I always find co op great place do your shopping. always friendly faces. People are always their help you out when you can't find what your looking for. I find it very clean and the isles spacious. And not overly crowded. A very comfortable place to do your shopping.

Nice place. Everything is very reasonably priced. Only thing is they were out of unsliced bread and I noticed they had some fresh loaves so I figured I'd walk around and come back after they had put out more but I guess they sliced it all and I never ended up getting my unsliced bread. Wish they had checked first before slicing it all but oh well.

I'm not sure when they renovated, but the inside of this grocery store is great!!! They have an awesome selection of produce, meats, a d everything in between! The cashiers are also awesome. I forgot my member number and they provided to me quickly and didn't give me a hard time. Love the fact that they also kick back cash to members that shop here. I also love thier gas bars and car washes. They're just a great company in my opinion.

The experience is always good, they've got a wide selection of groceries, and always fresh produce, with your usual suspects of meat, and meat products, such as beef meat, chicken like meat, and fish meat, with the occasionally rare vegetable style meat, and emulated egg like meat. Also the gasbar is right there, so you can drown you meat related heart condition in some grade A diesel.

I'm a bit shocked that here, in the 21st century, tall the Heritage Co-ops in Manitoba don't have a drop-down menu on their website for the different departments!! I'm contemplating transferring my prescriptions to HC but I had to go to the main store # & be transferred to the pharmacy. This wastes the pharmacy's time for heaven's sake when I call & ask for information!! ALL the other pharmacies I'm considering have a website where I can EASILY find out whether I can renew Rx on the phone or online without bothering the pharmacists. I've also run into this problem with the home centres - instead of having a website where I can go search for what I need, I have to phone the store & ask. I like to know ALL the options available not just specifics.

Forget looking to see flyer on line unless you want to see a myriad of ads for other businesses. You will see an ad to email a flyer to you every week but it wants you to accept cookies which gives them access to a lot of data in your phone. If once in a blue moon you come across a good sale it will likely not exist on the shelves. They used to give rain checks but I was never 'lucky' enough to see the item on the shelf by expiry of the rainchecks. I have tried having the raincheck re-dated but soon learned the new date expired on the following thursday and the main order comes thursday night! Last time I saw a good deal I went and they didn't even have shelf space where the item was supposed to be and they wouldn't give a raincheck. Kind of an old sneaky way to get you to buy the rest of your groceries while you're there....not me!!!

Nice store to shop in but overpriced. If you do curbside pickup, there are lots of out of stock items. There is no phone call to ask about replacements. Items I needed the most (and reason for shopping at co-op) were out of stock so I phoned to ask if any similar item was in stock and lady on phone was not helpful. Said they don’t not correct orders after they mark as complete. She said it was a free service so they’re not putting any extra effort to get orders right. (Other grocery stores in town offer curbside for free with no issues..). She offered rain check but customer would need to go in to the store to redeem which defeats the purpose when you are doing curbside pickup. If items aren’t on sale there is no point shopping here.
