Birthdays are celebrated with a very loud birthday song, noisemakers and a helmet with moose antlers. That’s not something I enjoy, however some people really like this feature. It’s up to you to decide if this is a pro or con. Just know it is likely to happen more than once during your meal on a busy night. Everyone at my table seemed to enjoy their meals. My soup was good but way too salty. Our waitress was friendly and attentive during our dinner.

Horrible meal . My garden salad was wilted abs so tiny . My daughters pizza off the children’s menu was dried out and you could not bite the crust. Even the waitress said it’s a frozen pizza heated up. So unappetizing and tough to bite. She left it. Waitress never asked to bring her something else and no manager came to the table. Meal came to $52.00 never will I go back.

Montana's menu is a bit more on the pricey side, but they do have amazing deals from time to time. Great food, and a great enviroment for kids and family alike. They do, if you ask politely, sing happy birthdays to individuals if it's their birthday. They'll even recommend you put on a special "cap" to put on while you stay, and it's taboo to consider taking it off!

Although experiencing some challenges in regards to Covid-19 mandates and a fatigued clientele now and again, they are rolling with the punches as best as they can, and demonstrating good ability to adapt. Hopefully common sense prevails in the near future, and these mandates for Covid-19 go for good.

Tasty ribs! Wednesday is all you can eat ribs if that's something that interests you. No gluten free desserts other than possibly ice cream. They do offer some gluten free entrees which are marked in their menu.

Went for late lunch 3:30pm on sunday, I ordered fried chicken and friend ordered ribs etc. Place wasnt busy but took a while for the food. Got meal and was about 5 min later recieved veggies. Meal was ok. Small portions for the price both of us thought. Place was clean including washroom and server was great. Ribs did have coleslaw as well. Pic with thumb was before I got veggies!!

Unlimited ribs is where it's at. Montana is just another chain like all other chains, but the ribs do keep bringing you back with their reliable flavour and texture. The servers are also incredible nice. Every single one of them are very polite, kind and wanting to crack jokes to make you feel welcome.

Tried to make a reservation this afternoon and was told they don't take reservations Friday or Saturday. We told there would be a 25 to 35 minute wait. We were offered a high table and chairs in the lounge but being senior citizens, it would of been painful on our legs. We asked about an empty table we could see and she said it was reserved. Long story short, we asked to speak to the manager. He informed us that it wasn't him who reserved it didn't know who from the managment staff from the afternoon did but he was going to reserve it. Anyways he keep saying the same things over and over again. He was deflecting, defending that it wasn't him. Not once did he apologize or say he would speak to the afternoon staff to make sure they are all speaking and stating the same facts and policies. I will formally be putting a complaint against the evening manager, Brook Addison to Montana's Head Office on how he handled the situation! D

The service here was terrible. Our waiter failed to provide us with cutlery, napkins, and refills on any of our drinks. When we paid the bill, I paid in cash and asked for change but the waiter ignored what I said. He never brought the change from my bill, which was over $5. Frankly, I am very disappointed in Montana’s as I have always had good experiences with many other locations.

Food was good, service was terrible after we got our food. Had to wait while the waitress finished talking to another table about college plans. Unable to get her attention and one person of our party left wo her noticing. The other waiters noticed us waiting. We waited over 15 minutes just to get the check to pay. We were not impressed and it wasn't busy.

Very good restaurant for Brandon! I've gone here a few times and it has been good every time. Food is reasonably priced. I recommend getting the sample platter one as you get a bit of everything. Will definitely be coming back here. The birthday announcements can get a bit annoying if there is alot of people celebrating birthdays as you can here then from across the restaurant, but that is only a minor complaint and doesn't affect the experience.
