My order was simple, 2 bacon beef and Cheddars. My order was pretty much ready at the window. Typically not disappointed with the Arby's. Speed is iffy sometimes. Accuracy is generally good. Only had one issue in the past but was rectified with coupons.

I really like the food here, I know people tend to hate on Arby's but I have no idea why. You can get a giant sandwich filled with actual roast beef (not filler or horse meat or whatever) for a pretty decent price. My suggestion is to get the au jus on the side so you get a larger amount because that stuff is delicious on it's own. The staff are always very friendly I've found and it's only when there are a lot of people coming in or if it's late and no one's around that it takes a while for you to get your order. Great place!

Food is typical Arby's. They're milkshake machine is down often. At least 50% of the times I've ordered a milkshake here they said it was down. If the machine is that bad then management needs to get it fixed or get a new one. Once or twice is understandable but it's been years of this now.

I wanted to try the reuban and curly fries after seeing their ad. Went through the drive through. Bill was $11.16 for just those 2. Small fry too. Well I got the heal of the bread for one slice, I don't eat heals of any bread, so peeled it off to throw it out. Meat was only in the bite part of the sandwich nothing at the back of slice. Very disappointed. Will not be back. It was a rip off for that price. Could have had a whole meal in a restaurant for that price.

This Arby's was a nice place to eat on several occasions on a recent stay in Brantford. The new roast turkey sandwich was on par with one from a more expensive deli. It's not a destination restaurant, but a good place to ward off the hungry monsters. Went here with my son after along day. The staff was friendly, the food was very good. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. We will definitely be back.

New year's day we were lazy and trying to decide on something fast. I haven't eaten Arbys in years since finding out I can't have gluten. My boyfriend went to pick up a burger with no bun, and told me that at each point down the line they hollered "gluten allergy!" And everyone changed their gloves. I've been to so many places that just forget and throw a bun on it anyhow. I'm so touched that they went to so much trouble. I'll definitely be returning for sure!

Her name tag read “Debby”, she accidentally left the window open while I was waiting for my food and all I could hear is her talking about how crazy she is and I heard her swear multiple times and complain. Would not recommend to friends or family. Not the first indecent where I’ve heard her say something.

I would never give a review just on service however by the time I was done asking to use the washroom I could not enjoy warm food. They refused to let anyone use the washroom even first responders. First its a right to be able to use the washroom if you are a customer. Second I was in between calls. And needed to eat and facilitate. By law explained if one person is allowed in then we all are. By letting skip drivers use the facility and no one else is a bigot move. Hopefully they don't need a technician or 911 anytime soon!

Love Arby's, miss it so much in Cambridge. There is nothing like a roast beef sandwich. Sometimes you just don't feel like a burger or wrap. So good. Ordered fries and a pop. They gave me curly fries instead of regular and they were ice cold when I got them. Couple of minutes in the microwave I ate them and got the worst stomach ache of my life. Only eat here if you want to experience the wonders of your toilet.

I was happy to see this Arby's as my local one in Guelph closed up shop recently. I tried their new Gyro classic Greek style. The pita was delicious soft and slightly chewy the gyro meat was flavourful but not overpowered by garlic like maybe non Greek places which try to pass off Gyros. As usual the curly fries were awesome. My daughters are slightly upset that the chicken strips are more spicy than they used to be. So minus 1 star for that.

Good selection of items on the menu and decent prices. Kids didn't like the chicken strips as they said they tasted old. Curly fries are good and anything with deli meat is a good bet. They have gold peak ice tea in the fountain drink selection which was a favourite. Cleanliness would be average with the bathrooms being below average.

An alternative to other common fats food joints such as McDs. They have good burger and gyro options too. I would recommend this joint as an alternative to the regular fare you get. Too bad that they are very far apart and not within the areas that I visit or travel through.

The employees working at this Arby's, specially the blond young man working the night we went, was working the fryer, the window and the counter, was extremely fast, and courteous. No one waited very long for their food even though he was the only one working all the stations. All employees are always fast and courteous. It is always clean and we'll stocked as well. We like to hit Arby's at least once a month. The food is always great and wished we had an one in Woodstock. My wife goes for one of their sandwichs and I always get a #2 combo with curly fries. I never understand why Arby's isn't busier, it is so much better than the other fast food joints.

Have been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes. I write this review while waiting for my order to be taken. I have seen at least a dozen cars leave in the 25 minutes I've been here total. Probably more. If you atleast take the orders then make us wait you won't lose as much business. Still currently at the speaker box for 20 minutes. The lady rudely told me they were short staffed. Which I get but why is it so hard to take my order. So still sitting here. Another 5 cars have left. I wonder how much money that is. Finally after 30 minutes they took my order. Took the order wrong. Let's see how long the food takes. 10 minutes for food. Gg guys 40 minutes to get food. What a joke.

They guy that was on drive thru May 7th around lunch is amazing. Every time I come here I get a medium beef and cheddar but I ask for a regular bun and no red ranch, almost every time both of those requests aren't met. While on this visit, said employee informed me that I would have a much easier time ordering a roast beef sandwich and add cheese sauce. A small think in the grand scheme of things but will definitely ensure one guest will return happy.

Constantly messes up orders in drive through. Has charged me and my family for sandwiches we didn't get multiple times, large sized sandwiches that we only end up getting the smallest sizes for, can't remember what a regular bun is when asked to replace the buns on beef and cheddars. All around poor experience the last 4 times we've gone. Would reccomend looking elsewhere for quick food. 09/27/2020- Impressed with the improvements seen in service, only one error in our soft drink and even then it wasn't that bad because a swap was all that was needed to satisfy between my family. Keep this up Brantford ON location.

This Arby's is great! Very convenient wide open parking. Friendly customer service and great food quality. They have a machine for you to choose your own pop and one of the things I like best is that they have all their sauces in pump containers on the condiments counter. Whether you want Arby's sauce, Horsey Sauce, or just plain ketchup it is available and not at an extra fee like the Niagara location. I stop here regularly. If you want something a little more than a plain burger, come here

I have been going to Arbys for almost 40 years. It's a shame there are none left in Toronto and it's worth the drive out of town to visit one.I have been to the locations in Niagara Falls Stoney Creek Brantford Burlington and just recently on Halloween in Kitchener. The food is so good.

Arby's does one thing really well, consistency. It's a bit of a drive to the nearest location, but everytime I go I get the same great quality sandwiches. The curly fries are a favorite of mine with their seasoning. There is no sauce comparable to Arby's Horsey sauce a delicious creamy horseradish sauce, and their Arby's BBQ sauce has a unique flavour that's sweeter than most BBQ sauces.

They used to have a bacon and cheddar deluxe roast beef sandwich but the arbys corporation for some unknown reason took it off the menu. Every time I go in I order it and the Brantford staff gladly makes it for me and it's always perfect! Please bring back that sandwich so I don't have to pay a small fortune for all the add ons.

I did not rate it a four star due to the fact all Arby's have changed their menu. This store was great in accommodating my request. The only reason I ate at Arby's was for their Great Canadians. The staff at this location was kind enough to recommend the best option for what I am looking for. Other than paying extra for all the "extra" toppings. I was satisfied. Thank you staff :)
