Dear McDonalds, With respect to the food I just ordered from you to Support McHappy Day. In short, I was not "McHappy" with my day. If anything, I was somewhat "McSad" with my order. The fries were old and McSoggy. I was less than McSatisfied. I dont want my money back or a new order, I want you to know that you ruined a perfectly acceptable day with your McCrappy Food this evening. I'm not upset, I'm just disappointed. I stop here to get coffee all the time and there is always either not enough sugar or not enough cream lately! There is nothing worse than paying money for something and having it constantly wrong. It’s sad when speed of service becomes more important than quality.

They require proof of vaccination to dine in/enter, yet, the employee stationed at the door to presumably do the checking did NOT check for our proofs, at all. There were also several teens lounging around, throwing stuff back and forth like a football, and bragging about doing LSD. Combined this made it feel really unsafe inside what would otherwise be a pleasant little McDonald's.

I ve been there so many times the service the quality of food is excellent. I always go at night there is one girl named ‘harjot’she has very good nature and she always provides good and fast service and she always have smile on her face which is a very good thing and i never waited much for my order even though the drive thru is busy at night but it doesn’t matter this was the first mcd i ve ever got this much good service….

Worst. I asked for egg cheese burger. They put ham in it. I don't eat ham. I ate half then I realized there is ham. What if I was allergic.

So slow, food wrong more than 5 times. Last time didn't even send my kids meal for my daughter. Then told me they wouldn't help me fix it because it was a skip order and terrible management

Fast service. Though they got my order wrong. They seemed confused on what I wanted. But it was good I got a refund and another meal. The food is always fresh, the place is always clean. The bathroom soap smells nice and the bts meal slaps at 3 am. The drive threw is abit slow.. but the people speaking always have the clearest voices.

Second McDonald's on our trip where the entire restaurant/surrounding parking was inundated with flies. Spent 20 minutes trying to rid our vehicle of them. Gross! Secondly, we were asked if we had our vaccine passports but then nobody actually bothered to check. Thirdly, a group of unsupervised, unmasked teens were mucking about, tossing cups around while not actually eating. Not acceptable in the middle of a pandemic. Do better, McDonald's!

Enchantė fabulous thought I was dining in an upper class restaurant in Paris but then woke up and realized I was dining in my truck. In the McDonald's parking lot. Top notch customer service and the ice cream flows like the golden arches, McDonald's was built on!

Last 3 times I have gotten myself or someone has gotten me a breakfast sandwich the eggs always have shells in them. Stopped ordered breakfast from here but the dinner menu is always good.

Service was great with the cashier , but my order was made wrong, and the wait time for my order and then the remake was unreal. They definitely seemed to be very unorganized and I watched my order be bagged and sit there for 7mins and when I finally got someone's attention, the girl seemed like I was being a bother.

The managers lie and say your order and receipts are ready for you. When you arrive to pick them up Amanda says to the lady who took my call that we haven't had time to print them. They will have to wait. I gave you 2 hours notice to print the receipt before I arrived.

Wrong order at drive-thru. Went back around to have it corrected. Ended up having to go inside. Stood there for over 12 minutes. All together it took over 20 minutes for them to get my bagel right. Manager Carter was completely rude and dismissive. I rarely go to McDonald's but this one really sucks.

Food was cold and packed in unmannered way .burger was everywhere in bag loosing its wrapping and fries were as hard as stick and poutine was barely half full and wrap’s crispy chicken tastes like as they use the discarded one and at last it took 18mins on drive thru to get my food .very disappointed with your this store . Won’t come back

Went through the drive through and got parked, which isn't a big deal. What is a big deal is that we were at the front of the supper rush and we waited for almost 15 minutes for slightly warm burgers (that is literally all we ordered, not even combos) because staff waited until all the other orders they parked were ready too. If you need to run outside every 5 mins so that the orders you are parking are still hot, thats what you do. Even waiting to run two orders out at a time is usually fine, but they waited for 4 orders to be ready before running them out?!?!? What kind of customer service is that? And the person who brought our order out didn't even say a word.

I came through the drive through just now and asked for two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles. You gave me the normal amount of pickles but still charged me for extra for them. The burgers were also dried out, nasty and cold like they'd been sitting in the warmer all day. I still ate them because it was too late to go back and return them... I was already home. I'm never buying from this McDonalds again. Do yourselves a favour, everyone. Go to the McDonalds on Richmond or on the hill instead. It's more of a drive, but at least THEY will put an effort into getting your order right. A district manager needs to come check this place out.

Horrible drive thru service at both windows. First window you pay and instead of scanning the bar code she takes your phone. Than when asking for a receipt she points her finger....like get out of here. Second window she hands you messy food. When she asks would you like your receipt and napkins? I said yes please. I normally don't comment here, but i have to say this McDonald is the worst. I ordered a double fish, came with one piece of fish unfortunately which I got used to, however I returned to the staff and expect a new one, luckily I got my burger in few second with another piece of fish in the one I returned. What a joke that i got the worst service here before almost 8 months ago, and visited again just because it's McDonalds and close to home. The management is sucks, there are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention which many of people commented already.
