Amazing customer service and quality products. We got the captain's bulk buy and some extra smoked salmon. They got it all together so quick as we're from out of town (Calgary), packed it all in layers of ice, and had it ready to go. Very friendly and I'll be ordering from them again.

The quality of our purchases, especially the king crab, has been spectacular. You can't find better in any local restaurant that we have visited thus far.

I like the offerings, and the prices are good when stuff is on sale. I get we are far from the ocean and seafood is expensive, but if this place offered their sale prices consistently, I would be a weekly and not a once every month or two customer. The oysters have always been good when I have tried them. Whoever wrote those rude comments about the lady working there sound like a jilted ex employee, the woman in question is always helpful and courteous to me. Some customers are so entitled they expect someone to have a custom perfect mood for them. It is their job to run a business and sell you product, not stroke your ego with whatever outwardly suits you best.
