I went there years ago when in king's buffet plaza..I'm in Tavistock . I dont get here to them often . But when in there I could grab everything. I get my kids to grab pasta and cutlets when go to their dads in Brantford. I've loved this place for years

Clean store and helpful staff. They have a lot of options for home cooks or dishes that just need to be warmed. We’ve enjoyed their lasagna, stuffed shells, desserts, cheese selection and canned sauce. I didn’t love their homemade pasta and the sauce in the plastic containers but they have so much to offer that I can easily bypass them. The parking lot is easy to maneuver as well.

La Bottega is not an eat-in restaurant. It is a great little Italian deli. They have very good frozen oven-ready meals (penne with sauce and meatballs, lasagna, etc.). They also offer sliced deli meat and cheese, fresh meatballs, several different types of deli salads, marinated eggplant, mushrooms, etc. Their buns are fresh and sell out by mid-day. There are usually some nice desserts and salads/wraps in the cooler, ready to grab and go. I love going in and poking around, I never know what I'm going to end up serving for dinner...but I know it'll be good.

By far the best Italian Foods and Baked Goods in town. Customer service is impeccable and they always make you feel welcome. Portions are great and this food actually has taste. Their take home tomato sauce is a must have for homemade dinners as well. Thanks for feeding my family time and time again!

First time and last time here. I tried their chicken cutlet sandwich. Dry sandwich, and really dry chicken, even with just eating the bottom side of the bread only. Chicken was also chewy, as if it had been sitting out all day. Not impressed.

This place is great. They have a wide variety of meats and cheeses (as you would expect in a deli) but also a huge selection of pre-made dinners including lasagnas and pastas. They also have some import foods from Italy and you can get amazing canned tomatoes and olive oils. They do a lunch menu of deli sandwiches that are always delicious. In a cooler on the left hand side of the store on the way back to the counter, there's usually small trays of cheese and meat cut from the ends or leftovers from cuttings that they sell for super cheap.

This very fresh redfish was served with cilantro, lime, olive, squash curry, chips. At first, I thought potato chips seemed out of place with a ceviche kinda dish, but it worked! Added such a great crunch factor to a delicious dish. 5 stars! Roasted Sweet Potatoes with currant-onion preserve, capers, pecan, spicy chevre. This was a pretty big portion for the price! Loved how the tanginess of the goat cheese complemented the crunch of the pecans and soft sweet potatoes. Yum, such a great side! 5 stars!
