Everyone who works there are such a delight ! They are extremely polite, friendly and always eager to help you out. I reccomend this place to EVERYONE. They are very knowledgeable in reptiles. Especially snakes.

Selection of reptiles and animals isnt as large as the Belleville location but its a good store and they can order in animals if they dont have them and you want them

Excellent customer service, and they care about their business and customers. Service was friendly & efficient. Store is also well stocked and there is variety. I was at this store the other day buying 3 live aquarium plants. I was really happy with the two plant I was given. Hope the 3rd makes it. But despite this, I think they have a huge variety of healthy looking live plants in general and I was told more would be coming in. I’ll definitely be coming back here to shop. I wish they were open later on weekdays. 5pm is too early for us but they are like a lot of other businesses in the area so they don’t stand out with their hours. Overall a great store for pet shopping. I highly recommend this store.

Chrissy is amazing, I have a 8 year old autistic son and he wanted to know everything and she happily went around telling him everything he asked, she even let him feed the Guinea pig some hay, and showed him the filters and how they worked, all the while giving us the information we needed and helping other customers. It was a wonderful experience and we are definitely going back!

Got my hairy water dog groomed here!....They were wonderful....Animal love shown by their actions....My dog looked like a whole new dog!...they did exactly what we asked and he looks great!...And best part is my pup was as happy when he left as when we arrived!...so no stressed dog to deal with after!...booked appointment for my second pup and excited to see the results!....thanks ladies!!
