SHOCKED!!!! I’ve always been impressed with almost everything we’ve purchased at M&Ms, especially the boneless beef roast with rich dark gravy. The staff in every location have been pleasant and attentive. Now we love calamari but over the years have been very wary of ordering it in a restaurant, especially one that we aren’t familiar with. Invariably it arrives thick, rubbery and difficult to chew. Thankfully we’ve found a few places that have good calamari. So what are the chances that a company selling frozen calamari rings would have an edible product? My opinion......slim to none. But it’s M&Ms and I was willing to throw away my money and give it a try. SHOCKED! Their calamari was as tender as any I’ve had in a trusted restaurant. I’ll even go so far as to say it may have been the tenderest I’ve had. It begs the question, why aren’t restaurants buying from M&Ms or the same supplier?

My father-in-law visited the local M&M's in Cornwall today and was rudely rejected entry into store. He is on oxygen for COPD and can not wear a mask. He was approached and told that he needed to wear a mask, he said he couldn't for medical reasons. Then rudely was told to wait outside in the humidity to give them his order while he had to wait outside. BTW, he also has been fully vaccinated with 2 Pfizer vaccinations. I am utterly upset with the way he was treated, especially since we are in stage 3 of reopening. If I could give 0 stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves. Totally lost my business.

I have been going to this M&M's in Belleville for the last 5 years. Even though it appears it's more expensive to shop here, I find that I waste less food. The quality is almost alway superb. I especially like their chicken strips, 4 oz filet mignon and their small pizzas. The people that own this M&M's and their staff are extremely nice people. Always Cheery and delightful. It's very refreshing to be treated so well when shopping retail. Nothing worse than going into a store only to be greeted by a grumpy customer service person, which happens all to often. They always have great specials and suggestions. Always informative about their products and their quality. I love this place and will continue shopping here forever. I don't know where they find their staff, but the are real gems. I guess nice people attract nice people. Thank you! You guys are quite fantastic.

They have moved to this new location to have more room for self service. During my first visit to the new location I found the shop to be bright and inviting. They were demonstrating a new cooker that would work well with much of the food they sell. I picked up some "Indian" horses d'oeuvres to use later at a friends place. I have been a customer with M & M's for over 25 years and I like their changes and new location.

This place has awesome cabbage rolls. Went here a couple says ago to grab some and I believe he was the manager made my experience here exceptional. He was very knowledgable of the products he sells in his store. I ended up buying a chicken pot pie and beef pie. He was right they were perfect. Don't hesitate to stop by this great location.

I love M&M. In the Brandon store, there are usually 2 ladies that stand at the till. Their eyes follow you all around the entire store. I usually feel so uncomfortable that I leave before I finish my list. I am short with them sometimes because of this.

Did not enjoy the Gluten Free fish, the battered fish and cod. The breading fell off both products during cooking. Disappointing as I was happy to see more Gluten Free Choices.

I have been a shopper at M&M's for years. I lived in Mississauga where the store opened. Since the company has been purchased by Searchlight Capital Partners, the quality was sold with the name. I purchased Swiss Chicken melts and the chicken is processed pressed meat. Not real meat. The Homestyle potato wedges had no potato in them, they were hollow and dry. M&M Meats are a thing of the past. It is M&M Food Market now and I will not be spending my cash there.

Too many rules. ..like I was forced to use a cart when o my needs a couple items...lady was rude and didn't feel I should be forced to use a cart that everyone else touches anyways...stale old.bussiness with no customer skills..again I'm sure it was the grumpy old lady that works there trying to assert herself because I'm young and have tattoos...waste of time..of you have to go ,get in and out...my advice is go.to your local grocery store...where because they know you will not treat you different.

Wish this product would return. I come all the way cross town to shop at the King George location due to the excellent service provided by the ownership. Keep up the great work you guys.

Are you going to M&M Meat Markets before when they were in their old location. Most of the meals back then were for families. Now they also have single meals available for those of us that need single Mills. It is a nice change from say Swanson's. They also have French onion soup.

I have some favorites that have their own dedicated shelf space in my freezer. Some things you'll like, others not so much but you'll have fun trying everything. The caramel cakes are unbelievable but the real treat here is the staff. The ladies here are the friendliest, most helpful people you will find anywhere.
