though >.> but it was a double so i guess we can let it slide. /s

Great food, excellent hospitality, wonderful location. A few minutes walk from the waterfront, this old Irish tavern hits all the sweet spots. We were welcomed into the establishment with a kind smile from our server who could be the owner. Our server was extremely patient in checking with the kitchen and the chef made adjustments to honor our dietary restrictions. We ordered the crab cakes, fish and chips, vegetables stir fry and seafood fettucine. Their portions are huge and all the dishes were created with premium quality ingredients. Only humble suggestion to the chef is to slightly undercook the fish may be a minute or two. Their cheese pizza from the kid's menu was kid approved as expected. Overall it was a fantastic outing to Brockville and we are glad that we chose Finnigan's Tavern for our lunch.

The place across the road was backed up so we went across to Finnigan's Tavern and were so glad we did, the waiter/'tender guy was awesome, he was so friendly and helpful. I ordered the 2 piece fish and chip with a side of gravy and it was all delicious, my wife ordered the clubhouse and fries and she loved it also, real chicken breast.

Stopped in for a drink and hoping they had a vegan option for food. Surprised to see they had a few options. We had the best vegan pizza we have had so far. Our waitress Was attentive and Friendly. Can't wait to go back for their nachos. Finally made it back for the vegan nachos. They did not disappoint. Good portion size for sharing.Really good Toppings. I would like to see anther vegan dip as we don't eat sour cream. We will definitely be back.
