I got my baby ferret Benji from here and he is amazing I absolutely love him, he is my little love bug he is gentle, he came with his paperwork and first shots and was neutered he is a Marshall's ferret he has his 2 tattoos in his ear to show he's had the scent sacks removed as well as neutered. When I thought Benji got sick I took him back and the staff checked him over and reassured me he was okay and guided me properly to get what I needed for him. They are amazing staff thanks guys xo love Benji and momma

My new official pet store! The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products and animals. I came in looking for a baby tortoise and they were able to safely and ethically source one out for me in less than 24 hours from a breeder. I was able to get pretty much everything I needed and was given some excellent advice in-store. They even helped me get my numerous items out to my car. Wonderful store, they have a little bit of everything you could possibly need, even for exotics. I have already visited twice this week and will be returning whenever I need supplies. Can't wait to pick up my baby next week!

The best pet store in the Quinte area and beyond! Marc the owner is amazing as is his staff. They stand by their pets and products and are always fair. They are incredibly helpful and informative and always willing to lend a helping hand if they can. Always there when you need help with your animal if there is a problem. ie) sick or husbandry issues etc. Marc is an amazing person with a wealth of knowledge, a heart of gold and a passion for animals. Make sure you check out their new store opening in Trenton!

I absoloutly love this place! Bought my first Savannah Monitor from here , and I am really glad I did! You walk in , you feel welcomed. The animals are all well taken care of, and their FEEDER BUGS healthiest bugs I have seen in a long time !!! Amazing prices for healthy animals, Really know a lot about the reptiles and their animals! I think I learn something new every time I go there. If you have any questions about a pet, or looking to buy a new one, they know all the information you need and can point you in the right direction. One of my favorite parts about going into the store is how they ask about a pet you have bought from them, and like to hear updates, really feel like a valued customer !

Locally owned and quite a bit of selection at decent prices. Very cute little pond to stop and view while browsing, also have multiple other types of pets to view/purchase. workers are friendly and informative. I own multiple types of animals from lizards and monster fish to button quail and a dog....this store has pretty much anything I have needed for them and they make little surprise bags that our little buddies LOVE. I Recommend this locally owned pet store for any pet needs you may have :) and if your not sure exactly what your pet needs are....go check them out!!!!

In my opinion, they are the best pet stores in the area. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. I make the trip to Belleville from Kingston about once a month to stock up on frozen feeders, and to see what I might be able to add to the growing collection. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Amazing store, the current owners Rob and Crystal (hope I spelled her name the right wau) are extremely knowledgeable, and their animals are well cared for. Usually have a decent selection of ball pythons and bearded dragons (their son owns Draco Upscale Exotics and breeds beardies and other lizards) They also carry quite a few tarantulas and scorpions. Definitely a great place to shop

IMO The best pet store in Belleville! Some of the stuff is a biiiiit pricey????????, but comapred to other pet stores these people actually care about their animals in their care and when leaving and all the animals that come through with owners/costumers too. They have through knowledge of everything pet related. You need to know something and you can't get into or ahold of your vet, we just ask them and they usuaully always know. Obviously if it's serious go to the vet tho! But for little things like what does your pet like best to eat or stuff like that they're awesome for. The people working are always super nice and the selection of pets to buy is enormous and eclectic. Birds, bugs, spiders, reptiles, bunnies, fishies and so much more. I haven't physically been in the store in a year now but we go for reptile food all the time and unlike other stores they aren't always puney or half dead. The environment of the store is a bit chaotic when open, but chaotic like a happy zoo with every animal trying to talk over each other to be heard lol. But this is a store for animals and their happiness and so for their comfort not yours! So if you're looking to buy a healthy pet or need some more exotic type of pet food these guys are you best bet and I highly recommend!

As a local cichlid hobbyist and breeder I went in to see their setup. Spoke with Mark the owner. They are still in the final stages of setting up their fish room but he was knowledgeable, approachable, interested in unique species, open to product suggestions and just in general a really pleasant guy. Looking forward to working with a new "LFS" that stocks some more speciality products, treatment, food. As for all the posts below. Looks like a bunch of SJW kids jumped on their facebook and told all their friends to troll this store when they haven't even been there. I know a snake breeder and bigtime reptile guy and he had nothing but good things to say about this store, so like Public Enemy says. . . . "don't believe the hype".

This is a small pet store, but the quality of the products they keep in stock and knowledge of the staff speak for itself. There isn't a large variety of animals, but each animal kept in stock is well taken care of, looking happy and healthy. They keep a lot of reptiles and snakes in a more private area, reducing the stress for animals that don't always want to be handled. Friendlier pets, such as geckos, are closer to the front of the store. It's a great store and shouldn't be discounted due to its lack of size.
