One of my favorite stores to visit and a go to spot when I'm in Brandon. I don't shoot as much as I used to, but Jo-Brook has the best selection of reloading supplies, especially Dillon, anywhere in Manitoba I know of. Excellent staff.

Well stocked store, I actually got some lures that I've never seen before and I live in Winnipeg. If you're going through Brandon it's worth the stop, especially since the prices seemed a bit cheaper than your usual Cabelas. Staff were helpful and chatty which was awesome.

Good prices on ammo and firearms. They also help with mounting scopes and accessories on firearms, polite staff, never have had any issues with them. NOT open on Sundays like Google says though.

Was told they had Christmas specials for kid's bows, usually free arrows or a case, but they hadn't decided what yet. So I bought the bow but they couldn't give it to me because there was a PAL course going on in the room where the bow was. Came back a week later but they didn't have any in stock, had to order it in. Came back a third time and finally got the bow. Grabbed arrows and a trigger, thinking this might count as the 'Christmas special'. Nope. Charged full price for them. Checked my bill against the price on the bow when I got home and they overcharged me by $38. Won't go back.

Recently went in as I was looking to purchase a kayak. When I arrived, Dave (If I recall correctly) finished up with who he was helping, then came back, sanitized and assisted me. I was looking to get back into kayaking and needed a quote for Soldier On. He was quite knowledgeable and suggested a pretty nice looking kayak, the Conduit 130. After showing me the weight and answering a few questions, my quote was printed off and I was on my way. Looking forward to getting my quote approved, as it's an absolute pleasure to deal with these guys. I've also purchased fishing gear and ammo from them. Definitely the best place to go to in Brandon.

ok I have been in here many times just to get registered for my PAL and eventually my RPAL I have tried since 2018 and every time I always get the same answer. they have told me the classes are full every time they wont take my name or anything. then they threaten to not let me take the course for asking questions. I will take my business somewhere professional and friendly.

They treated him as a customer that has been going g there all his life. They took the time to answer his questions. I would highly recommend this place to any hunting or fishing or camping person. They have a good selection of outdoor gear, firearms, ammo and hunting equipment. I find that unless you come in when no one else is there staff always seen bogged down either chewing the fat with their buddies about that prize buck or just simply under staffed.

My experience here was great. All these people setting bad reviews are just impatient and cry because their butlers couldn’t go pick up the order that was on their list, so they had to go out and do something themselves for a change. A gun store that doesn't sell guns, doesn't order the guns you think you've ordered, and doesn't stock decent ammunition in common calibres. Oh, yes, They don't order the ammo that they tell you they ordered 6 months ago. Why do I have to go to Winnipeg of Virden to buy a .22 rifle or get ammo for my deer rifle? Pro Tip: Remember to hang up from the phone BEFORE taking the piss out of the customer at the other end of the line! Another Brandon store that doesn't seem to get customer service.

I had bought a gun and the guns moneys worth in extras. They gave me 10% off all the extras for no reason. I broke a part off the gun that day. Brought it in and they replaced the part free of charge. Very friendly customer service. They went above and beyond explaining the functions of the rifle.

I've walked in 6 time the last 14 months wanted to buy a bow i was ignored every time. Even when i demanded i want to talk with someone about a bow or test a bow they claim someone will be there shortly. Or go over to talk with that guy .
