The staff and the food is all amazing. The only reason why it's not a 5 star review is because we all waited way too long to have a Grill and Chill in Brandon but I'm glad it's now in Brandon and I enjoy everything about it.

It was an okay meal... Except. The food took a long time to get to us. But i guess cause of all the people. Also the food was way to overpriced for what we actually got. My burger hardly had any lettuce on it, but that's not the worst part.. At the end of my meal i noticed a dark long hair on the bowl that held my fries and burger... Please use hairnets..

We came in 30 minutes before closing on Labor Day long weekend and received actually exceptional service. The store was very clean and well staffed, we were served by the manager still too. He was very friendly guy and made ordering very easy even with me being a little aloof trying to pick which blizzard I wanted. He even offered to throw in ketchup for take out, and we happened to be out! He gave us our seating number but by the time we had our drinks filled up our blizzards and meals were ready and we were out the door (Update food was as close to picture as we've ever had). You guys have a great staff here, thanks and cheers!

Well it was strike 3 for me, I usually like DQ, food is usually hot and tasty, but I've tried this location 3 times, every time my fries were cold and tasteless, and today my burger seem liked it was sitting on a warmer for 15 min already, they really need to get their act together, it's back to quarter pounder BLT for me.

Its quite refreshing and encouraging to know that despite the lockdown, one can still go out there and get ice cream though only drive thru. If you are looking for the best ice cream cake in Brandon, please don't hesitate to visit Diary Queen. Currently, the one at Park Avenue is temporarily closed. But the one close to Walmart is functioning well. You can't beat the creamy taste!!!!

I always try a restaurant three times and order something different except one item. On all three occasions my poutine did not have enough gravy on it. It was terribly dry... So disappointing!!! The mushroom burger I ordered the first time was very cheesy and so good but the problem was half the bun wasn't on the burger right so when I got home to eat it I couldn't put my burger back together properly because of the cheese. The second time I ordered chicken fingers and they were very over cooked. The staff seemed to be distracted and not very pleasant except the girl I interacted with tonight. This third time I went I ordered a blizzard and a poutine. The cheesecake blizzard only had cheese cake on the top half of the blizzard and it was pure white ice cream at the bottom (not blended properly) and the poutine still did not have enough gravy! I'm so utterly disappointed in Brandon's dq because the one in Yorkton and Melville was phenomenal! Will not be returning here anymore until they learn to treat their food with respect...

The ice cream treats and cakes are as delicious as I would expect from DQ. The staff was friendly and worked as quickly as they could. Even in a busy line we got through fast and food took at most 5 mins to reach our table hot and fresh. The burgers and chicken are not out of this world, it’s on par if not better than the other fast food places, but it’s always served hot and that’s what counts.

I hate how when you get a blizzard at this location they flatten it out at the top, put a spoon in it and then put on a cap like a drink. It's a blizzard, It's supposed to have a clear cap on it and an open top!

Wow this restaurant is beautiful for a quick service place. Quite a bit of staff on board for the limited customers count. They kept busy cleaning and table delivering foods. Quite attentive to customers and the store. Grilled chicken sandwich very good. Atmosphere better here than many of the other non-quick service places in town. This would be a regular hot spot for me if I weren't just passing through. They offer icecream cakes and accessories for the top of cakes along with meals, & shakes. I'm sure the next DQ I visit won't be as impressive as this one

The prices were very reasonable. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable wait times for food. The only down side is the number of booths, for groups of 6-8. If they are occupied by a couple or group of 4, there is little seating left for other people. If a group of people then opt to order carry out, there is not much standing room to wait.

Fabulous! The french fries and chicken strips were freshly cooked and they were crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Came piping hot too. The gravy and buffalo sauce made the combination even more delicious. Scoops of sundae with cherry chocolate toppings every now and then made my supper a fantastic meal ????Place was nice and clean, staff were attentive and service was prompt. ????
