I love Cosies. It's the perfect place to relax on a cold day. I've been for both breakfast and lunch. The full English breakfast is excellent and filling. My favorite is crumpets with clotted cream, jam, and a pot of the Orange Pekoe. The atmosphere is really relaxing, I love the armchairs in the front windows.

We came away from Cosie's today with their amazing afternoon tea box. A gorgeous assortment of pastries and sandwiches that are just the way we would have had them when we lived in the UK. This is a gem of a place that needs to be supported and protected to ensure their continued presence in Brockville. we can't wait until they officially reopen so that we can eat in their cozy shop again.

Visited Cosies today with the kids. The food was great! Authentically British and delicious. The service was great. The staff is friendly and fun. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. I would deffinetly recommend if your looking for a place to sit and chat and enjoy some tea, lunch and treats.

Very quaint, British-styled breakfast cafe. Feels like you're in someone's home, not a restaurant. Tea selection is varied and the food is great. A nice little corner spot for Sunday brunch in downtown Brockville.

Isaac

Great Full English breakfast. The fresh scones and clotted cream + jam are to die for. Nice environment and great staff. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is due to the price, breakfast for two ends up being about 60$, a single scone and some clotted cream is about 8$.

R Leitch

This is a British tearoom and a very good place for tea and crumpets with clotted cream, the latter two made by a local resident who came from the UK. I wish there was such a place as good as Cosies in Toronto.

Terrific decor and better food. Authentic tea room experience!

Brian Jans

Quality breakfast restaurant. Prices are good. Little longer wait time compared to an average breakfast place but once you get the food you’ll understand ????.

The cutest British tea room! We were served by the owner who greeted us with the info that he just took fresh scones hot out of the oven, how can you resist that! He's so friendly and warm and clearly loves what he does. The sconces were incredible, the clotted cream is perfect (which is so hard to find legit clotted cream), and we took out two sandwiches that were delicious and fresh and cozy: the coronation chicken that was just right, and the tuna crunch (spoiler: the crunch is pecans!). I will definitely be back! It would be so worth the 2hr drive from home

Big Fan of Cosies! The decor inside reminds me of my time living in Wales. The service is very attentive - and its great to see a family run business doing it right in the Downtown. The scones + clotted cream are absolutely delicious.

Benjamin Walker

Always a fabulous visit. Allison and her family, as well as the rest if the staff are so friendly and warm and always working to improve their reataurant. Ask for their secret menu item - the crump-cake - and you won't be disappointed!

Just moved to Brockville, and found this little gem on King St. Wonderful place for a good English breakfast or lunch. Had a nice chat with the own (wicket since of humour). We had the Cornish Pasties, a family secret we are told and it was wonderful. Cosies has a wonderful atmosphere, great food, well priced and located in the hear of downtown Brockville. Give it a try, it will not disappoint. :)

We have been to Cosies several times since they opened. Service is often slow but with a smile and the food was great so we kept coming back. Our last visit was not as pleasant. It was a busy weekday mid-morning but we found a table for the two of us. The server only said “2?” (No greeting), tossed menus on the table, and walked away. And never came back. We waited for nearly 20 minutes while she took orders and served tables that came in after us and - after trying and failing to get her attention - we left and went to Jon’s. A very disappointing visit.

Claire Keeping

Absolutely love the staff. Food is so delicious and atmosphere is great! I would highly recommend for both big meals or small snacks alike.

Laura Bowman

Such a lovely, little spot in downtown Brockville. Came here for breakfast before a morning train ride and the food was delicious, the service was delightful, and the dining room is lined with fun, kitschy teapots. They also sell locally made cosies and greeting cards, and bake daily scones which are easy to take as breakfast to-go. I will definitely be making a point of coming back here again.

Reilly Dwyer

Super cute and the scones were served warm!

Bryan Wells

This place is great. Wonderful homemade scones (raspberry & white chocolate is my personal fav), crumpets, and all things British. The owners and their staff are inviting and always treat us well. It's a great place for breakfast, lunch or just for afternoon tea.

Tina Hoogwerf

Delicious, as always and great service!

Jacob Niconenco

The service is a bit slow, but the food is great! A cute and small restaurant.

Delicious British food. Most of it made from scratch on the premises. Excellent gluten-free options too.. you don't feel that you are compromising. The owners are friendly and welcoming. A great little spot not to be missed for breakfast or lunch or just a cuppa.

Robert Gagnon

Small but quaint British restaurant. Food and service are very good. The scones, clotted cream which are both home made are second to none.

Moira Taylor

This is as it's name Cosie. Alison the owner is very accommodating. The food is excellent. Very English menu true to its roots. Beautifully decorated. It has a very cost feel and patrons are friendly and warm. Staff accomudating and friendly. Usually busy. Well worth the wait.

The food was good. They have crumpets which is sometimes hard to find. The decor was amazing, very cute. The prices were fair. The service was quite slow but the staff are very nice. They don't take reservations but I didn't have to wait long for a table on a Sunday morning. Recommended if you're not in a hurry. Nice place to sit for a while and have a meal/tea/coffee. Photo I posted is of their Full English Breakfast.

Katherine Hobbs

What a fantastic place we are lucky to have in the downtown of Brockville. Recipes straight from the UK. You can even buy frozen scones and take them home to cook yourself. It's just a wonderful, unique, quirky and delicious place!

Amazing place for tea. Great selection of teas and pasrties. Atmosphere and decor are amazing you just want to keep clicking pictures of everything. The lady at the counter is amazing and really friendly. I ordered week grey tea with some pastry. It was amazing. Highly recommended to anyone who just want to tune down and relax

Good food but slow

Colette “Tiny House C”

What a treasure! Whether you have British heritage or not, you can find yourself feeling like royalty here in Cosie's Tea Room. Where else in Eastern Ontario can you taste CLOTTED CREAM!?! It is prepared nightly by the charming family that owns this tea room. A heavenly warm scones (choose from many flavours) will arrive at your tablewith your mug or pot of tea. ...do try the optional clotted cream and strawberry jam. Can't wait to return here....worth the 35 minute drive here for the friendly ambience and outstanding food. Thanks, Cosie's! !!!

Grant Sutherland

Absolutely delicious breakfast. Do not miss the Full English Breakfast! Great selection of teas and scones as well, all just as delicious as the last. So glad we tried this place.

Cosies is quite cozy. The Coronation chicken sandwich is my fave and is well worth the price. Always order the scone and jam for dessert. Amazing. The decor is tacky charming with a true UK feel. The staff are as warm as a cup of Earl Grey tea. Stop by for a relaxing meal. you won't regret it.

The steak pasty I had was delicious!

Emma Jones

Had to wait 30 mins only to be told after waiting all that time, that they had no potatoes. It was noon. That was half of the menu gone. The tea was ok but could have made it better at home. There was not a lot of room, the tables are awkward, it was an old sewing table and rickety chairs.

Absolutely fabulous and authentic family run business. They make their own crumpets, and a fantastic selection of scones (amazing with fruit preserves and creme), as well as other delicious looking baked goods. We didnt have the sausage roll, but after seeing a few, will be back to try. Perfectly steeped tea. This place greatly exceeded my expectations and I will be back soon.

I found it a fun place the have an English breakfast. Nice baked English breakfast breads baked on site. Over the top on English decorations. But on the pricy side. The staff were very helpful, patient and tolerant with a customer who has special needs.
