Yesterday Oct 07 I went Longo’s to get a Deboned Turkey for Thanksgiving this is after going to Fortinos Brisdale which is where I usually get every Christmas and Thanksgiving and was bluntly refused after pleading from one person to another . Anyway this amazing young man his name is Curcio Giovanni Stefano who never did a deboned Turkey before actually went out of his way to do it for me . He realized I was so saddened at not being able to get it for my family and quickly said he will do it and was so apologetic that he may not do it correctly . I am so grateful and happy I met him . He simply made my day better to know they are such helpful people put there . He is in my opinion a great asset to your company because of him we will have a great Thanksgiving. Thanks again Curcio Bless you .

I love shopping at Longo's. There fruit and veggies selection is amazing and so very fresh. The prices can be a bit expensive compared to other grocery stores but it's worth every penny. I also love to buy sushi and the stone oven pizza.

Let me start by saying I'm glad I own a pizza cutter. We ordered pizza and cookies online from Longo's the other night. We've only ordered through online once before and it was a disaster. We ordered pizza with a salad. When we got there they only handed us a pizza, when we asked about our salad we were told "they don't have any so go and just grab one off the shelf". So we ended up with a store salad instead of the one we ordered. Okay, annoying but not so bad. Then we order through their online again the other night. 2 pizzas and 3 cookies. Don't you know they don't have enough cookies so even though you prepay online, they only gave us 2 cookies. We're off to a great start... Then we get home and open the pizzas. The cheese is cut, the pepperoni was NOT CUT AT ALL. Just a full pizza. So now we have an uncut pizza and are missing a cookie that we were refused a refund for and were told we had to go through their third party who deals with the online payments. Nobody would answer the phones during the 2 straight days we called, waiting for 30 minutes each time. No answer. At the end of it we had to once again talk to the manager of this location and get the okay to go back for a cookie and ended up having to let the girl at the counter listen to the voice mail the manager left us giving the okay for the cookie. Though the pizza is good, the lack of customer service and coordination between the online order system and in-store availability with no way to refund a customer is a complete joke. Giving 2 stars as the food is actually good. Otherwise it would be a 1 star review.

I live near this location, at first I was afraid that the prices would be high as it is a higher end store, but it has quickly become my favourite place to shop for groceries. Always have great fruits and veggies and some nice store brand items including their pasta. On top of that they also have a vast variety of organic and fair trade items, although they could improve on their vegan selection. One thing I would suggest is keeping a slightly higher stock in some bakery items that often seem to be empty. For example I love the store’s cinnamon buns, but they seem to be out of stock pretty often. Other than that, very friendly staff, and in general a nice atmosphere.

Good service. I went to the bakery and they ran out of the ciabatta bread that was in their flyer. They promptly baked more bread and kept me up to date with the process. I am so glad that this store is close to my home.

Not specifically related to a Longos experience but I was at the nail salon and recognized your cashier with the bright red hair. She was verbally assaulting the ladies working at the salon because she was dissatisfied with her nails. For someone who works with the public she sure doesn't know how to speak to other humans. Word of advice, if you are going to be an absolute rude nightmare in public, don't do it while wearing the face mask of the place where you're employed. Not a good look.

I love this place! They have a variety of items that are for low carb, keto and paleo diets. Just be mindful of your personal macros when shopping...some things are more low carb then others. For example the cheesecake is something my SO got for our anniversary. It's a bit higher than a protein bar but a serving is just perfect for a special day. The staff make great recommendations as well!

We got herb plants from the mini outdoor garden center and the quality of the plants were very good, nothing wilted or browned. The staff outside were friendly and helpful.

I have been shopping at Longo's downtown store for a long time mainly because of the variety, quality and freshness of the daily produce. The Mount Pleasant store exceeded the expectations. It was extremely clean and maitained proper mesaures for safety due to COVID-19. The staff was very friendly and polite. Would love to continue shopping here.

I am a regular customer of Longos for the last 6 years and my experience has never ever been so bad the way i experienced it today because of this cashier at the counter Kuljinder who misbehaved with me talking in a rude manner . My request to the store manager Henry S is kindly pls hire people who are competent and have good customer service skills . Kuljinder is not a good fit for this position at all.

One of the finest Longos They have great quality groceries from fresh veggies, fruit to cooked food The Kitchen here sells some great cooked food like pizzas and some other interesting items Love their salads and sushi sections some awesome sushi and great varieties of salad The best being the fresh veggies and fruit with an awesome variety Can pick some super and rare groceries from here Not to miss the pet food and litter section here has a huge variety with some great deals for pet food Almost all varieties and makes of pet food are available here and that's one of the things I picked up from here On the flip side this store is kinda steep with prices on the higher side however they do have some really awesome deals each week !! Very convenient as close to my home and mount pleasant and has some unusual great stuff absolutely love shopping here!!

When I first started shopping at Longos, Duffy Rd, in March of this year, I was highly impressed by the freshness of fruits and vegetables and of course by the cleanliness, the display and the social distancing norms. Everything felt great. But , as of date I am really disappointed by the quality/freshness of vegetables and fruits that it’s known for. The prices are still high but not the quality or the freshness. The quality, I feel has been compromised. It’s almost like any other grocery store. To attract South Asian customers, they have started covering their needs for certain types of food but the freshness of food in general is missing. For instance, I bought a pack of chopped kale in plastic container for high price and to my dismay, it was wilted and soggy. A couple of times, I bought cherry tomatoes that were not crisp at all and wilted way too soon. I was not happy.

thursday night i was shopping around doing groceries and i was having a hard time reading some stuff on items but a very nice man name junior was very helpful! he explained everything so well, he is very well mannered. I saw him cleaning down the doors and handles it really makes us shoppers feel safe when we see this, excellent customer service from him. ill always come back to longos. thanks for caring for your customers longos!

Longo's, what a disappointment! Pre-ordered lobster. Thought would get the best selection of size and quality but turned out 'market size' and 'select size' were almost the 'same size' in the bag they had 'pre-packed' for me. However in the store the lobster that was on display had a marked difference in the sizes. Never pre-order !!! You will not get your moneys worth! Feel cheated!
