My friend referred me to go here. I should have taken it as a bad sign when he drove there from Shilo for his scheduled appointment just to find out that his tires were not there and no one called him to reschedule. My day came for my appointment and I decided to call and see if my tires were in fact there. Fountain tire said yes so I went and after sitting there for roughly 40 minutes they told me only 3 tires were there. They were curdious enough to put on a fourth winter tire (different brand) as a loaner while I waited for the 4th tire to arrive which was supposed to be the next day. So after 4 days of me calling to see if my tire was in (twice they said they had all 4 there for me which was impossible since I had 3 on my vehicle already) I finally got the last tire. That is also when I figured out they had put normal air in the tires when I specifically asked for nitrogen. After all of that and them letting my vehicle sit outside finished for who knows how long without telling me but me noticing and going up to the desk it was finally over. The staff were nice enough but just very unhappy and disappointed with how this went and how they offered me nothing to compensate for the hassle of driving there back and forth, taking time off work and just waiting. Will not refer anyone I know to go there but I will strongly encourage anyone to go somewhere else. This may sound mean but I work very hard for my money and when I make a large purchase such as winter tires from a company I expect better service and things to be done properly.

Went in today in attempts to replace my serpentine belt, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and as a woman, and someone who doesn't know anything about cars, it was a super comfortable environment to walk into. Due to my car's model, they weren't able to find a belt for me, and after driving around and checking three different stores, they waved me out with no fees, as I had been sitting there for a couple hours. Everyone there knew their stuff, and were respectful and helpful to every other person who walked in there. Literally have never had good enough service to write a review about it. Thanks guys :)

Awesome service!! I was in Manitoba visiting and noticed a slow leak in one of my tires. Went to see these guys and they were amazing. I was only there a short time....thanks to Brent. He pulled a 4" nail out of my tire and patched it up. Without their great service i wouldn't have been able to make the trip back to Alberta the following day. $20 to rotate two tires that they could have done for free but I had no appointment so what can I expect from a greasy tire store, bet they would have done it for free if they knew I was a Google reviewer. Two stars for doing two mins work for $20 if they had heart they could have not charged me since I look like I cannot afford alot and probly give free rotations to rich people alot.

I am from Edmonton and needed my brakes inspected last minute when we got to town the last week of July. Every shop in town was booked and couldn't offer any type of help. Fountain tire offered to have a tire tech inspect my brakes just so I could figure out what I was dealing with it the very least. They found I needed new brakes on the front of my truck. Their Mechanic came out and said he could help me out as he had 2 hours before his next scheduled service. They replaced my brakes and had mr running on the road again by lunch time. Would come back for service again if we didn't live so far away. Thanks again to the whole team for hooking us up when they barely had time to breathe! Booked an appointment for a new tire and wheel setup to swap out my winter setup. Craig greeted me and addressed any requests I made with no issues at all. My new tires were mounted, balanced, and installed all within 45 minutes amongst their busy schedule. I went there to have my old summer tires mounted on rims and installed on my car. I showed up later in the day so they weren't sure if it would be done by the end of the day but they were done half an hour before they closed. They also offered to wait for me if I couldn't make it back there by 5pm in rush hour traffic. They were very nice, friendly and accommodating. I didn't need an appointment... The other tire shops I called all required appointments and were booking for three days to a week later and had higher prices.

They informed me my tyre puncher couldn’t be repaired and a replacement tyre would take 7 business days to arrive , or I could purchase a $300 tyre instead for my Pontiac .. Their nearest competitor fixed my puncher no problem with a very fast and efficient service .... I certainly have no intentions of using fountain tyre again

Fountain Tire has terrible customer service! Bought 4 continental winter tires in October and 1 of the tires went flat within 3 Weeks! brought it to them for an inspection, in which they failed to provide an explanation as to what caused the tire to go flat and immediately said that another tire would need to be purchased! after relentlessly asking about the tire they called back saying there was a small puncture from inside the tire and that it can't be repaired under warranty because the car was in motion when the puncture happened?? Absolute low blow, take heed spend at your own risk!!

I was immensely impressed and grateful at the level of sanitation being practised by staff. Only 2 customers allowed in, at one time, and the receptionist was actively spraying all surfaces everytime a customer left. They also went up and above to keep me safe on the road while reducing my costs, acknowledging my dedication to the community as a healthcare provider. I called Fountain Tire late afternoon - 2 p.m. on a very busy Friday (Kal Tire didn't even pick up the phone), looking to get 4 new tires mounted & installed on my truck. I brought her in, thinking I would most definitely have to wait until the next day to get her back - and seeing how smoking busy these guys were, I was 100% totally fine with that! They even do a wheel alignment check on your vechicle at no extra cost. Now if you do need an alignment its around $108.00 for it. So ya I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I am super impressed with Fountain Tire. I ordered tires for my daughter's car, thinking she had winter tires on it. When Fountain went to install them they realized the tires there were already all seasons so called me to ask if I really just wanted to switch from all season to all season. They didn't think it was necessary so they fully refunded me. A less honourable business could have taken advantage of the situation but Fountain Tire did not! I am very impressed and you can be sure I plan to make future tire purchases at Fountain Tire.

I have dealt with Fountain Tire for many years and have had good service with my cars and motorhomes. I took a wheel off my car hauler trailer and dropped it off for repair of a slow leak. They called me about 20 minutes later and told me the repair was complete. I went to pick up the wheel and thank them and I was handed a bill for $35 dollars. I was shocked. I was told that they couldn't keep their doors open if they didn't charge for flat repair. Kal Tire and Tire Land charge nothing to fix a flat. When the folks at Fountain Tire read this they can look up my history and see how much money I have spent there in the past. They will never see me again.

I had my car in at my dealership to get a steering issue checked out and I was told that it must be put on an alignment machine since the computer showed an impact be it a pothole Etc.. the first alignment was fine but the steering wheel was crooked. I then took the car back to the dealership and yes they did Center the steering wheel but alao caused other issues with the alignment by doing so. Fountain Tire checked the alignment and found what the issue was. All of the employees that I dealt with were excellent. Very clean establishment and a very knowledgeable crew. It was my first time at the new Fountain Tire buildind and I was very impressed with the service and the overall quality of the workmanship. This is the only place I will ever take any of my vehicles to get an alignment done. Thanks Fountain Tire you guys n gals you all rock!! Traded the forte off on An AWD Turbo Sportage and what a difference! It actually goes strait as an arrow down the highway.. I was kinda dumbfounded that the steering angle sensor was out by 2 degrees but after the reset it was perfect with the alignment!!

Highly recommended! I had to get my tire fixed this summer due to a puncture. After the first fix, the tire kept deflating over a period of about 2 weeks. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. I thought my ordeal was over. Then again, after a few months since the initial repair, I started to lose pressure again on the same tire. I thought it was still the same pinhole causing the problem. As it turned out, it was another nail! Very frustrated but happy to see it getting fixed. At checkout they didn't charge me anything! I also had my front rotors turned there a few weeks ago and now have a vibration free brake. Overall extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Just wanted to write a quick review. This fountain tire has been wonderful to me over the years. I've been a customer here since I moved here 5 years ago. This is a tire shop that seems like it should be just another large shop without any personal service. I can attest that it is exactly the opposite. The guys and girls at this shop have gone above and beyond for myself and my family several times. I've had issues with my vehicles where I've needed really quick service due to my job and they've always been able to help me out and keep me with wheels to get to where I've got to be. Can't say enough good things about them. You'll be treated nice here!

Due to an error, in that the original tires I had ordered could not be found, without hesitation they upgraded me to higher quality tire at very close to the initial quote. Extremely happy with what was installed and the price. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Would recommend these folks without hesitation.

Got sent here by Nissan to get rims mounted, they told me to phone Nissan to see if they would hook me up with wheel sensors. And they did! Just talking to these guys saved me $800. Friendly and fast.

Incredible service. We felt well taken care of from the initial phone call right through to the drive home! When I phoned in a panic as our car was wobbling down the highway i was assured that fountain tire would get us back on the road and home safe, and that they did with an impressively short turn around time! Exceptional service from Fountain Tire this morning! We were 2 hours into our 17 day RV trip and one of our rear left tires exploded about 10 minutes outside of Brandon. We limped into Fountain Tire and Roman and his crew had us fixed up and back on the road in a flash. He even loaned me his truck so I could go buy a replacement sewer hose, as ours somehow got destroyed when the tire blew. Service was above and beyond!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my windshield wipers vandalized at Mt Washington. The staff at Fountain Tire in Courtenay were exemplary. They repaired the bent wiper arm and replaced both blades quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. This is a business with good old-fashioned values and a business worthy of support.

Shop needs to learn how to torque lug nuts and not over torque to the point you can't remove a.tire. 200 ft pounds is a little much for a half ton with aluminum wheels
