Their exchange policy is very bad they want you to take the tag with the return Dosent matter if you have bill or proof of purchase in their computer and not very polite we spend every 2 weeks more then $150 at the store and first time ever toke the collar back cause it was attaching lose and not very easy exchange experience pets mart is the best in exchange policy they should really work on their tone and exchange policy.

Tried several times now to place online orders for curb side pickup. Every time our order gets canceled? I don’t understand the product is shown as available online we go through the transaction just fine and get notification of a pick up time then bam next day the order is canceled with no explanation. It’s extremely frustrating to say the least!

Covid curbside review - Called in an order, they told me to visit the store in 30 minutes. They have the door locked, I waved and they came to check my name and order number. They pushed a shopping cart with a payment terminal over (physical distancing done well), and after payment they pushed the cart back with my order in it. Qucik and safe!

Selection at this location is good and staff are friendly enough however there always seems to be an issues with getting prices wrong. Sales on food ring up at full price often and it has to be pointed out. Was overcharged on a dog coat too. Little things like this pile up and eventually I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I am NEVER disappointed when I come here. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Very professional. They always have what I need for my pets. I.e. HUGE boxes of Timothy hay for my guinea pig. Background on my last visit: After months of dealing with hot spots/seasonal allergy reactions i tried everything I normally did for my dog. Nothing worked. I finally went in, after feeling overwhelmed and stressed and wanting to cry hoping to find something that would help my poor girl. I wish I got the girls name but she was super helpful. I explained what was going on after staring at the different products on the shelf and she immediately showed me a shampoo and then led me over to a spray. I've been using these for about 3 days and the problems have almost disappeared completely. Remembering ive been dealing with this for months. Why the long story? Simply because I went in for relief from a problem and not only did they sell me amazing product- it was not expensive. That shows me they actually care about the animals and not just profit. Not to mention they are always stocked, always clean and are taking the pandemic seriously and handling it properly. If you are thinking of coming here, I highly recommend!!! Thank you rens ❤❤

We went and met Gabby and Erin who were absolutely fantastic! Nicest people I’ve met in customer service skills. They were able to help with my shopping needs, my return, and were very knowledgeable about their products! Even though their registers were not working right and they had to take notes of every item being rung in, they were able to help us with everything with such a positive attitude. This had to be one of the m nicest pet stores I've ever been inside! Upon entering, you can even weight your pup to see how their weight is. There is a huge variety of toys, food and accessories. I was like a kid in a candy store!! The only downside, it is quite costly. I was a bit disappointed how expensive the products were. Other than that, the staff was really friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience.

Store is large and has a lot of selection but could use some organization. As it tends to be a dog and cat store it should be segregated that way so items are easy to find. Example is the leash and halter lines up by the front cash which are no where near the other leashes.

After my recent experiences I can tell you that this pet store has more gumption than the insurance and medical industries can. I've always been very satisfied with their service but they saved me a load of concern, moola and a vet visit because of their exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Went in to purchase filters for our cats water fountain. I briefly looked for the filters and I did not see them. I approached a store representative to ask if she knew if they had any filters available. She told me "they would be back there if they had them" l then asked her if she knew if the filters would be hanging up on the shelving? To which she replied "l would assume so." I am not usually the one in our household to buy these filters, so l was not sure what i needed. So with her "l assume so" being no help, I purchased what I needed from another pet store in the next plaza. We bought the cat fountain from your store, and we have been purchasing our cat food and treats from your store. I guess our original switch from the store in the plaza across from you was a mistake. Thanks for trying, but I will not be made to feel stupid because I don't know where something is in your store.
