My absolute favorite coffee shop to work in in Brandon. Whether you're in the mood for a black coffee or something rich and sweet, they've got you covered. It's quiet UT has that background noise of a great place to work. My only suggestion would be to bring a sweater as the place can get a little chilly if you're sitting for a while.

The wonderful girl who served us was not only very friendly and inviting, she was very helpful and accommodating. I had a Saskaberry, it was delicious. Chocolate and raspberry espresso with steamed chocolate milk. It was a wonderful dessert coffee. The only disappointment is that we aren't from Brandon and I can't make more visits.

Met with a friend and had a good quiet conversation food and beverages are always good furniture and atmosphere is always comfortable staff deliver to you so you don't have to carry all your things plus your food/hot beverages and the ice cream has always been a treat here

Forbidden Flavours has delicious coffees and an excellent selection of beans. I highly recommend their whole bean espresso and Guatemala Antigua. Friendly staff, and when they make a mistake they make it right, which is so rare these days. Highly highly recommend.

title: more customer service training needed for some crew members zero or one star on the fact that the employee is not willing to use the tap payment system at front cash register .... claiming that's only for drive trough although told the employee that some more customer friendly staff was kind enough to allow me to use tap .. ain't going to have coffee there anymore!

I grew up in Brandon, and was a regular when they first started on 34th. I moved to Winnipeg, but when I come to Brandon, I make sure a Saskberry is part of my visit! I totally love that coffee. Thank you for having it on your menu. Haven't found anywhere in the city that makes one.

NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE I had never been here before. I work down the road and we have their coffee there so I figured I would try it out. I walked in, was not greeted, I told the older lady that it was my first time here, she made no attempt at welcoming me or making the experience a good one. As you would expect visiting a new place for the first time. She just stood there and said nothing. So as far as customer service goes, it was below what I would call good. The place seems nice. There is seating and it seems comfy. I might give it another try. But someone needs to remind them how excellence in customer service is excellence in business. First impressions are huge. And when a company stops caring about customers especially new ones, it's a sign that they might be doing other shady things. Icebergs are always bigger below the line of sight. ????

Went here on the recommendation from a friend as I was visiting Brandon for a few days. I came to pick up some bags of beans, and also grabbed a chai tea latte. I haven't had the beans yet, but my latte was absolutely delicious. The person I came with had their coffee of the day, and he also said his drink was delicious. The staff working were very nice and helpful.

Very nice place. Tried the Vietnamese coffee it was delicious. Unfortunately typically when I order a coffee it's normally hot I never thought for a second that it would be iced but it was okay. Staff was friendly Wi-Fi was good signal.

The coffee, alone, isn't the only criteria to judge FF. The parlour-like ambience, fabulous desserts, large comfortable upholstered chairs, arranged around individual tables for customers to relax, visit with friends or loved ones, read the newspapers , etc. Mine and, obviously, a Brandon favourite.

Local and independent coffee shops struggle to maintain a quality product during restricted service as mandated by the Province. This statement is more important for those locations who do not have corporate backing to protect them during the difficult period that occurred outside of their control. Understanding the above, this location delivers great quality products and excellent service, despite the challenges from Covid-19. It was refreshing to see a friendly smile...well not exactly, the mask covered the smile...but you can hear the smile in their voice. The coffee was hot and didn't disappoint on flavour. If I was a full-time resident of Brandon, this location would definitely be my go-to spot for a quality beverage! If you are still reading this review because you are not sure you should try them out...get over there now and prove me wrong. (And no one paid me to write this...I call them like I experience them...)

I was a customer at the craft sale a couple weeks ago. I was NOT impressed by the crappy service I, and many others, received. Deb, one of the managers of all things, was texting on her phone, barely looking at me and the customers behind me, and took more interest in that than in her current customers. Later I found out that she was texting customers, but I don't care. You have a lineup of people waiting to spend their money at your business, and you're ignoring us. Get someone who will actually pay attention and smile and take my order normally. And you're a manager, you should damn well know better. I work as a server myself and would be FIRED if that's how I served my customers. You lost me.

They have some unique coffee flavours and drinks! It’s nice to have something other than timmies or Starbucks. The cafe turtle either hot or cold is my favourite. Customer service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing. All in all a good coffee shop :)

Very friendly. Super friendly staff. coffee, cakes, Internet, ice cream, bookings for small groups. Very nice coffee shop, allways seems to be full, popular with students, and the ladys, you can see all ages there sitting chatting or studying. very nice. Has a drive through service. I definitely recommend this place. Across the road from Canad inn and keystone center. And beside subway, and the keystone bar, vendor, and hotel. As well as gas station. Photos are of the back room. I believe can be booked for small groups to meet.

The coffee is good (tried latte only) and the place is comfortable & cozy. We were many times in this past two weeks. I gave it 1 stars because of the poor sad service and very unfriendly staff who send you away without a coffee at 8.00 am. Bad experience and would avoid this place Especially in the morning as the staff don’t care and won’t serve you what you want ( and they will roll their eyes at you !!) Evening staff on the other hand were nice and friendly. i hate to see local business dying but with that service no business can last and eventually people will go to other alternative. Coffee were served with respect in many places we visited in Canada and outside but not in this place.

Lots of good coffee drinks, well mixed with good flavors. Nice atmosphere for sitting and enjoying a coffee. We did find one of our drinks was warm (not hot) when it arrived, I think the steamed milk needed to be hotter to not cool the drink so much.
