Staff was extremely helpful going above and beyond by even checking competitors websites when Ren's was out of stock. Definitely my favourite pet supply store in town, and that's not to say anything negative about other pet stores, Ren's is just that great!

I knew of Ren's from their store in Oakville which I really liked. I was very pleased to find the Ren's Pets in Belleville. It's a great store with a hugh selection of pet products and a very friendly staff. We buy all our dogs treats and supplies here. I also like that they offer free shipping, which I've used. I highly recommend Ren's Pets to my family and friends and to anyone looking for a first class pet supply store.

I am only giving a 2 star because I came in 2 weeks ago inquiring things about puppies and what I need since it’s my first time having a puppy all the staff aren’t helpful and were just standing around chatting and after getting one’s attention she had no clue how to help and just walked away and started a conversation with another girl they acknowledge that I was struggling and didn’t really seem to care but only for there conversation I left after that and went to petsmart where the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly they knew lots of information and showed me everything that I would need.. I will probably continue on with petsmart even tho Rens pets is fine I just had a problem with the unprofessional and unexperienced staff if it was me I would hire people with the knowledge and not just walk off and start a conversation

VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE We were visiting Bellevile and noticed their new store and decided to stop in. We were greeted at the door with a smile and big Hello! We went to Rens for the first time today. My seven year old twins and myself brought our pup to have a shopping spree for his first birthday. The store was super clean and the staff was amazing! I signed up for a points account and got $10 my first purchase. Found out we could have got a free birthday cookie but I hadn't finished my profile. The had all the brands we love; hero, Kong, #beonebreed and #earthrated. Lots of great sales also. Will be our regular pet store from now on.

Lovely new store. I can buy Big Country Raw at this store . Last place in. Belleville , East end, I use to buy it from would not let me order and then bring it outside..( no one allowed inside) where I would give them my credit card to tap..now they wanted me to give it out ( credit card) over the telephone to someone I don’t know. I am thrilled that REN,s has lots of well displayed product and a friendly staff and I can continue toBuy Big Country Raw.no hassles.
