This is my favorite place for healthy take out. The Bangkok with chicken and avocado is a must try and this blueberry rooibis kombucha is AMAZING! Great service, great portion sizes. It's an overall win.

I first tried The Chopped Leaf in Saskatoon and fell in love with their amazing food. So when I heard that one had opened in Manitoba, I had to make time to eat there. The menu has so many options of salads and bowls and the opportunity to customize either one as well. Most of the bowls and salads are vegan and gluten free. I ordered the No. 2 Bowl and it was so delicious. Another favourite of mine is the Popeye Salad. The bowl was filled with healthy, whole food ingredients and had an amazing flavour. The restaurant was modern and clean and the service was friendly and fantastic - the owner even stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our food. I love this restaurant and can’t wait for a franchise to open in Winnipeg! Until then, I will make trips to Brandon to eat here. If you’re looking for healthy “fast food,” this is the place.

Great, fresh food, very clean, and with helpful and friendly staff who went thw extra mile to accommodate me as a vegan. I had the Pegasus wrap, minus the feta. The staff pointed out that the dressing that comes with the wrap also includes feta, and suggested substuting the goddess dressing, which was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

Had the cranberry pesto chicken sandwich, it was as good as ever. Sat in this time and was a bit surprised that the side of ranch dressing came in disposable plastic cups. We asked for water,as well, which came in plastic. You do have metal utensils so I know washing up isn't an issue. Just saying. Everything else was great.

We are usually not fan of franchise restaurants, but this one we really like! Food is very good, ingredients seems of good quality, portions are generous, they are well balanced meals and healthy. The people are always super super friendly, it seems part of the culture of the place and we love it!!

We had the sun goddess salad and let me tell you this is the best salad we ever had! Fresh and rich ingredients (for real) with tasty dressing based on tahini that you can tell it’s made in house not from a commercial bottle.. and if you are a healthy food fan you can tell how healthy and delicious the food is. We had the salad so far twice and one soup cream of broccoli ???? (which was rich and absolutely yummy) I compared the salad to many salads from restaurants such as freshi, earls, Boston pizza and so on..

I have not been disappointed with anything I have tried on the menu. Everything is fresh, full of flavour and filling! People don't realize that healthy foods can be just as filling and satisfying. But it was the bacon and pesto sandwich with chicken that blew my mind enough to come give a rating. It was mouth-wateringly delicious! The owner is always friendly, helpful and sociable. I always walk away pleased with the service and food. Definitely recommend!

Had friends Visit from out of town and he wanted something he cant get back home so we picked Chopped Leaf , the kids are picky eaters and even myself was a little Leary, BUT wow I was won over by the freshness of the food , the taste combinations and the price was reasonable ,I had the strawberry salad and I wish i would have gotten the larger one . All in all great discovery ,I will be back

I was unaware of this chain of health oriented restaurants before stopping here on our road trip. I went of the solstice salad and added chicken and avocado. This meal had the perfect balance of protein, healthy fats and carbs. Their avocados are perfect ripeness, their chicken is juicy, their vegetables are very fresh and overall everything is flavorful. I was very satisfied with the quantity, quality and freshness.
