We had 2 gift certificates for this establishment. One had an expiration date and the other did not. Because it was over a year they would not honor it. I guess $50 out of our pocket but another extra $50 into the owners. Your welcome!! We didn't agree with policy but we were NOT rude about it. However we had to use up the other coupon so continued to shop. The sales clerks were clearly looking at us and whispering. Next time I advise you to wait until the customer has left before you talk about them. We bought steak which was very tough and chewy. It's sure not the same place as when the original owners had it. Will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone

melt in your mouth rib eyes. OMGoodness. We had a special occasion to celebrate last night. The 4 rib eyes we purchased were absolutely beautiful, nicely marbled, melt in your mouth - incredible. I will only go to Obermaiers for my special occasion meats from now on.
