I purchased two PWC from Brad in the spring of 2019 and found their service before, and after, the sale to be responsive and professional. Because of this experience I followed up this spring with a purchase of a Can-Am ATV. Brad was fair and honest. I won't hesitate to continue to do business with Action Power Sports.

Took my boat in for winterizing last fall (2020) and although it was done fairly quick I came across a problem in the spring before we took it out for the first run of the year. There was a patch of dead grass under the lower unit, it felt around and noticed oil, it was coming from the drain plug. With the winterizing I had asked for oils to be changed and when they replaced the lower drain plug they cross threaded it and out of the approx 3L of gear oil required, there was less than 1L. So either it all drained out or they never filled it properly. The top fill hole with the dip stick did not appear to have been out for a long time as it was stuck which means they did not do the oil change properly. When I called and spoke to Brad, I got the sense that he didn't really care too much and that if it had failed it would not have been his problem. I won't be back and I will not recommend. I have since been told similar stories of this business.

My experience purchasing a snowmobile from Brad was excellent, I reached out afterhours via e-mail and was responded promptly - not a generic reply either! Brad was prompt in replies and we quickly agreed on a price, I drove from out of province and afterhours pick up was arranged. Wouldn't hesitate to refer!

I recently had some work done on Volvo Penta. Was very pleased with service and received it within the week as promised. Fortunately, the parts were on hand which allowed them to get it done.

Shady place... bought a used motorbike, somehow passed a safety with nylon sticking out of the tire, I asked about it they were going to replace it! Yay! Then nothing. Nope. Ignored. I honestly don't think the place even has a licenced tech in the building. Never again. Crooked.

Put the wrong bolt in my primary clutch lol. It blew apart on the second ride. they wouldn't fix any damage so I went somewhere else and haven't been back. Wouldn't take my wheelbarrow there, it's cheaper and easier to get parts through Enns brothers too.

Trevor Green

Terrible parts department . Told me I couldn't book an appointment service was first come first serve? Really. Thank you will take my business elsewehere from now on .

Chris MacDonald

Great service department, very helpful front end staff, good turnaround time for ordering parts.

Buy from WPG or somewhere else. I’ve always dealt with Brad directly bought a brand new snowmobile bought a brand new Can-Am X.3 bought a brand new Sea-Doo spark. The relationship was very good up until you start having issues with your machines. My experience with Brad and the service was very poor for example X3 Had a $13,700 Autopac Claim decided to bring it back to action they had it for two months got the machine back coolant tank was leaking first ride second ride the driveshaft was rubbing on the shifter cable melted it the camber was out in the front end and some of the suspension was not bolted in. I replaced the coolant tank ask them if we could square up later they said fine found the shifter cable issue said I would fix that also the big issue was finding front end parts not bolted on properly the alignment way out. The brakes on the machine are spongy. So if you are going to have your machine serviced actions definitely NOT the place to take it to between no return phone calls and the shady work take it somewhere else. Or like Brad said himself to me I don’t need your business I have lots of business. And they’re not open on Saturdays.

I bought a new seadoo. I had a part break off and not only did they give me the wrong part but they wouldn't submit it as warranty. I then asked a winnipeg dealer and they submitted it as warranty and it was approved. I had expected more from my dealer. I don't recommend them. They also didn't provide the correct insurance details. It took me almost two hours to get it insured as I had to wait for them to get me the correct forms.
