Great spot! We go there regularly as bulk items are cheaper, especially protein powder. I felt very safe COVID wise because the staff were very diligent to ensure customers were masked, took disinfectant, and put on gloves. It was a bit of a challenge putting goods into plastic bags while wearing disposable plastic gloves. My first attempts were messy. Next time I will take reusable containers. The Bulk Barn web site has the rules for reusable containers.

I love the Bulk Barn. I always spend more money than I intend to, but I come out with tons of goodies and candies and spices they have everything there. Try to avoid if hungry. Their selection is great and have literally everything that you need to bake cook Etc. Always clean always friendly staff I would recommend this to anybody.

Once there, they are 2x more expensive than at Costco. Not at all impressed with the price. On the other hand for the choice and the diversity of the many products it is very good. Lots of candies, nuts, dried fruits, flour, pasta, loose coffees. Be careful to know the price elsewhere for what you want to buy from Bulk Barn. (Original) Très déçu de ma visite chez Bulk Barn. Nous avons décidé d'essayer cet endroit en ayant remarqué un rabais spécial de 15% dans la circulaire sur les noix du bresil. Une fois rendu sur place ils sont 2x plus dispendieux que chez Costco. Pas dutout été impressionné sur le prix. Par contre pour le choix et la diversité des nombreux produits c'est très bien. Beaucoup de bonbons, noix, fruits séchés, farines, pâtes alimentaires, cafés en vrac. Attention de bien connaître le prix ailleurs de ce que vous voulez acheter chez Bulk Barn.

I was able to place my order online, it was confirmed by email. I also received a phone call because part of the order was not available in the size I ordered, but a alternative size was available. Overall the service was excellent with great followup. I prefer the freshness of the products, there for I expect to pay slightly more. Bulk Barn is not the least expensive retailer in the are, but the quality is very good which is important to me.

This place is great. They have so many things available including all those obscure candies you remember having when you were a kid available. They also have spices, pastas, baking supplies, pet foods, etc. Great place to stop with the kids. They love it.

This location was wheelchair accessible, clean, followed covid protocols, with a wide selection of items as you would expect. They do cake pan rentals. They allow you to bring your own containers when covid protocols allow. Staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and great with kids. This location is clearly well managed and staffed by an amazing team.

I went in looking for organic popping corn. They don't sell it, they only had GMO corn. Employee told me all popping corn available anywhere in the world is GMO. I went to Bins and Bins, they had 2 varieties of organic, non-GMO popping corn.

Went today to grab a couple things ....we all know covid is here to stay for a long while and I work in healthcare and totally understand all that is covid and the cleaning required and how to do it properly under provincial cleaning practices....I also understand how challenging these new procedures are for people ....so with restrictions in place ppe needs to also be used and worn properly which isn't being done here despite the attempt...the cashier had the same pair of gloves on the whole time I was there, she checked out a handful of people( about 5 while I was there) touching their things with dirty gloves, the same gloves she checked out the previous person(s) with , also cleaned shopping carts with and opened the door for people with, wiped the counter with...gloves are not required or needed when hand sanitizer is in place and there is a hand washing sink, which staff should be using regularly during shift between hand sanitizer use, breaks etc...now the runner or personal shopper was very friendly but again never changed his gloves between customers and cleaned carts and served another person while touching our products with dirty gloves...see the use of gloves just spreads germs around from person the person , not helping prevent anything...next time I am there I will be asking for the gloves to be changed or removed before touching my things ..

We're all sick of the big C. To actually tell me I have to use hand sanitizer when entering and then proceed to explain to me how to follow the arrows! I do not recommend this store! I purchased a pet food product for approximately $100 and my pets refused to even touch it, even during their mad dash to collect before winter. It says a great deal about that product when a hungry wild animal won't even try it. Then the store refuses to refund the money and we believe changed the description on the original sign after getting the heads up from head office which I spoke with several days prior. This says a great deal about the store and their customer service and loyalty. I will never waste my money at this store again.
