Love coming here! I'll go out of my way to shop here, even though I live closer to other grocery stores, because the staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I came here to buy icing today and they did their best to assist me even when the label machine wasn't working. The other Sobeys straight-up denies that they can sell us icing. I'm proud to give them my business.

Well this is a great location for a quick pick, selection is good but not as big at sobeys extra or super store. That been said, staff is super friendly, prices are ok, parking lot is huge and small liquor market is inside, so you have all in one place.

It was early in the morning, shortly after opening. I was in fast, got what I need with encountering the rush. Was greeted nice at the entrance with a cart clean and ready to use.

They carry Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light. For some reason, the Real Canadian Superstore doesn't, so I have to make a special trip to Sobeys. Their bakery is also the bomb ???? ????... the cream cheese cinnamon buns.....????????????????????

Went to get some fresh chicken strips from the deli area. I don't know his name but the fellow helped me out and told me how to get the best deal. I have not had this good of service in a grocery store in as long as I can remember. Time of visit: Nov 11, 5pm. This man deserves a raise or something!

I bought ice cream after 1 min I wanted to return that ice cream due to some reason. There was chienese guy he said you can not return bcoz of covid. I said its close box with seal. I just bought 1 min ago. He called another women she asked that guy can I return or not he said I don't know. Then that women said rudely no you can not return. I was so disappointed with rude behavior. Seriously this happen Sunday 23 Aug around 6.30. I won't come to shop over there

I really like Sobeys. They had some good specials. The only thing that disappoints is, we never get a flyer. This is inconvenient as I make my grocery list based on the flyer.

I have always received great service when I shop at this location. Today for example as I was waiting in line at the till a gentleman opened a lane to help me. Then proceeded to help me bag my groceries in my reusable bags, then offered to help me to the car and then took my empty cart for me.

Generally this is my main store for grocery shopping but the quality has been hit or miss lately. A fruit tray that has pineapple was filled with mostly all uneatable pieces.. (most pieces were the pineapple core instead of the fruit..). Curbside picking wrong items despite being very clear in order/ them not asking for clarification over phone if needed, or buying x items to receive air miles and the picker shorts the order by x amount so don’t get the air miles for buying the specific item or multiple items. Having wrong prices posted in store but not honouring SCOP. Sobeys is more expensive than other stores but if you shop sales it’s not so bad. Curbside orders, while convenient, have the downsides because more expensive items or wrong items are often picked. Also, the two sobeys in Brandon are considered separate. So if you have any issues they need to be addressed at that same location.
