I would like to have posted a picture of slop we got on Friday night...First off...someone need to give a course in how to answer a phone as well as how to talk to customers...Never-ending how to listen and take a correct order down!!!...i had a sub with a gravy on the side...packed upside-down in my bag...need I say more!! Sloppy food and atrocious customer service! 2 stars is generous!

Went to Pizza Express for the first time. And I was not disappointed. This place is great. Its a very small resturant. But has a huge menu selection. I had a pita which was very good. The food sizes are huuuge so when ordering multiple items be careful. I ordered fries with my pita thinking it was a side size and they brought out a huge plate of fries haha. My partner had a pasta and he thought it was awesome as well. Next time I hope to try the pizza as it looked delicious! We will be back!

This place is a Brandon institution, in my opinion. It has recently been given an exterior facelift and it looks modern and relevant. The food is awesome and you get large portions for a good price. If you're looking for comfort food, party food, 'I don't feel like cooking' food, etc...this is where to go.

Was super excited to try the Maui Wowie pizza, since it had a unique sauce and what would have been an excellent topping mixture of salty, sweet and heat. However, the dough was too soggy and even wet in some spots to truly enjoy it. Every bite was soupy with a mixture of too many toppings that couldn't hold up to the weak integrity of the dough. Great idea, poor execution.

Outstanding food, very small cosy intimate place, perfect for a date night. you may have to wait on occasion if you want to get a seat. but well worth it. You can pickup or have delivery, I'm not sure if they have reservations but for sure I would call ahead and give it a shot. If this place keeps track of how much money someone has spent, ordering takeout from them.... I shudder to imagine my total. The subs are probably my favorite thing on the menu. ChickenBacon sub or Beef N' Buttons are legendary at this point and rightly so. They're beyond delicious... The pastas are out of sight! Chicken Fettuccini or Chicken Cacciatore... So good. Amazing salads. Amazing appetizers. I might die if I eat another gut buster, but I'm willing to take the chance.... And the pizza is rad too. The staff here on the phones have always been the best. And the kitchen staff.... Amazing at what they do. I love Pizza Express, truly.

The cheese seems to be a bit different than before. Even the pizza sauce tastes different. The bread ties are often tough and hard to bite through. Sometimes even a little crispy, as though they had been deep fried, got cold and then refried when needed. They charge $1 for substitutions, (onions instead of mushrooms) which i have never encountered before. Usually only extra toppings are an additional cost.

Every dish I've ordered is always great! Though on rare occasions the bread ties are over cook and the onions rings can get soggy by the time they are delivered if they have more than one stop in the delivery route

Ordered a pizza without ham, extra bacon and sauce. Pizza arrived with no bacon or extra sauce and was a gloopy mess. Called back and was informed they use back bacon and it looks like ham. The pizza was bland and the crust was chewy. $39 lost. Buyer beware. Don't let the fake reviews fool you.

However, the pizza I ordered was quite underdone in the middle resulting in it being unfortunately doughy and falling apart. I will be back for a second try!

Went there with my son. The staff that was working tonight were the rudest ever. They cant say please or thank you. When they come to place food on tables for customers they just push right into you hoping you will move for them. The lady can't even say excuse me. The food that's something else. We ordered bread ties. They were so tough and soaked In oil that they were unable to be eaten. The pizza was burnt and had a very bitter taste to it. Very unimpressed of this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this restaurant on Friday which was Valentine's Day, ordered a chicken bacon sub and chicken bacon poutine. The waitress said "it'll be 30 minutes" , so I come back at the agreed upon time. "10 more minutes" she says, come back and she says "10 more minutes" again. So when I finally my food and got home theres a big gross black hair in our meal. Never eating there again.

I’m not sure if these are the same owners that owned the Winnipeg location and the Brandon location at the same time. I understand that the Winnipeg location is now no longer even there. I used to be a regular back in the 90’s and as far as I’m concerned Pizza Express had the very best Pizza that I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. It’s 3:00 in the morning and I’m hungry. I’m thinking about Pizza Express and missing it so much. It’s been years since I’ve enjoyed this food and through the pictures it still looks the same as I remember. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love the bacon, pepperoni and mushroom that is my ultimate pizza and Pizza Express has this amazing pizza sauce with a very unique aroma. I would know that aroma anywhere and I’ve never found this anywhere else ????‍???????? ???? ????‍???? My sister lives in Rivers and I plan on visiting her once C-19 is done. I definitely will be going to Pizza Express and getting my fill of not only the pizza, but the baked spaghetti and their salads which are incredible and so are their subs!!!

Waited for twice as long as was quoted to me on the phone and when I called to ask for an updated eta I was met with hostility by the person on the phone. She then proceeded to tell me that I should probably not bother waiting and eat from somewhere else because they aren't going to get araround to making my dinner. This was at 8pm on Monday October 1st 2018. Just skip the middle man and order from somewhere else. Wish I could at least give a review about the food but didn't make it that far.

Absolutely dissatisfied.... Ordered online waited over an hour with 2 two year olds and a 3 year old waiting to eat, called and they told me they were running behind, no courtesy call or anything.... Completely disappointing in the lack of customer courtesy. Even when I called the girl answering the phone didn't even have any courtesy.

I wish I could give no stars! This place has really gone downhill in the past few years! Pizza crust is no good and burnt most of the time, pasta always has curdled sauces, the meats in the subs are not as good quality as they once were, the appetizers are insanely over priced for what you get, and the poutines all look like someone took a dump on a plate. I’m amazed anyone recommends this restaurant as a place to eat when there are so many other great pizza places in Brandon (Marino’s, Romano’s, Little Italy, Astoria Pizza, etc.). The owners are also a nightmare and treat their staff like absolute garbage. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves, I know I would be! Brandon and visitors of Brandon: support one of the other pizza places I listed, this restaurant does not deserve your money, you will be disappointed I am sure! You can also feel good about supporting a business that allows its employees to drink water while working in a hot kitchen.

So with the good.. Food is usually really good, portions are great and the food is usually baked, so it's pretty good! But alas, lately I've been getting my food about an hour late when I order delivery. Even when I ordered before my friend one time, he still got his food first, and I live closer to the location than him (and we ordered similar). But on top of it being more than an hour late, the food wasn't really hot, and I paid for the extra chipotle bbq sauce to be added, but none was added, just the house dressing it seemed along with mayo (which I specified no house dressing). So, a little disappointed, especially since I order from them a lot. I could've had a pizza long ago if I would've ordered pizza.

Despite the pizza being excellent the rim on my glass looked cracked so i touched/rubbed it to check... sure enough it broke off in my hand, and it was so sharp it cut my thumb. When i asked for a replacement glass in fear of me drinking a shard of glass the waitress brought me a new glass but she just poured my possibly now death soda straight into it. I was shocked at the time, but the manager did a great job looking into it and trying to make things right. Overall great place id reccomend.

They have such a huge veristile menu, so it's easy to take a group of people and everyone have something they like. As far as price goes it's standard sit down eating price. This will forever be my favorite restaurant, my restaurant of choice when I visit Brandon.

The food is delicious and made with excellence and care. I worked for them for a day, and got to see the ingredients, how they are stored, and the level of care they put into their food. When it comes to food, you wont find a better place for cost vs quality. They are a bit more pricey then other places, but that price is well justified by the food you receive. I recommend trying them, an if your not sold, then i guess your don't have taste buds. (4 Stars because of personal reasons not related to food)

My parents were eating there since before I was born and we started getting meals there again when we got moved back out to Brandon in 2006. Italian Stallion subs, Greek salads and Canadian pizzas are Family favourites! Best place in town!

Still gave a 4 star cause i still enjoy the food. However i only ever order online for pick up or delivory. The last few times i have ordered, the meals have been wrong. Missing ingredents or have stuff on it that i asked to have off due to allergic reactions. Last order, i ordered subs that were missing its meats. Or one before i ordered no sauces but came loaded that would send me into a allergic reaction. Living on other side of town having to drive in to have them redone is a little tiresome then getting home and the rest of your meal is cold. But besides that staff are a great to talk to. And still a great place to order from.

I got an extra large five topping, with toast and dipping sauces for around 50$. Free 2L. The crust on the pizza was soggy but that's probably because the toppings and cheese we're extremely heavy. A slice is almost as thick as a burger if that's your thing.

I have never been compelled to write a review until now. I just have to say: wow, and Thank You. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sub to go and once I got back to the hotel I saw that I’d received a beef one by mistake. Checked my phone and there was a missed call from them. I called back and they said they’d deliver me a chicken Parmesan free of charge and let me keep the beef one to give to my mom. Quick delivery and both sandwiches: absolutely fantastic. I am just blown away by the service and commitment to their business. It will not be my last visit, thank you Pizza Express. ????????
