Most if the staff are really friendly. Some others staff members are less friendly but perhaps they have personal issues. Easy to avoid those ones. Generally speaking this LCBO is well stocked and well run. Great variety of wines, beers and spirit liquor. After all it's pretty much a government run cookie-cut booze store. Not like we have much choice to compare to locally.

Clean store and helpful staff, there's even a closed off refrigerated beer section Everyone is socially distancing, and when I first went in the guy sprayed my hands with sanitizer and said, 'There you go! You get a free spritzer!' Which made me laugh I will admit. They even had Glutenberg beer which is gluten free! Hopefully they keep it in stock frequently enough for those of us not tolerant to gluten!

Visited quickly tonight after work because they finally had the new white and peach Mikes. They were piled right at the front door so I didn’t even have to walk around to find them. Staff was nice but I felt bad for them, some guy was in there screaming and raging at them about the carts not being clean enough or something. No one working frontline and retail deserves that ever, especially during a pandemic. Love this LCBO and all others to be honest

Asked manager for help with white Australian wine and he said to ask the other employee at the back. Even though he was just standing there chatting. He was very short and had tattoos on his neck that looked like they were made by a 6 year old kid at a garage sale. I then asked the taller young man with long hair if he can help me and he said he was just about to go on break. Very rude staff.

Friendly Staff. Honestly speaking this LCBO is properly stocked and smoothly run. Huge and best variety of wines, beers and spirit liquor. After all it's pretty much a government run cookie-cut booze store. Not like we have much choice to compare to locally. For the fact, Staff there always made me feel great with their humble greeting and kind behavior towards every single customer. Keep up the good work.

Staff was excellent at the Belleville LCBO... I couldn't find what I was looking for on the shelves and out of nowhere a staff member popped over to see what I needed. He the retrieved it from the back. Great service.
