The owner should be ashamed of the trash food that the muppets working in the kitchen put out. Hairs in my taters. Asked for a big Mary with no pickle and I got a pickle stuck to the top of my bun and 2 small pieces of sad brown lettuce with mayo dripping everywhere. Overcooked old taters. An embarrassment to mary browns. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The subway next door is not bad.

I like the chicken pieces but I really like the chicken tenders, especially with the honey mustard sauce. The chicken tenders (strips of white meat) are better than the other fast food chicken places and their house-branded honey mustard sauce is head and shoulders above their competitors' versions. Have you folks ever considered putting it in a bottle and selling it through grocery stores, the way Nando's sells their piri piri sauces at Sobey's and I think Longo's?

I love the convenience of the drive thru - and the chicken isn't dry like some other fried chicken chains. This chain doesn't taste so processed. It tastes real! Their seasoning is just better too. And the taters are my favourite.You can't go wrong with their chickens and taters. Got a two piece chicken and taters for $5.

What happened to the package sizing? Taters are half the size! Then there's the pickle chips, for what you charge it certainly isn't worth it. The first time I thought it was just a packaging error, nope! Plus they've been burned beyond recognition. If your chicken strips get any smaller they'll have to changed to chicken nuggets. You're going down hill fast Mary Brown. This is one person who may be back.

Called ahead to place an order and was told they do not take phone orders. It was suggested I come and stand in the line they have outside the door. When asked how long I could expect to wait, I was told they did not know. One strike for not taking a food order like everyone else does. Second strike for inconveniencing customers, especially those who might have limitations to standing in the heat and humidity. Third strike is the awful menu system on the website. Incomplete and unnecessarily complicated. After my phone call and disappointing results, I chose not to purchase from Mary Brown's. With the prices being charged, I expect customers to be valued, not discouraged from shopping here.

I'm a big fan of the food. It's delicious. My husband and I decided to order online and pick up in store. I went inside while my husband waited in the car with our baby. I waited for 30 minutes when my husband text me that the baby was losing his mind. Finally I went to the front to ask for an ETA. They had had it for who knows how long and never bothered to call my name. During the wait, a supervisor/manager on their way out told the employees loud enough for everyone to hear to "slow down the line".

Mary Brown's in GF-Windsor is one of the best on the Island. Good menu and food is always fresh and hot. The establishment is very clean, comfortable and has adequate seating for those who wish to dine-in. However, what is most obvious is that staff are so pleasant and friendly.. Good sign of contented employees! I am a frequent customer because I am a satisfied customer! I would highly recommend.

What a horrendous experience with the employee Judy. She was ungodly rude and unable to read my last name correctly calling me by someone else thus for not allowing my girlfriend to pick up our order. The Manager Karen also was extremely unhelpful and stated we did not have an order placed when order number and confirmation were provided. Recommend trying to hit this place up when Judy isn't working, hopefully you'll experience better customer service than my family did.

Ordered 3 piece chicken meal through skip the dishes. The chicke pieces were too oily. Seems like they fry a huge amount of chicken at the beginning of the day and leave it somewhere and when the order comes,they dip it in oil for some seconds and serve it. Tasted gross. I ordered spicy chicken as wll, which is literally the same regular chicken fry dipped in raw chilly powder. I had to throw the whole thing. No cutlery were provided even though I ordered coleslaw as side. I had to use fingers to eat coleslaw ????. (I don't know if using fingers is the right way to eat coleslaw, i always use some cutlery, especially if I am in office). Also, coleslaw smelled different, couldn't understand if it was good smell or bad smell. My mind was already out. Surprisingly, Onion rings and Aquafina water were good ????.

Bit more expensive than KFC but very much worth it. I dont come here as often as I used to, but I always enjoy the chance to have a big Mary smothered in Louisiana style hot sauce. One real complaint is that they stopped making/selling potato salad, and instead now only offer coleslaw and macaroni salad... I was a big fan of their potato salad and miss it now... not a major issue though and I'll still highly recommend eating here

Called ahead to order a 9 piece feast for pick up... was told they don't do any pick up orders for anything under 18 pieces.... I said I was 7 minutes away... I was still told no. So now I'm here waiting for my food for 15 minutes when I called and it could have been ready when I got here... not good customer service, I hope the food is good.

Good chicken and taters. But I'm very disappointed in my order yesterday. Paid just over $50 for a 13 piece feast that had 3 drumsticks, 3 wings, 4 thighs, 2 ribs and 1 keel. It was a major disappointment. For the price, there could of been more ribs or keels. Going to be a while before I'll cobcoder ordering here again.

I was already a big fan of Mary Brown's but the one in Grand Falls-Windsor takes it to a whole new level. The buns are incredibly soft, the chicken is super crispy yet juicy from the inside and the spicy mayo just perfectly seasoned. One of the best chicken sandwich in town hands down! Highly recommend!

I used the handicapped stall, to avail myself of the handrails Imagine my surprise to discover the toilet tissue dispenser was located at least three feet away from the toilet, on the other wall. When we have take out we usually always go to Mary Browns and get great service. But when I went there yesterday I got great service from the girl serving but the lady cooking the chicken was horrible. No other word to describe her. I was ordering a 12 piece meal and like always I told the girl I would pay extra to get ribs and breast for the white chicken. This was never a problem. She checked it in then the lady cooking the chicken started shaking her head and saying "no I I am not doing it. She is not getting all big pieces. And there is a nine minute wait for chicken". I told the girl serving me I dont mind waiting 9 minutes and paying extra. The girl serving me went into the kitchen and told her I was willing to wait and pay extra. And once again she was shaking her head saying "no I am not doing it. All these other people are waiting for their chicken and she is not getting all big pieces." I dont know where all the other people were waiting but it was only me and my nine year old nephew there. The girl that served me was very sorry and she really tried but this lady that was cooking needs help on working with her social skills and how to talk to coworkers and have some respect the customers. Would appricate an email or phone call from Rob. I didnt place my order after her attitude and went to another resturant ordered what I wanted and they filled my request. Because of this horrible staff person you have you resturant lost out on a $40.00 order and lost a family of customers.

Food always comes served very hot and ingredients are never skimped out on. Its a bad place to eat at noon on weekdays because the nearby highschool kids pile in and around there to hangout, so it gets unordinarly busy.
