The worst experience of my life. I had a windshield changed. The windshield had not been sealed properly. A car was flooded after the first rain. Also, they've cut the cable to the remote start antenna. Waste of money and time.

While on a driving business trip from Vancouver to Toronto in June 2017, I had the bad luck of discovering a serious alignment/front-end issue that needed immediate attention. Here's the GOOD luck. I was referred to Superior as THE place in Brandon for fairly-priced but high quality work. The owner Chris took a personal interest in my plight and assured me that he would actually switch his shop's schedule around to accommodate me so that I could make my important meeting the next day in Winnipeg. Wow! He gave me a loaner car so I could keep working in Brandon during the day, and had my own car repaired and ready to go at exactly when he'd promised. Not ONLY that, he gave me a fair price for the work and took extra time to explain the repairs and other things that I should do when I had more time to address some of the issues that we'd agreed weren't pressing. I don't write a lot of reviews, but really wanted to thank Chris and Carla for looking after me so well. I'd recommend them to anyone who want pro service.. and a fair shake!

Couldn’t be happier! Traveling cross country from Alberta on our way to a family reunion in clear lake I broke the back window out of our 2004 Toyota Sienna. No place in town had a window, not even the Toyota dealer could get the replacement window until the following week. These guys not only had the window but fit us in the next day between other appointments, they popped the window by the time they promised and we were on our way. Friendly and honest owner and employees reminded me of our trusted shop from home. Thanks again guys!

The owners are very accommodating when you need something done quickly. I trust them to tell me exactly what I need for servicing on my vehicle without adding needless work. When a different service centre told me I needed new tires, I checked with Superior Auto, they measured the tread and told me that getting new tires was not needed. The staff are very personable and polite. Everyone seems to work as a team.

I was stuck and not able to get to work due to a wheel bearing in very bad shape. After calling around to multiple repair shops I followed a Google search and talked with Chris at Superior Auto Service & Glass Ltd. Chris was very polite and understood the importance of having the bearing replaced right away. He got me into the shop within hours and had the wheel bearing diagnosed and replaced in a little over an hour. I was very impressed with the service. The final price was very reasonable as well. I am very happy with Superior Auto and will be taking my car there when needed.

If you are having vehicle issues this is the place to get your problems resolved! I've personally only dealt with Chris and his customer service is spectacular, something I have never experienced in this industry. I started taking my vehicles to Superior Auto a few years ago because of some unsatisfactory work performed by another shop. Chris and his team took the extra time to address and resolve these issues at a honest price. With my latest visit to Superior Auto, Chris went the extra mile to pull a part off of a car from a local junk yard to make sure my vehicle was up and running in a timely manner.
