Cool place! Lots of toys, lots of natural treats, and a big selection of collars and leashes, for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and probably more, fun to look around! Bought my pup a little squirrel squeaky toy, and a little chewy meat stick he devoured in like 2 minutes

My husband and I are regular shoppers here, and as the breeders of hand-raised budgies, we rely on this business to help keep our birds happy, healthy, fed, and possibly just a little spoiled! Whenever we needed something specially ordered such as parakeet hand-feeding formula, they've always been more than willing and very patient with us! They've even allowed us to put up posters selling our young birds at their store for no charge! We also had fish once-upon-a-time, both tropical and non. The fish tanks here are kept extremely clean, and I often wander through the fish section just to look and relax because it's so well-kept. There is a wide variety of fish tanks and supplies as well. You can tell the staff care about the longevity of the fish because they will quarantine new fish for some time before allowing people to purchase them; which is important both for the quality of the lives of the fish and the happiness of the owners. Finally, we do not have any dogs or cats, but rest assured that if we did we would always be coming to this location for food, accessories, toys, and most importantly: TREATS!

Great place with a lot of supplies for a wide variety of pets! They keep a list of contacts of local breeders so people can ask where they can find certain pets. They also take requests, and are always willing to try and accomodate!

We find the staff (perhaps owners, we are not sure but do act that way) to not be very friendly despite doing their best to make it look as though they are. They usually do not have what we are looking for that we do find at the other stores in Brandon later on. We did get our fountain filters there, but had to wait a month and several visits later. But if you like superior people , they stock lots of pricey items your pet may or may not need.

I was looking for a local pet store as I'm not from Brandon. So google search brought several results. I chose to visit this establishment based on costumer reviews. They were well founded. From the minute my dog and I entered, we were treated extremely well. They lady who helped me even recommended a product cheaper than what I initially picked based on my needs. Has to be the rudest place in Brandon. The sales staff didn't want to help about my canister filter. She kept telling me what they had, she wouldn't even consider looking up the pieces I need to see if they could order it. She kept arguing that what they had was sufficient. She finally told me to go shop at another store. Im sorry but that lady has no people skills and she is the rudest sales person in Brandon.

Recently bought an overly priced fish at this store for over $20 for my 6yr old. She woke up to her new fish dead. Called the store and they won’t replace it and figured it died due to me letting the fish out of the bag too soon and another excuse I don’t remember at the moment. Funny thing is I bought other fish (same species) at a different store that day and released them into the aquarium from their bags at the same time and to this day they’re active and not dead. Weird. They may or may not take better care of the fish than other pet places like Petsmart, but at least Petsmart has a 14 day guarantee. Also the same fish go for 12.99-14.99, won’t be buying fish from Pet Lovers again. If these women that run this place gonna keep having this “I know better than everyone else” attitude, I won’t be the only one that stops going to this store either.

They have the best selection of treats and toys in town! I do lots of research when it comes to anything I buy for my pet. I read the label on everything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They even have a loyalty program! However, the raw "food" they have is just ground meat. Which I could get cheaper at the grocery store. I'd like to see preblended meals based on prey or barf models. #saveourpets #petfooled #rawdogfood They do have raw meaty bones unlike most stores in town so I'm not complaining.

Good enough store but their prices are higher than the other pet stores in town and other similar places. It also bothers me they have all these signs posted warning you not to break things or let your pet pee on things which I feel shouldn’t have to be stated. I guess it says more about the customers about why they have to though.
