Firstly spent 30min trying to order online with no luck. Website was crazy slow and kept saying it couldn't connect (my internet was fine, I could load any other website instantly and I tried 3 different computers). So I tried to call in to order. Got someone who could barely speak english and if you went "off script" had no idea what you were trying to say. Then I tried to call back an hour later to see when the pizza was coming but again, had trouble just asking this simple question, because the guy couldn't speak english and couldn't understand that I was calling about something other than ordering a pizza with him at that moment. And the pizza was mediocre. Have had better pizza at many other places in Belleville. Only good thing is that it's open until 2am whereas every other place closes at midnight. So unless it's past midnight and you're desperate for pizza, don't order from here.

Last night, on store? there were 4 ppl working. I ordered a super deluxe Lg and was told 15 min. They came to me with some werod looking pizza that I never ordered. The front girl insisted I did and I reminded her that I, again pointed to the glass case of what was left of one, that I wanted. So waited again another 15 min ( waited 45min). If there was a negative score I would use it! I use to love going to Pizza Pizza. The food use to be good, warm and my meals were all correct! No mistakes. Yesterday, I had ordered food after a long day just wanted something quick. I had ordered: onion rings, a bacon caesar salad, poutine and chicken bites. The food gets here on time. Open the poutine - the fries are cold, and there was hardly any gravy or any cheese. Tasted like the fries have been sitting out all day and just heated up. I called and they sent another order out. When the poutine got here, the delivery guy asked what was wrong with the other one, my boyfriend had told him, the guy shook his head and said yeah whatever and walked away, basically calling us liars. I called AGAIN and filed a complaint against the driver and the store. The rep said he was sending an email to the head office to make sure the complaint is going to be looked after. After that mess was sorted we went to eat. The chicken bites weren't cooked the whole way, part of them were still pink. Threw them right out! The onion rings were soggy and disgusting. Threw them out too! The poutine (the new one brought to us) made my boyfriend SICK! And the salad - I don't even want to begin to explain how gross that was either! I called back but they were closed. So I called back first thing when I woke up, I demanded to speak to a supervisor and wanted a refund - NO REFUND - He wanted to know why I did not call - I explained I called about the poutine and we had not yet tried the other food, and that we waited until we got the OTHER poutine to try anything and that as soon as we got the other poutine that the driver was a total ass and had called about that and we didn't even get to try our food. I told him that I called right after the driver left because the driver was rude and basically calling us a liar, and explained by the time I got off the phone the center was closed and I could not call back. He accepted and I went on explaining what else was wrong. Well, he said Pizza Pizza does not give refunds - he is going to file a complaint and an illness report because my boyfriend got sick off the poutine and file another complaint against the store. Apparently we are going to receive a phone call in a weeks time to resolve this issue. I will never, go back to Pizza Pizza again. Not if its in Kingston, Napanee or Belleville. Poor customer service, poor food and just poor everything all around.

Used to get food and order from here quite often. Not anymore the food is like eating cardboard, they never seem to have toppings in stock stuck extra pricing on almost all the meats and can't even get the orders right after reading the exact order back to us over the phone! It's to the point that I almost couldn't keep the few slices I had down and time before last time when we called to make a complaint about something we just got offered a credit that we couldn't even use in our last order. Would give 0 stars but can only give minimum 1 by force. Will never recommend.

Here's the long and short of it: We ordered our pizza at 2:24 pm. The driver did not call until 3:02 pm, at which point, our order was late, and he still wasn't here. 40 minutes or it's free? 40 minutes and you get cussed out by the driver is more like it. He called from a house around the corner, and when we told him he wasn't at our house, he became very agitated and argumentative about it, saying that he was. He didn't actually arrive at our place until 3:09 pm, making the order over 45 minutes. At which point, he refused to give us our pizza for free, and left with the pizza. Three phone calls later, and complaints to the store, he finally brought it back at 4:31 pm. I would not order again from this store if you PAID me to. I intend on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the terrible treatment from the driver, as well as the terrible customer service. The pizza arrived, however, completely cold. They didn't even remake our order! RIDICULOUS!

Had a delivery man show up after an hour. Told him I wasn't paying for the pizza as they promise it by a certain time. He then told me that he had buzzed me and I would not let him in. And that I had done this intentionally. Told him to take the pizza back and explain it to his boss. Closed the door and called the restaurant. Told him what was going on. At the same time the delivery guy stood at my door and called his boss. He was out there for about 15 mins. Then knocked and gave me the pizza for free. Always seem to be sold out of something we order. Last time we ordered they managed to give us two panzorottis that were nothing like what we ordered. Who puts BBQ sauce on Hawian? They do without asking. Charged full price but most of the "premium" items were forgotten. The one star is because the lady at the counter is nice, if I could give less I would. Be different if this was the first time but it's more a surprise when they dont screw our order up than not. Worse than useless.

It's cheap pizza and they're open until 2am most nights. So if you don't mind cardboard crust and just have a craving for pizza and nothiing else is open, it'll do. On the plus side they have lots of deals, so you can usually get wings (which aren't half bad) or drinks with it. Edit: actually i'm changing this from 3 stars to 4 stars because the Calzones are veey good and super affordable.

Terrible Customer Service. The taters were very oily...the box was covered in oil...taters were almost black in color. We have had taters many times at Pizza Pizza and never had any issues..... I Kindly told the lady at the front counter to make us another order of taters properly. We then started eating our pizza. Owner then calls me while I am eating and starts arguing with me about how taters are fried in oil. All the employees from the back started coming out to the front counter for no reason. We then mentioned to the owner how the quality and service of the food has changed under the new ownership. One staff member then told us to go to Dominoes. At this point we were very upset and left the restaurant. The staff needs to have better communication skills and needs to understand what the customer is asking. We have been to this Pizza Pizza many times before. Since new ownership quality and service has been very poor. Will not be returning to this location. If the staff understand what the customer is asking it will improve the overall satisfaction for the customer. Instead of showing me how to fry wedges the owner should have asked me what the problem was with the food and how it can be corrected in a professional manner... so we could continue to eat our pizzas. We took the staff members advice and went to Dominoes Pizza.The Food was great at Dominoes with no issues or complaints. Thanks for the recommendation. THEY CAN MAKE IT RIGHT.

Its fast, its better than little Caesars. But it definitely isn't even close to bourbon st pizza in quality. Its cheap pizza - best of the cheap pizza. Pizza hut is my favorite chain pizza right now. And bourbon st bests them all!

This used to be a great place to eat. New ownership has made this an absolutely horrible place to order from. Little caesars, dominoes, toppers, bourbon street.... all way better options at around the same price. This pizza tastes like cardboard. No one knows what they are doing there, my husband had to drive there and teach them what a tossed wing looked like and they never deliver on time. If they are late, they could care less. Brutal. Just brutal.

Worst pizza place ever!!! Driver showed up cussing and swearing at students, smoking in the car with our pizza, and forgets half our order. The pizza was folded in half when we opened the box. In the past i have not recieved parts of my orders, this time they didnt have something from my order, w.e. it got taken off (i hope), then i wait, 35 minutes and step outside as they are to be there i get a call, and find out they were at the wrong place, they pull up late to my place (I confirmed that the address was correct) and they were late. No apology (the very least i hoped for) and i confirmed address with the person delivering and he just said he didnt see the unit number. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again.
