I had a good experience at this store, found what I needed and more. Was happy to see they sell rws airgun pellets as everywhere else it's the crosman brand (which don't group as well). Got a very nice used flintlock here, the only type of rifle I like. Would liked to have seen more traditional archery equipment but I understand that it's just not popular in this area as it is in southwest Ontario. Great store.

Bought a rod at the 2020 Belleville Sportsman Show, loved the rod. The tip broke and I was going to throw it away, I spoke to the store and they covered it under warranty and replaced the tip no questions asked. Amazing customer service

The selection and assortment of tackle is ever-growing, and Highfalls offers one of the best diversified selections in the area. I can't say enough good things about this store, which is a true reflection of Ben, the owner. He will bend over backwards to ensure his customers are taken care of, and never once have I left the store feeling anything lesser than that. I'm very excited to see the store continuously grow over the years, and i'll always be a loyal customer.

Amazing store! I went to get a new string for my bow and the customer service was exceptional. No hassle, got my bow strung and marked in store with a bow square and picked up a couple arrows while I was at it. Will be returning for everything archery in the future.

I have purchased a compound bow that Mario set up perfectly, as well as a shotgun and three rifle scopes in the past couple of years from both Ben and Ryan. These guys are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend High Falls to anyone. My father purchased a bait caster rod & reel as a gift for me, To be honest it takes some time getting use to it. That said, I brought my Rod and Reel in and and the boys showed me different ways of using it via settings etc...I thought I knew how to use it but after a quick lesson I was good to go.

Have attended shop on a few occasions and always treated well. As for those who have commented because of Bill 71. Give your heads a shake. Make all gun owners look like hotheads and fanatics. Have owned guns all my life and could care less if government knows what I own. Always followed the laws, own restricted and non-restricted and have never had government spooks come knocking. Would not be surprised if all bad ratings added by same person and his friends. Juvenile gun owners, now thats what we need.
