Neither of the meals were recorded and they refused to appropriately compensate for it. Secondrate food and third rate customer service equals no business from this family, we don't support liars and thieves

Rather dirty. The highchair had food stuck on the seat and the table. The waitress was not friendly and barely did the basics. The only good thing was the Big Dipper I had...the meat was fresh and not dried out like it usually is.

For Mother's Day my Husband took us our kids and his Mother out tonight, a special and rare treat for us. We all ordered our meals. I received mine (Mac and Cheese) and they didn't bring the bread. My husband ordered a beef sandwich which comes with a sauce but they forgot the sauce. We politely spoke to the sweet waitress and she brought the sauce and said bread would be out soon. However I was 3/4 done my meal by then as a took my time waiting to get my bread. By the time the bread came I took bit and tasted spaghetti sauce, it had spaghetti sauce on the underside. We brought this up to the waitress and she seemed puzzled and brought us the bill, in which we paid. We then waved down the manager to speak to (Paul) and brought our experience to his attention. He proceeded to let us know that it is "normal" to receive food off someone else plate and asked if we paid... and left. There was no apology or remedy for the situation or even a Happy Mother's day. Needless to say, poor customer service and we won't be back. EDITED to add this was not a full house, plenty of available seats.

Not much infuriates me more than being ignored at a place of business if I am their customer...and I was today at Boston Pizza in Brockville. There's an old expression in business, "the fish rots from the head down." The head office at Boston Pizza would be well advised to consider this true adage. I have found that Boston Pizza locations are hit or miss, having encountered a few that were good and many more that were not. In this case today, my wife and I stood at the greeter's desk for far more minutes than necessary. No one was in sight to show us our table. I finally had to show myself to the kitchen staff before a rather brusque lady showed us to our table. Then, we waited at our table for another long period of time. We were about to leave when a stressed out server appeared. It was clear that she was in a hurry and appeared a angry. Later, upon some snooping inside, we discovered that she was the ONLY server in the place. This is an example of incompetent or uncaring management. It was clear that the restaurant was grossly under-staffed and the only server hardly able to deal with the day's clientele. If the management/owners cannot adequately staff the floor and are left with overworked and frustrated servers, , then what might be happening in the kitchen? It's scary to consider. If you don't have the budget to hire an adequate staff, then close it down. We tipped the server well, as the slow service was not of her doing but that of her boss. We wont be back to this Boston Pizza. To the owners, I say ,"shape up or ship out!"

I got the MVB with fries. Burger was awesome but fries were not piping hot like I wanted. Waitress was busy with other duties and didn't get around to seeing if there was any issues but by the time she did, it was too late. Coffee and dessert were ok.

Server was slow this was a Monday around 6pm maby 6 tables ordered drink and food at the same time because that's how long she was gone kids drinks came right away our drinks took 20 more minutes to come the came with the appetizer no big deal orders 2 pasta dishes and tray of nachos kids food was dry and over cooked pasta was dry and the nachos had all the tipping right in the middle not once did the server come by the see if the food was ok or see if we wanted drinks. Got charged for dessert for the kids but menu said it was included combined total spent was right around 200 for trash food and service will not come again. Sad

Walked in at 7:30pm, place was almost empty. After the hostess greeted us, she took a 5 minute phone call before showing us to our seats. We asked for a booth (place was almost empty) and she informed us we would have to wait for her to clean one..... she seated us in the only clean booth in the place. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order we got up and left. Probably took them another 10 minutes to even notice we were gone. At the Barley Mow down the street. Service is excellent and we are enjoying our dinner.

alright so there was maybe 5-10 people in the restaurant this day. Was seated at a table which took 5 minutes. 30 minutes go by, havnt been introduced or offered drinks from our server. We went Saturday night after the races to order to go. We took a drink at bar during they were making our order. It was my first time in a BP and i enjoyed it with all those screens every where. I came to Boston pizza today to eat some food and ordered some poutine. When I was finished eating it didn't taste too good, you should stop adding mushrooms. Anyways, I noticed an abnormally large strand of hair in my poutine. It could've been better if you added some actual cheese curds and not just pathetic shredded cheese. And even worse, someone in a table across from us had also found a hair in their poutine. So can your workers please stop shaving their heads (or whatever they do back there) in the place where people make food. I recommend to never go here unless you like eating people's hair.

I used to love Boston pizza in brockville. These days not so much. The last few visits there were not enjoyable. Slow service and bad food. Prime example of poor service was tonight dropped our food on the table and ran away very quickly, meanwhile we had no utensils or condiments on our table. Took 5 mins before I could get someone's attention to get those items for us. I understand if things are busy things happen. Tonight it was not one of those nights. I ordered the dipper combo which is usually good, tonight it was like chewing on cold rubber. Not happy. My family will no longer eat there as this has happened on more than one occasion. Bloody shame as brockville doesnt have very many decent family restaurants.

Dropped in on Saturday night cuz they had a DJ. The place was pretty quiet, no-one dancing or much going on, but we decided to have a drink. Guy tending bar got us served fast and friendly, but he appeared to be running around a lot, working the bar and waiting tables. When we finished our drinks, he wasn't at the bar and it took at least 10-15 minutes before he finally came back and we were able to pay. I don't blame him for that, that's the fault of management not having enough staff working - it shouldn't take me 15 minutes to pay my bill.

Food was good as usual. Typically the server is great but was lacking this time. An older lady was working the front counter and was not wearing her mask properly, and took about 20 minutes to seat me and my 3 friends in the mostly empty restaurant. Our waitress looked like she hated her life. She wasnt mean or rude or anything, we just all got the sense that she really didn't want to be there. Then when we told her it was our friends birthday, she came out alone with the birthday treat and forgot whose birthday it was. We got a new waitress around the end of our meal and she was a lot better. 7.5 out of 10. Typically my rating for here would be higher, they just had an off night.

Ordered take out for my family, the order was delivered 20 mins late. I can live with this, I understand how busy deliver can get. The issue was the delivery driver tried to give me someone else's food. He didn't have a clue what was going on and told me "I best get back at it" and left. I called the restaurant, they did apologize and told me they would send the driver back out with my order that was sitting there when he got back. More waiting! A short while later the driver comes back, drops the food off and leaves, meanwhile my wife is checking the bags and half of the food is missing. Yet again I call them and get told it will be another 30 - 40 minutes for the rest of the food as the driver is now busy. The manager ended up bringing the rest of the food, she offered us a credit which was nice. But as it stands I have 2 charges on my credit card and no refund. So I've paid twice for terrible service and average food. There are plenty of great restaurants in Brockville, do not waste your time in this Boston Pizza like I did.

I've been ordering very frequently! Food is very good. I only gave 4 stars because I keep ordering the Ceaser salad, and 4/5 times or you guys have forgotten my paramsen. And there was next to no sauce on my sandwhich today. Luckily every other day I've ordered it's been fantastic (besides forgetting the cheese) so I'll still keep coming back :)! Also your delievery drivers have been AMAZING. I admire them for working through this hard time.

So went to Boston Pizza tonight in Brockville which we do frequently for dinner. At the front door is a sign that saies $5 Corona. So my husband asked the server if it is still on sale. She said yes for another 2 weeks. So he enjoyed 2 with his dinner. At the end of our dinner we got the bill and the beer was almost $6.60 each. So my husband asked the manager about the price. He said well that sale has been over for awhile now I guess I forgot that sign. The sign was also in the bathroom. The manager just stood there with a grin on his face and did nothing. It's not the money it's the way he was treated that was wrong. So I guess with the sign right in your face your still a liar at Boston Pizza.

Brockville, Ontario location. Second time I've ordered food to go and when I get home find that something was forgotten. When I called to complain they told me I could come back and pick it up. Not going to do that as at the end of a long day the last thing I wanted to do was to head back there to pick up an item that should have been included with the order. Food was good but cold.

Alot can be said about the cookie cutter franchises but when you're one of the only places still open at 10:00pm on a sunday with full menu options, good service and choice of any live sport.. then I applaud. Most times I get my favorite perogi pizza or the 7 cheese ravioli but for those with a sweet tooth I suggest the warm brownies with ice cream and chocolate caramel drizzle. Solid points across the board minus one for lack of the unique. Don't let that stop you though, you'll miss out!

The service was sub-par. Not sure what the blonde ladies name is but she took so long to even come back and ask us how our food was. Before that, every time I asked her for something she would just walk away. She would get it, however it would be nice to at least get some acknowledgement and politeness. It wasn't even busy at 10pm in the evening.

Ordered the meteor pizza, for about the 20th time, so I'm sure I know what it tastes like... this time it came with a meat sauce on it instead of a pizza sauce. I called the restaurant and I was told that it was a bolognese sauce and that they hadn't changed anything. A bolognese sauce does not have meat in it, this was a spaghetti meat sauce on my pizza, the meat sauce makes for a very soggy crust, there was no offer for a refund or a replacement, I was just basically told that I was wrong... I am very unhappy

We visited the Brockville location July 8th and enjoyed a medium pizza emensly . We visited again July 22---it was very unsatisfactory . The server asked 3x's what we desired--- 3x's explained :: medium pizza, 1/2 pineapple etc. the other 1/2 meat lovers with cheese etc- and "anchovies" -- 3x's. When it arrived--"NO anchovies"--- advised server of same. She took the pizza back. They added the anchovies-rewarmed the pizza(10minutes) when delivered the crust was soft,the pizza was ruined. SO SAD !!! .

I would like to rate the food, but we did not eat. We were seated and waited 15 mins and still had not been offered drinks. Meanwhile 3 or 4 other tables had been seated had their drinks and food orders were placed. We waited at the door for someone to come and ask if we needed help in order to advise them that we were leaving. Service does not even deserve 1 star.

Come to eat on the patio now that it’s open. Have to wait for a table. That’s understandable. So we take our baby back out to the car with us. Construction workers come in, say they need to get to work, all of a sudden they get let in. Suffice it to say, I’m leaving. Update, server called to say it was our turn and acknowledged that they let them ahead when I told them why I was leaving. Update 2. Was contacted by the guy who “dealt with us”. All excuses and caught straight up lying.

In a word... disappointing. Service was slow. Food was pretty average. Took 15 minutes to get our food order in and then 20 mins to get 1 of the 3 takeaway containers we needed and another 10 to get the 2 that were forgotten. All in all I'd suggest you go somewhere else.

So I tried to send my comments to BP directly but apparently they don't want details as the comment window will only take two sentences Last night we went out for dinner, the first three restaurants we went to were full. We were delighted to find lots of room in your restaurant. As the evening progressed it became apparent why No one greeted us at the door, eventually someone showed up, apparently we had inconvenienced him. Despite ample space we were jammed in a booth tucked between walls, apparently he was not taught to keep patrons in the window seats so you look busy After about ten minutes our server showed up and apologized saying he was also serving on the bar side as well, the first of many apologies Drinks arrived my beer was flat, canned Guinness draft should not be opened and left sitting on the bar in a can. I was thirsty and kept it as he was gone and did not return for some time to take our order, more apologies Appetizer arrived, had to find the server...... The side plates were covered in black smudges. Dinner arrived, warm, except the vegetables as they were cold and raw. Suggest the kitchen Google the definition of Al dente. By the time our server came by to see how we were doing we were pretty much done, so I mentioned the vegetables as feedback to the kitchen but did not want a replacement at this time. My beer is empty, I forgot to ask and he is gone, oh well As we are chatting after finishing our meal the attendant we had inconvenienced with our arrival showed up with a plate of vegetables. You have got to be kidding

Coming back from a long trip on august 21st , we stopped at Boston Pizza to hopefully have a pasta meal for the kids as we did not want fast food. The experience was just awful. We were told we couldn't sit all together as there was no room . My daughters table waited over an hour for their food with 3 starving toddlers. We at our table had still not been served after an hour and half. Thank goodness that the other table had a few spaghettis and a meatball left as we had to feed the 1 year old . I got up a few times to check to see as to how much longer and was told by the waitress she would check but she never came back to let us know . When I finally went straight to the kitchen and said we were leaving as we still had a 4 hour drive to go and we were not paying , our food for out table came out all packed to go and the waitress insisted we pay 50 percent of the bill . The bill came up to 80 dollars but somehow we were still charged 48 dollars. My meal .. ( cauliflower bites were cold and disgusting) .. my son had eat his meal while driving and the baby .. well she didn't eat her spaghetti as it was too messy . I also have to add that the washroom were filthy. When I sent the complaint to the manager (Kevin) , the excuse is that due to Covid they are understaffed. My suggestion to him was that if you can't accommodate the capacity and realize that there are 1 hour and1/2 wait for food that you at least have the curtesy to warn the customers and let them make the decision to wait or go somewhere else. I understand that everyone is suffering due to Covid , but this is no excuse to have had to experience this awful service.
