Very very poor customer service, had issues with my food called and offered to return my food and asked for my money back and they would only offer me less than half my money, after years of working in customer service i couldnt believe the argumentitive service. 10/10 would not recommend.

Food was edible and just ok, however points to note....fries were overcooked, fish batter is definetly a Tempura style batter, not your standard english fish and chip type crispy batter. Portions were large and service was friendly. Not my favourite but certainly not awful and definitely edible.

Archie's is my go-to place for fish n chips. For anybody on a small budget, you can get their 2 piece lunch special at a very reasonable price. The portions are very large and comes with coleslaw and tartar sauce. It is not greasy like some places and the owners are very friendly. Definitely well worth the money.

Great fish and fries! These sweet owners take their business and customers seriously. They struggled a little with the fries when the new crop came in ,as they fry quite differently at the first of the season, but they did their research and came back with a strong game! I recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed

Price for 2pc pollock and fries is only $6.99. Also serve burgers and fries as well as dill pickle fries. Lunchtime special good until 3-4pm. The husband and wife team are very efficient and friendly been there for years. No dine in only take out available.

Highly recommended if you're in the area! It's crisp, fresh and the portions are very generous, even for the 1-piece fish dishes and on the fries! If anything I'd trade some fries for a bit more coleslaw salad but no complaints otherwise!

We love this place! The staff is friendly and the portions are delicious and huge. My husband and I share a two piece haddock and chips and our son gets a cheeseburger. The mozzarella sticks and pickle spears are yummy as well. We have never been disappointed. The prices are more than fair for what you get. Our go-to place for fish and chips.

I HAVE BEEN EATING FROM HERE SINCE IT OPENED, AS WELL AS FROM ALL OF IT'S PAST INCARNATIONS, AND AFTER TONIGHT I NEVER WILL AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER AND I BOTH HAD POUTINE THAT TASTED OF DIRT AND WEIRD CHEESE. MY OTHER DAUGHTER HATED HER POGO AND THERE WAS NOTHING ON MY THE CHICKEN BURGER MY DAUGHTER ORDERED. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE ONION RINGS.

Great sushi/food, friendly staff and fair prices. Our server made sure we were well taken care of. My dad (not a sushi eater) asked for a coffee...*rolls eyes* and our server informed him that they didn't have coffee...a few moments later he returned with a Tim Hortons mug (obviously for their personal use) of instant coffee.

We’re new to Brantford, and was looking for a F&C Shop, tried others in Brantford. The day we had the haddock fish (nicely battered) not greasy, light , fluffy and golden brown and crisp. The fries this day were a bit dark? Not golden brown, over done? Grease needs changing? I have no idea, I’m not a chief. But over all the F&C’s were good. Then I had ordered the Super Sub, it was good, but on this day the sub bun wasn’t as fresh as I like. The sub was edible and I wanted to support local family business. Wife had the bacon & cheese hamburger. She said it was good, they have like charo-broiled grill, not fried grill. The burger was excellent, followed all COVID-19 protocol, organized, and very friendly staff. We’ll be returning back!

Excellent fish and chips!!! Ordered a lunch 2 piece special and mistakenly order an extra piece of fish, not knowing how big the fish are, and how many fries came in the special! Fish was breaded perfectly, and the golden crispy breading was delicious and picture perfect! The fries were very good aswell, Extremely friendly smiling faces were helpful with my order, I had heard how good their fish and chips were, so I drove 45 mins (one way) to try it! Did not disappoint, can't wait to go again!

I will probably NEVER order anything from these guys again...my first experience is my last...terrible at understanding our English language. I ordered 2 piece haddock with onion rings and a side order of large onion rings...I got charged accordingly but there were no onion rings with my fish...I tried to tell them but they pretty much pushed me out the door and would NOT even let me have my say...RUDE! I feel RIPPED OFF!

This restaurant has a great range of seafood but we had plain old fish and chips which was excellent. The place is very popular so go early as parking can be an issue. The service was friendly and quick considering the place was packed. Prices are reasonable and inline with other similar restaurants. We went for supper on a Friday but they also do lunch, I am not sure about B/F.

I was craving fish and chips for lunch and decided to give them a try. I ordered the 2 piece fish and chips special and there was enough food for two people. The fish and fries were cooked perfectly, both were nice and crispy and not greasy either. I will definitely be getting it from there again.

You could potentially eat a whole one by yourself. It comes with salsas and tortillas and the four of went to town. 10 out of 10 would have it again. We ordered online and the guys went to pick it up so my expectations was only the food. I'm totally ok with that cause it speaks for itself. Trust me you want to try this place and make it a weekly favorite.
